The hotel has an excellent location with many restaurants nearby, including a Chinese restaurant not far away that serves authentic Sichuan-style chicken and delicious beef noodles. The hotel itself is classic and stylish, and the accommodations are very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The room's location was decent, but since it's not on the main island, we had to pay €15 per person daily for the hotel shuttle boat. Also, the hotel provides NO complimentary drinking water! NO complimentary drinking water! NO complimentary drinking water! A small bottle of water costs €6, and there's nowhere nearby to buy any. If you don't want to fall into this trap, choose this hotel carefully! On our first night, I messaged the hotel asking how to get there by boat but received no reply. We ended up taking a public ferry and then lugging our luggage across a bridge. For guests who aren't strong, it's best to confirm arrival methods in advance! The most outrageous part was being overcharged €48 upon checkout. They charged me for another room's bill (my room number ended in 0, theirs in 6). The signatures were completely different, but they didn't even check. It took ages, and they had an attitude like they were doing me a favor by finally letting me leave. Absolutely ridiculous!

The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes' walk from surrounding attractions and about 28 minutes' walk from the lonely San Lucia train station. However, it is not recommended for travelers with suitcases to walk, although the original picture has a good view. You can go out from the train station and take the bus line 5.2. I may not have bought the ticket properly, but it cost 9 euros to get from the hotel to the train station. The hotel is not very close or far from the shopping street. However, the walking navigation signal is easy to drift. After walking into many narrow alleys, you have to find a way out. The hotel room is small and the bathroom is large. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes. When I contacted the front desk, they said that the toothbrush was gone, which was very frustrating. The hotel is near the seaside. You can go there for a walk and have a cup of coffee in the morning. It's not bad either. The hotel recommended two restaurants: OGINA and which one is 50 meters straight on the right side of the hotel. OGINA Forget it, it's not that good. The other seafood restaurant was okay and the service was good. I ate there all day, but I had diarrhea the next morning. Maybe it was because I was lactose intolerant myself and ate a lot of cheese. The breakfast in the hotel is very basic. It costs 25 euros and 5 euros plus tax. I am not happy with the 29 euros. Overall, I spent 2,000 a night and enjoyed 3 stars in a first-tier domestic city. One advantage of the hotel is that the hassle of taxis is free. z z z

It feels like a 5-star hostel! There's a reliable security guard standing in front of the building to look out for tourists, all the staff are friendly, and above all, the facilities feel exceptionally clean. The interior design is great too. Best of all, the location is insanely good! Being close to Mestre makes it easy to find great food and soak in the local vibe, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the station, which is just awesome. If you don't have towels, you can rent them at the reception for a fee. Ciao!

Traveling with my parents, we chose to stay here while visiting Venice. This campsite offers a different experience from traditional hotels. You can cook your own meals, as they provide kitchenware and utensils, and there's no extra charge for parking. The premium cabin can accommodate five people and has two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which is very convenient. A heads-up: you'll need to take a ticket at the machine when checking in at the front desk, and the stove requires a igniter (you'll find it in the cupboard). While the campsite and cabins show their age, the value for money is truly excellent.

Here's why I recommend this hotel: 1. **Amazing Breakfast**: The hotel breakfast was incredibly diverse, the best I've had in all of Italy. I was so excited and happy to see canned yellow peaches! Studying in London and having traveled to France, Spain, and Italy, I've never encountered canned yellow peaches at breakfast before – I absolutely loved it! 💕 2. **Great Location**: Staying at the Plaza was super convenient. It's right opposite the train station, making trips to Venice incredibly quick and easy! 3. **Modern and Spacious Rooms**: The rooms are very new and generously sized. 4. **Helpful Luggage Storage Staff**: The staff at the luggage storage area were very dedicated and responsible. 5. **Friendly Front Desk**: The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. 6. **Chinese Food Galore**: Within a 10-minute walk, there are several Chinese restaurants! Who doesn't love satisfying their 'Chinese stomach' while traveling abroad? For all these reasons, I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you're visiting Venice.

Staying on New Island, the Hampton by Hilton is a very wise choice. You can get here directly from the airport without needing to transfer to a water bus. The hotel is also very close to the water bus stop, making it super convenient for exploring the various islands of Venice. The breakfast is also excellent, and the room is very spacious. It's a great option for a trip to Venice. I've attached a few photos of the scenery behind the hotel – it's absolutely beautiful, and staying here truly made my Venetian journey delightful.

Lovely hotel , very handy for airport. Nice touch to provide water and croissants to guests on welcome. Nice outdoor space with loungers by the pool, pool too icy to swim in though.. nice high ceilings in superior rooms and comfortable beds. We were impressed with the breakfast, lots of choice for continental, eggs too, a lot of effort gone to. As upper floor to room was quite hot either air con or a fan up there as standard would have made it perfect.

A relatively cheaper option in Venice. Rooms were very antique and the condition wasn't the best but still functional. Could be a bit noisy as there is a boat station directly in front of it. Good breakfast and service though. Walking will be quite far from the central area amd train station but there water bus will be a good option from this hotel.

We arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor. I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases. The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would. The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed. The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it. The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it. The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket. The safe was not working. The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them. The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working. You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool. The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off. The bathroom bin was broken and filthy The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am. I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy.
