We had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou, made truly memorable by the outstanding service from Mr. Louis. Special thanks to Mr. Louis for his warm welcome and his very responsive, experienced handling of an unexpected issue. We accidentally left our handphone in a taxi, and upon seeking his help, he immediately took action. Thanks to his resourcefulness and efficiency, the taxi driver was contacted within 5 minutes, and our phone was safely returned to us within 30 minutes. His calm professionalism and genuine willingness to help gave us great peace of mind, especially while traveling. This level of service truly reflects the high standards of Pan Pacific Suzhou. Highly recommended, and we sincerely thank Mr. Louis and the team for their exceptional hospitality.

Facilities: Building 3, room amenities are average, but the bedding is good. The corner room has great natural light, and the breakfast restaurant is ordinary. Next time, I'd like to try other buildings. Cleanliness: The room's cleanliness was decent, but the restaurant's hygiene wasn't great. The cups weren't clean. Environment: Superb! The Chinese garden is beautiful, and each building serves a functional purpose, feeling very lived-in and authentic. You don't even need to go to the scenic area to experience the Chinese aesthetics of Slender West Lake, and Quyuan is an excellent restaurant. Service: I realized I'd forgotten my cherries in the fridge after checking out. I contacted the hotel, and they kindly held them at the front desk for me. The service I received throughout this process was excellent.

The location is excellent, and the high-floor view is quite good. The afternoon tea included in the Trip.com package was incredibly good value for money, I just forgot to take a picture before eating it. The room is quite spacious, clean, and tidy. The facilities aren't brand new; there's no high-speed hairdryer or smart toilet, and the power outlet next to the desk was a bit difficult to open. There's only one tissue box, placed on the vanity. However, these are minor issues and don't really matter; they're easily adjustable. What I found unacceptable were two problems. Firstly, the elevator shaft connecting the suspended lobby to the first floor constantly emitted a whistling wind sound, which was noisy and unsettling. Secondly, I'm not sure if the air conditioning system is old and ineffective, or if they're saving energy and haven't turned it on properly. I couldn't adjust the temperature or mode. Outside, the temperature was dropping fast, nearing zero degrees, yet even with the in-room AC control set to 28°C, there was still no airflow. I called the front desk, and it took an age for someone to arrive. They pointed a forehead thermometer at the vent, it beeped, and they claimed the vent was blowing 26°C, saying there was no problem and that this was the set temperature, controlled centrally by the hotel. The problem is, I had the whimsical idea to hold a paper-thin tissue up to the vent, and it didn't even flutter.

This is my second time staying at Jinling Hotel in Nanjing. This New Year's Day, I brought my parents along. Although the old hotel's facilities are a bit dated, my parents, who visited Nanjing over 30 years ago, truly appreciate its historical value. The location is unbeatable, right next to Xinjiekou subway station and Deji Plaza. It's just one stop to the Presidential Palace, Central Hotel, and Kexiang, and about twenty minutes to the Nanjing Museum. Taking a taxi or the subway, nowhere feels far. The service, however, was the most impressive. A big thank you to Little S at the front desk for helping me book Meiyuan, where my mom had a very satisfying birthday celebration. The food at Meiyuan was excellent; all the dishes we ordered were great. They even did a small decoration since it was a birthday. Lulu and Xiao Jin were also wonderful, bringing longevity noodles, then fruit, and then yogurt – we were practically bursting! And finally, the young lady playing the pipa live was amazing! Her music was beautiful.

What a pleasant surprise! It's just a few minutes' walk to Guanqian Street and Pingjiang Road, making it super convenient to get around. The courtyard-style design is full of Jiangnan charm, and the room was sparkling clean. The smart voice control and separate wet/dry bathroom were a thoughtful touch. You can wear traditional Hanfu outfits for free, and the courtyard is perfect for stunning photos. Plus, it's pet-friendly! The staff were warm and attentive, and the mini-bar drinks were complimentary. The value for money is incredible; I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Suzhou!

The Crowne Plaza Suzhou is ideally located on the west bank of Jinji Lake, south of Modern Avenue, just across the street from landmarks like the Gate of the Orient and Suzhou Center Plaza, and right next to the Musical Fountain Square. Its unique cruise ship design is a real eye-catcher. From the east bank of Jinji Lake, you can see the 'Big Underpants' (Gate of the Orient) and the 'cruise ship' (Crowne Plaza) in the same frame, especially dazzling at night with all the lights. The hotel's service truly reflects the high standards of the IHG group: The night before check-in, a hotel representative called to confirm our reservation. Upon learning that our party included two seniors and one child, they specially noted our requests for early check-in and a twin room at the front desk and tried their best to accommodate them. Upon arrival, the hotel upgraded us to an Executive Room, which was very spacious. The two single beds, in particular, were wide enough for one adult and one child to comfortably share a bed without feeling cramped. The service throughout our stay was incredibly warm and attentive. The bellhop proactively helped with our luggage, and after checking in, the front desk staff kindly escorted us to the elevators. Learning that we had a boy with us, they even arranged for housekeeping to deliver a pair of children's slippers. The breakfast buffet was a definite highlight. The dining environment at Saint Saloon Western Restaurant was very bright and comfortable, and we were even able to sit at the 'bow' of the ship, enjoying the beautiful views of Jinji Lake while we ate. Guests also enjoy complimentary parking. After registering our license plate number at the front desk, driving in and out of the hotel multiple times was very smooth. Whether for a family vacation or a business trip to Suzhou, the Crowne Plaza Suzhou is an excellent choice.

Our trip was an excellent experience! The concierge, Fiona, reached out early via WeChat, arranged a fantastic room for us, and even booked a table with a window view at the Chinese restaurant. She was incredibly warm and lovely, always responding and resolving any issues immediately. The hotel has a great location and wonderful views. The duck blood vermicelli soup at breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed drinks at the rooftop bar. The concierge service was outstanding; a particularly enthusiastic doorman, Lu Yuanzhen, helped us with our luggage every time we came and went, and our bags were always delivered to our room. This hotel offers truly exceptional service. I'll definitely choose InterContinental again on my next visit to Nanjing. Our first trip of the New Year was absolutely delightful. Hotel is near with Shopping malls.you can find Restaurant near hotel without going to City center. Interesting Construction Design have of the hotel. We stayed on 9th Floor against to garden view. Hotel location is good. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

New hotel, friendly staff but is going to be outdated soon. Bad sound proofing , lots of drunk Chinese people shouting in the corridor at night time. The breakfast variety is so poor for Europeans. Please teach your staff in the restaurant to cook sunny side up eggs and refill the dishes without reminding. Overall, it’s not “real Hilton” experience.

Everything was top tier. From the check-in where I was upgraded to a river view room, the clean, spacious and inviting room to the service and superb breakfast. The view from the restaurant was amazing. This was my pre birthday trip and the Hyatt made it so special. I even got a slice to birthday cake. The lady at the front desk who checked me in spoke really good English and was so kind and caring and she’s also a Gemini 😁🎉 I would 100% recommend and come back here.
