When we went, there weren't many guests, so the room type I wanted wasn't available. We got upgraded to a family suite. I feel like there isn't much for kids to do there during the summer vacation; it might be better in winter. The facilities are a bit old, but it is an older hotel after all. The hotel breakfast and service were just okay. It's very convenient to drive to the city for meals.

The service was proactive and helpful, and the breakfast offered a diverse and delicious selection.

The hotel's overall environment was okay, but the stay experience was quite poor. I booked a family room as I was bringing my child to run a marathon, and we barely got any sleep, which affected the next day's race. The soundproofing of the room door was terrible; calls in the hallway and conversations from the next room sounded like they were right next to our ears, making it impossible for my child to sleep. The in-room facilities were very old; it's far from a 5-star standard, even worse than hotels like Ji Hotel or Lavande. The showerhead was very dirty and full of limescale, and the toilet seemed ancient with its yellowed plastic lid. The edges of the sink were moldy, and there were unwashed stains on the duvet.

The hotel room was quite spacious and well-decorated, but it's clear it's a bit dated, and the facilities aren't very new. The biggest issue, though, is how incredibly poor the soundproofing is. You could hear conversations from the next room crystal clear, which was very noisy.

The environment is great, the room is clean and tidy, and the front desk service is warm and friendly. Recommended.

This hotel is excellent! I just forgot to take pictures. Every time I come to Xianning, I definitely stay here. The environment is great, the service is very attentive, and my room even got an upgrade. Highly recommend! 🌸🌸🌸

A perfect stay, highly recommended! From the moment we stepped out of the car, the security guard was warm and attentive. The concierge, a young Black man, guided us to the front desk, where the check-in process was efficient and professional. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful; I truly felt the high-quality service of a 5-star hotel throughout my stay. The room decor was exquisite, the bedding soft and comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean, completely washing away my travel fatigue. The bathroom was spacious and bright, and the toiletries provided were excellent, showing great attention to detail. The TV in the room was a Xiaomi, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, with both Chinese and Western dishes available, all made with fresh ingredients and tasting superb. The staff even proactively asked about our needs, which was very thoughtful and considerate. The hotel's location is excellent, with a quiet surrounding environment, so there was no external disturbance whatsoever. It's also very close to the hot springs; buying a separate ticket is a good option. The hot spring water quality was clean, and there were dry towel and tea cabinets everywhere. Whether for business travel or a leisure vacation, this is an absolutely superb choice. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time!
