The environment is beautiful and pleasant, and the service is attentive and meticulous. We arrived late at night, and staff member Sherry quickly arranged our check-in. She was professional and thorough throughout the process. We were very satisfied with the room prepared for us; the view was beautiful. She later helped us arrange an extended stay. Overall, the experience was a perfect 100. We will definitely come back to Shangri-La next time.

My partner and I escaped to the seaside in Yantai for the weekend and stayed at the Hilton Yantai Golden Coast. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience. The hotel is located right by the sea, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped, offering plenty of picturesque spots for photos – you can snap great pictures just by strolling around. Our room had excellent natural light, was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained. The mattress provided just the right amount of comfort, allowing us to rest well after a day of exploring. Anina, a staff member, was very friendly; she always greeted us with a smile when we passed by and patiently answered all our questions without making us feel awkward. The breakfast offered fresh ingredients and a wide variety of choices. We loved sitting by the window, enjoying our meal while gazing at the distant sea view. The hotel's gym and pool were also very clean. Just a short walk from the hotel, there's a beach. In the evening, my loved one and I took a walk along the coastline, feeling the sea breeze – it was incredibly atmospheric. The hotel has a generally peaceful and romantic vibe, without any sense of hustle and bustle, making it convenient whether you want to relax and watch the sea or head out for activities. It's perfect for couples looking for a holiday, creating easy and sweet travel memories. We'd love to come back again the next time we want to see the sea.

The hotel boasts a grand architectural design and numerous rooms, reflecting the style of an established star-rated hotel. Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable musty smell. However, the mattress was very thick and incredibly comfortable to sleep on. We ran out of tissues in the room, but the housekeeper promptly brought some when we requested them. There were no disposable bath liners for the bathtub, and they weren't available for purchase, which is an area where service could definitely be improved. Given its large scale, the hotel could consider offering childcare services similar to Club Med. A kids' play area with soft play structures, slides, and a ball pit would be a great addition, allowing parents to relax. There was no buffet available. With such a large property, inter-departmental communication seems to be an issue. The information provided by the housekeeper for the 1928 Beer Bar's dining options was incorrect. After checking out, the housekeeper asked for a good review. I provided some suggestions, but the housekeeper, 'Dabaitu' (Big White Rabbit), never replied. It feels like the service in northern China is often a 'do-it-because-my-boss-told-me-to' mentality, and any extra requests from guests are seen as an inconvenience. I really liked the breakfast buffet where many of the attendants were older, creating a very harmonious atmosphere, like being cared for by parents while away from home. The breakfast selection was extensive. There are two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Cat petting costs 19.9 for children and 29.9 for adults, with single entry and unlimited time. Feeding animals costs 10 yuan, which includes one portion of feed. **However, if you write a good review for 1 yuan, you get fewer carrots than the 10 yuan portion. The animals seemed a bit pathetic, with the little horse constantly kicking the wire fence.** There are two swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor. The buffet at the 1928 Beer Bar is more Western-style. Many people might not be used to it. We tried it, and the quality of the desserts was excellent! There's a beach right behind the hotel, with some rocks, but not too many. You can go tide pooling in the early morning and at night. It's too hot during the day due to strong sun, and there isn't much seafood to find then either. The package included access to the Haiquanwan Hot Springs, but I must mention: it was dirty. There were no tissues or disposable combs in the hair-drying area (only a few scattered combs for everyone to share). With this level of service, I won't be returning. The hotel's location is indeed a bit remote, making it suitable for self-driving. There's a Shandong University cafeteria and museum nearby, which I'd give five stars!

My stay at the Westin Qingdao was perfect! The location is fantastic, directly opposite MixC shopping mall, and only a ten-minute walk to May Fourth Square. The high-floor rooms offer floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of Fushan Bay, and the night view is absolutely beautiful. The Heavenly Bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. The high-altitude heated swimming pool is great for photos, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options. The front desk service was attentive and efficient. It's convenient for both sightseeing and shopping, making it my top choice for a vacation in Qingdao. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

This was my wife's and my first time staying at an Orange Crystal hotel, and this one truly left a great impression on us. First, the service was genuinely warm, enthusiastic, and patient. They also gave us many excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Second, the room was beautiful, high-end, and clean. The shower was large with great water pressure, and the view from the sea-view room was absolutely unbeatable – we could even catch the sunrise from a certain angle. Finally, the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious, especially the noodles, which truly had a local flavor. All in all, this hotel offered an exceptional experience. A 5-star review is definitely well-deserved!

This hostel experience far exceeded my expectations. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around, eat, and shop. The rooms are spotless, the bedding is neat, and each bunk has a privacy curtain and charging port. Drawing the curtain creates a personal space with great privacy. The shared bathrooms are cleaned regularly and have no unpleasant odors. The owner and staff are friendly and responsive to any issues. The guests are quiet and friendly, and there's a comfortable common area to relax in. It's excellent value for money and perfect for a transitional stay. Highly recommended, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The hotel's location is great, and the room was spacious with a good wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The soundproofing was excellent, and the staff were friendly. My only complaint is that there's no public restroom on the ground floor; you have to go up to the 24th floor. I arrived at the hotel at 10 AM after an overnight train journey, only to be told my room wasn't ready. I had hoped to use a restroom to freshen up, but was informed the only public one was on the 24th floor. I felt uncomfortable opening my luggage or doing my makeup in the busy lobby (as people were constantly coming and going). This really put a dampener on my first day of vacation. The UV index by the sea was very high, and because I couldn't apply sunscreen, I ended up getting significantly tanned.

We brought our baby to Qingdao for our wedding anniversary, and the scenery was truly beautiful. The main thing is the location – it's absolutely fantastic! The ocean is right outside, and it's convenient for shopping everywhere. It's much better than any other place I've stayed. The breakfast was good too, and the service was excellent, especially Rose at the front desk. The room I originally booked was a bit small, and even after check-in, Rose helped me switch rooms. When my baby wasn't awake by check-out time, she even extended our check-out for me. That was seriously, seriously crucial! I'll definitely come back to stay here again next time, and I'll look for Rose!
