This hotel was such a pleasant surprise for our trip! - **Amenities:** Everything was well-equipped and well-maintained. I especially loved the bathtub in the room, the clean pool, and the new gym. - **Cleanliness:** From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless. The bedding was fresh, and even the nooks and crannies were clean, making for a very comfortable stay. - **Overall Environment:** The location was quiet and peaceful. The hotel's public areas were tastefully decorated and stylish. The natural light and ventilation in the rooms were excellent. - **Service Experience:** All the staff were warm and attentive, and I have to give a special shout-out to Amumu at the front desk! Check-in and check-out were super efficient, and she proactively gave us tips on local attractions and food. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly, and her attitude was gentle and patient. The entire experience was fantastic! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area and have already recommended it to friends who are planning trips!

On the morning of my arrival, I received a call from Chris, our butler, asking about our needs and adding me on WeChat for communication. Even before reaching the hotel, I already felt the attentive service. He proactively sent me information about hotel activities and specialty restaurants on WeChat, which was incredibly detailed and a huge help for someone who hadn't done any prior research. Upon arrival, the hotel staff promptly responded and escorted us to our room. Throughout our stay, any questions I had were answered patiently and promptly via WeChat. When I got sunburned, Chris even thoughtfully helped me find some aloe vera gel. Overall, the service felt professional, attentive, and caring, leaving me with an excellent first impression of Atlantis. Traveling with a three-year-old, I was thoroughly satisfied with everything; we stayed at the hotel and didn't venture out, enjoying our three-day, two-night stay immensely.

We had a beautiful view of the sea from our cave-like room but the cleanliness left much to be desired. We often saw bugs in the toilet 🚽 so that freaked me out a little. The towels also seemed very old and used, so bring your own if possible. The service was great though, simply connect with them via WeChat and they will check in and share more info with you during your stay. There was complimentary afternoon tea daily, which is basically a drink and four tiramisu cake cubes. The drink is alright, but the cakes you can skip. The room package includes a photoshoot too. While they offer 3 complimentary soft copies of the photos taken by a photographer, note that they are unedited. After seeing the edited version, it usually makes you want to pay more for the edited version. Lastly, the hotel location requires a short walk through white dragon street after alighting by car, so bear that in mind for accessibility. It’s great for walking around, exploring the town and access to the beach.

The best value-for-money sea-view guesthouse I've ever stayed in! The service was incredibly responsive, always ready to help; the cleanliness was impeccable; the environment was peaceful and healing; and the facilities were smart and comprehensive. Lying in bed and watching the sea was simply delightful!

The concierge and security proactively offered to help with our luggage and asked if we needed butler service. Highlights: Both the room and the lobby have information brochures about the hotel's facilities and nearby tourist services. Upon check-in, the front desk also provided a detailed information sheet, which helped reduce guest anxiety and waiting time by having so much information readily available. In the evening, the lobby bar even had live music, creating a great atmosphere. There aren't many resort-style hotels like this in Haikou, which is a big plus! 👍 Minor incident: During check-in, the front desk mentioned they'd send welcome fruit. My child overheard it and kept asking that evening why it hadn't arrived. I didn't think much of it at the time, so I didn't follow up.

Great Value for Money: This established five-star hotel is 30%–50% cheaper than newer hotels, making it perfect for budget travelers and families. In a nutshell: An established five-star hotel in Dadonghai, with its location and breakfast being the main draws. While the facilities are a bit older, they are well-maintained, offering incredible value. It's the top choice for families with kids and budget-conscious travelers.

After finishing my island tour, I finally have time to give a proper review! First of all, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to several great photo spots like the ”Anywhere Gate” (a popular spot for taking pictures), and also very close to the lighthouse featured in the movie. It's located in Tanmen Town, making it convenient to go anywhere. It has its own boat-shaped bar and restaurant; the food is delicious and reasonably priced. They even offered a discount for hotel guests! I think the owner is a very generous person. The owner also owns other guesthouses, but this capsule hotel is newly opened and very new! They are very hands-on and responsive to every request. While the capsule itself isn't as large as a big hotel, it's small but perfectly formed, with everything you need. The pillows, bedding, and blankets are very comfortable! The sea view in the morning is especially beautiful. In short, to be honest and objective, the facilities, cleanliness, and service are all excellent! Definitely worth a visit! I feel like this place will definitely become popular in the future; I'm a little worried about not being able to book a room later, haha.

The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around. The hotel, though small, has everything you need. The laundry room is a great convenience, with both washing and drying facilities. Breakfast is also plentiful. The lady at the restaurant was very enthusiastic and provided great service. I highly recommend it, it's worth a visit.

I stayed in a garden view suite, which was on the first floor of Building 5. It wasn't far from the lobby, just a two to three-minute walk, and there were on-demand shuttle carts if I didn't feel like walking. The room was spacious, and the amenities and facilities were all excellent. The staff provided great service; any requests could be made via WeChat to the butler or by phone. I often saw planes flying overhead, but it didn't disturb my sleep at all at night; it was actually a unique sight. The public areas were also beautiful, and I had a fantastic time at the swimming pool, which catered to both adults and children. I even caught a bubble bath by chance! Oh, and there's a beach very close to the hotel, just a three-minute walk away. It wasn't crowded, and while the waves were a bit big for swimming that day, it was perfect for kids to dig in the sand and enjoy the breeze. The hotel is also very close to the airport, making travel convenient. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance!

Our housekeeper, Julia, was friendly and responded to our requests quickly and efficiently. Consumables and any other items we needed in the room were replenished as requested.
