GGuest UserThe hotel is at a very good location, at a walking distance to the city center and with a plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Staff was very helpful and gave us a very good guide of the city when we were checking in. Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced in Europe.

XXiaomaishiThe room's location was decent, but since it's not on the main island, we had to pay €15 per person daily for the hotel shuttle boat. Also, the hotel provides NO complimentary drinking water! NO complimentary drinking water! NO complimentary drinking water! A small bottle of water costs €6, and there's nowhere nearby to buy any. If you don't want to fall into this trap, choose this hotel carefully!
On our first night, I messaged the hotel asking how to get there by boat but received no reply. We ended up taking a public ferry and then lugging our luggage across a bridge. For guests who aren't strong, it's best to confirm arrival methods in advance!
The most outrageous part was being overcharged €48 upon checkout. They charged me for another room's bill (my room number ended in 0, theirs in 6). The signatures were completely different, but they didn't even check. It took ages, and they had an attitude like they were doing me a favor by finally letting me leave. Absolutely ridiculous!

LLara RiBest hostel I’ve stayed at. Super comfy beds and large space. Everything was great! Curtains would’ve been nice. Laundry was good but 2 of the dryers were broken so it took a few hours to do my laundry cos there were a lot of people waiting. But it was only €4 for wash then €4 for dry! They had great social events so it was easy to meet people + to pop in and out of the laundry room while you’re waiting. Location was right by the station. Would definitely stay again!!! The tiny “free pasta” portionswith a drink is a bit silly, I tried to order a water/ juice/ tea and the bartender was like that is not a drink… (which it arguably is)

AAnonymous UserVery good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.

This hotel is very comfortable, even if I am traveling alone. The owner of the hotel is a very enthusiastic person! ! Why? First of all, I admire him very much. He is on duty at night and works hard! Secondly, this hotel has a lounge, and you can enjoy the music and beautiful scenery at night! ! Because my friend said to take me out to other places, I came back to the hotel very late that night. I was greeted by the enthusiasm and patience of the hotel owner! ! Because I was very happy that night and a little tipsy. I told the boss that I wanted to jump into the swimming pool naked, and the boss did not refuse, and also prepared a bath towel for me and asked me to pay attention to my body! He is really a very warm-hearted person!! Breakfast is also very sufficient! ! Before I checked out, the boss even gave me a bath towel with their hotel logo for me to keep as a souvenir. Thank you very much! ! I will stay in this hotel again next time! ! !(In addition, the flowers in the picture were not picked by me, I picked them up on the floor of the hotel.)

Il proprietario dell'hotel è una persona molto entusiasta! ! Perché? Prima di tutto, lo ammiro molto. È in servizio di notte e lavora sodo! In secondo luogo, questo hotel ha una lounge e puoi goderti la musica e il bellissimo paesaggio di notte! ! Poiché il mio amico ha detto di portarmi fuori in altri posti, sono tornata in hotel molto tardi quella sera. Sono stata accolta dall'entusiasmo e dalla pazienza del proprietario dell'hotel! ! Perché ero molto felice quella sera e un po' alticcia. Ho detto al capo che volevo tuffarmi in piscina nuda, e il capo non ha rifiutato, e ha anche preparato un asciugamano da bagno per me e mi ha chiesto di prestare attenzione al mio corpo! È davvero una persona molto cordiale!! Anche la colazione è molto sufficiente! ! Prima di fare il check-out, il capo mi ha persino dato un asciugamano da bagno con il logo del loro hotel da tenere come souvenir. Grazie mille! ! La prossima volta soggiornerò di nuovo in questo hotel!!!! (Inoltre, i fiori nella foto non li ho raccolti io, ma dal pavimento dell'hotel.)

GGuest UserTraveling with my parents, we chose to stay here while visiting Venice. This campsite offers a different experience from traditional hotels. You can cook your own meals, as they provide kitchenware and utensils, and there's no extra charge for parking. The premium cabin can accommodate five people and has two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which is very convenient. A heads-up: you'll need to take a ticket at the machine when checking in at the front desk, and the stove requires a igniter (you'll find it in the cupboard). While the campsite and cabins show their age, the value for money is truly excellent.

GGuest UserThe hotel is directly opposite Venice's Santa Lucia train station (SMN), making it incredibly convenient – you just cross the road after exiting the station. The hotel itself is a bit old, and the facilities are showing their age. Breakfast was a typical Italian cold cuts spread. We stayed one night; on the first day, we headed straight to the main island for a look around, which was a quick 10-minute train ride for 1.5 Euros. The next day, after checking out, we left our luggage and explored the outer islands, but there really wasn't anything much to see there.

GGuest UserThe room was a bit small. It's located on the new island, about a 10-20 minute walk to get to the main part of Venice and other major attractions, which includes going up and down bridges. Luckily, the paths on the new island are very smooth with no steps, making it easy to pull luggage. The hotel is popular and clean. Overall, I think it's probably more convenient than staying on the main island and lugging your bags around, and it's much closer than staying in the city center.

GGuest UserWe arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor.
I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases.
The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would.
The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed.
The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it.
The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it.
The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket.
The safe was not working.
The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them.
The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working.
You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool.
The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off.
The bathroom bin was broken and filthy
The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am.
I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice
I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy.
We would be extremely grateful if you could offer us a credit for our next hotel booking with trip.com, we are in the process of booking our November Asia tour.
