This hotel is located in the city center, very close to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street and the subway station, making it convenient to get to various attractions. The hotel building is 16 stories high, with the lobby on the 1st floor. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and professional. Due to ongoing renovations on some floors within the building, to avoid noise disturbance for guests, the staff called us to inform us and upgraded our room from the 5th floor to the 15th floor, ensuring the same room standard, which we greatly appreciated. The breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options, is generally rich, and tastes good. The hotel facilities and hygiene conditions are also quite good. All in all, choosing Water Cloud Hotel for our trip to Wuhan was the right decision.

Staying at the Xiangyang Intercontinental Hotel was a truly delightful experience. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and friendly, making me feel valued throughout my stay. While the food wasn't particularly memorable, the dining experience was still pleasant. The hotel itself boasts a unique courtyard-style design with beautifully arranged garden landscapes, winding paths, lush greenery, and elegant courtyards that create a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. Located next to the ancient city, it offers a tranquil environment. This hotel is an excellent choice for a trip to Xiangyang, perfectly balancing quality and comfort.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and Linlin at the front desk was particularly attentive. It was so convenient to have a dedicated parking lot and charging stations. The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious with a super soft bed. This is definitely a great hotel choice for any trip.

First, the pros: The natural scenery at this hotel is absolutely breathtaking, making even the West Lake State Guest House seem modest in comparison. The boardwalks throughout the hotel are also beautifully maintained. If you're looking for peace and quiet, there's no need to visit the East Lake Scenic Area nearby – this place *is* the scenic area. While staying at the hotel, you can also visit Mao Zedong's former residence. There's a restaurant next to the residence with an impeccable dining environment, which I unfortunately only discovered upon checking out. The hotel's east gate has a bus terminal where you can catch a bus to the museum, Yellow Crane Tower, and Tanhualin. It’s a great way to enjoy the city views while traveling. There are also many restaurants nearby. Now for the cons: The facilities are a bit dated. The outlets in the room are very loose; I could only charge my devices in the bathroom. Also, there are so many mirrors that it constantly created visual illusions. There's no elevator access to the rooms for breakfast, so I had to climb stairs every time. Despite these points, I still highly recommend this hotel and hope for improvements.

This was my first time in Wuhan, and I was very satisfied with a few things: 1. The hotel's location is excellent. The Metro Line 4 entrance is right outside, and you can even enter the hotel directly from the subway station, which is incredibly convenient. 2. The hotel service was fantastic. From the front desk staff to the cleaning ladies, everyone was warm and attentive. Requests for extra pillows and a rollaway bed were handled very quickly. 3. The hotel amenities were great. The TV had screen casting, food deliveries could be sent directly to the room, and the hairdryer was a Dyson. These aspects definitely set it above other similar hotels. However, I did have a few dissatisfactions: 1. There was no butler service for the executive suite. 2. Communication with guests could be improved. The leftover welcome fruit and used cutlery weren't cleared for three consecutive days. 3. The executive lounge had a limited selection of drinks and the food wasn't particularly varied. It didn't feel prestigious or luxurious at all; it was just very average.

This trip was a wonderful surprise and a truly touching experience, starting with booking the hotel. It was a warm welcome in the winter of 2026. I initially booked a hotel for that night on Ctrip, but later saw a discounted package deal. I immediately contacted customer service to modify my booking, and they listened to my request and contacted the hotel promptly to change the order. We were extremely satisfied! 👍 Furthermore, the hotel service was excellent, thoughtful, and attentive. A small note with a greeting was like a warm current dispelling the chill. In short, it was a truly unforgettable experience.

I really like this hotel, one of the best if not the best in Shiyan, the staff is really kind and helpful all rhe time, the gym and pool are really good, the food is delicious, have all kind of food in the breakfast and in buffet.

The overall aspects are very balanced and the living is very smooth. The dining is simple and exquisite, the taste is reliable, and the daily dining is completely enough. The front desk and staff are very enthusiastic and the problem is solved in a timely manner. The room hygiene is quite good, living quietly and relaxing, and the quality of sleep has improved. I had an amazing stay at Four Seasons International Hotel (Shiyan Beijing Middle Road University Town). The room was exceptionally clean and the mattress was incredibly comfortable — one of the best I’ve ever slept on. The overall cleanliness and room ambience truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely sweet, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. Their hospitality really stood out. The most surprising and heartwarming part of my stay was that the hotel provided me with free breakfast and dinner. On one of the days, I was very hungry and didn’t know where to go for dinner, but the staff kindly arranged a complimentary meal for me. I genuinely appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, great comfort, and sincere hospitality. I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

The location is super convenient for transportation, getting around, and dining. Choosing to stay near Wanda Plaza was definitely a smart move. There are three 'conveniences' here! The visitor center is right across the street, making it easy for group tour meet-ups. The breakfast was also excellent. You can easily take an evening stroll along the river, which is very pleasant. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable.
