NNatasha...This hotel is right next to Quancheng Square, and the scenic view room offers expansive views, allowing you to watch the musical fountain from your room at night. The room facilities are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and all the complimentary welcome fruits were delicious, showing the hotel's thoughtful service. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or indoor pool due to time constraints, but I imagine they would be excellent too. I especially recommend staying here if you're doing business at Xiangheng Square; the two buildings are connected, so you can go back and forth without stepping outside, which is super convenient. It's also within walking distance of key attractions like Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, Daming Lake, and Wulongtan, and it's easy to get to Kuanhouli and Furong Street for food and shopping. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jinan.

GGuest UserTraveling with my child during the summer vacation, I chose to stay at the Westin Qingdao and was absolutely delighted! They even have a swimming pool, which was perfect for letting my child swim and unwind after a long day of playing. The location is superb, directly facing the Fushian Square seascape, making it incredibly convenient to get around. My child was very happy here! It's clean, hygienic, and the service is excellent! A special shout-out to Kimi from Guest Relations. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Before we even arrived, she proactively contacted us to confirm our room preferences and quickly responded to all our requests. She was professional and efficient, and even kindly recommended local attractions and dining options. Her service was gentle and meticulous, making us feel right at home. Overall, our stay was perfect. The front desk also arranged our in-room dining super efficiently. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Qingdao!

JJuujuuHuThis is what the meaning of you get what you pay for. As little as the price can be, cannot have such high expectations on reason why you want the greatest of the great.
After reading reviews, many said location was convenient, assuming it would be on the main road but not, i didn't meant as in I felt unsafe, just wasn't what I was expecting (not a big deal). It's inside a building with other hotels. Waiting for the elevator was a nightmare, there was only 1 that goes up and then down, felt like 5min passed, but that's just an exaggeration. If you're in a hurry, make sure to set some time for the elevator run.
I came a bit early, and they accepted my early check in, which was lovely. The employees are very friendly, even giving tours to each new customers checking in. It's a small hostel, place was cleaned often, security was good. It's a bit funny to see the gym room right in the open of the entrance after check in. They had a shoe cabinet, so indoor was slipper only, I like that idea so the room doesn't smell like feet.
Bed was nice, love the shelving unit that can fit lots of stuff too. The lockers are nice, each installed with a rack, convenient to store lots of hangers, space is really big too, enough to fit a backpack in.
The issue I didn't like were the bathroom. I was very amazed yet confused on where do I store my clothes in the shower room, the only privacy being in tact was a curtain, it remains me of those Japanese onsen. Had to makeshift a space for my clothes and towel to be in the shower cubicle. Toilets reminds me of public toilets yet much cleaner and smells better. The sink to brush your teeth is very limited.
Being 4/5 for everything, meant that it wasn't an issue.
Everything was clean, service was great, you have everything you need, doesn't have to be top-tier. It was an experience for me and very budget friendly hotel.

YyingchuanThe most delightful surprise of my Qingdao summer trip was staying at the Hai Tian Hotel, thanks to the attentive service from Daisy, the Guest Relations manager! She was incredibly responsive and efficient; any questions or needs were addressed and resolved immediately. Her attitude was warm and gentle, and her professionalism really stood out, making me feel completely at ease throughout my stay. The room facilities were brand new and meticulously maintained, with a luxurious, high-quality decor. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking panoramic views of the azure sea and sky. The space was generous and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area – every detail exuded luxury. With Daisy's thoughtful care and the hotel's top-notch amenities, this trip was perfect!

GGuest UserThe parking lot has ample spaces, the plaza is large, and parking is free. The lobby manager, Ms. Liu Xin, was very welcoming, and the front desk staff were also very professional. The concierge provided luggage storage, excellent assistance with getting in and out of vehicles, and package pickup services. Overall, the experience was excellent. The rooms have large, bright windows, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby. Transportation is very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.
Hot towels and warm water were available at the bar for handwashing.

MM423335****Choosing the right hotel for my trip to Rizhao was absolutely worth it! The Puyue Zhiya Seaview Hotel has an amazing location, within walking distance to the beach, and the sea view rooms offer a fantastic panorama. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped, offering excellent value for money. I have to give a special shout-out to Xiao Jie, the front desk attendant! Her efficiency was incredible; check-in was completed in just three minutes, and she explained all the information clearly and thoroughly. Her attitude was incredibly thoughtful – she proactively helped with my luggage, patiently shared practical tips for local sightseeing and where to eat seafood, and when I temporarily needed toiletries, they were delivered very quickly. Professional and warm-hearted service! My entire experience was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rizhao, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a visit!

The resort is very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It's a great choice for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
One of the best parts was the complimentary perks. We really enjoyed the unlimited beer, free daily ice cream, and the professional photo shoot that came with the stay. The photos turned out beautifully and became one of our favorite memories from the trip.
The resort is located inside Beer City, where there are plenty of attractions, entertainment, and activities to enjoy. The surrounding atmosphere is lively, especially in the evening, making it a fun place to spend time without needing to travel far.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious choices, catering to different tastes. Every morning was a great start to the day.
Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Since my phone number isn't a Chinese number, I couldn't scan and unlock the shared electric bikes myself. The staff patiently helped us scan the QR code and assisted us every time we needed it, which made getting around much easier. Their kindness and willingness to help really made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again on our next visit!

The windows were also well-designed, providing good ventilation and making the room feel comfortable and clean. The staff service was excellent too. The young ladies were pretty, gentle, and generous – it was a pleasure to see them (and I'm a woman, haha!). The young men spoke softly, which was as calming as the sea here. AAnonymous UserThe hotel is right next to Shilaoren Beach, which is a rare find in downtown Qingdao. It's a major plus for families with kids, as they provide extra beds. We've been coming here for five years straight! However, the facilities are starting to show their age and really need an update. The air conditioning in room 1203, for example, wasn't working well. On the bright side, the room service was excellent. The staff member was super quick in bringing a fan and other amenities we requested, and the cleaning lady was also very friendly and welcoming.
