Very Good
DDrVijay PratapWe had a wonderful family stay at Novotel Guwahati GS Road. We were traveling with our two children, and the hotel made our stay very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with enough space for our family.
The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to assist. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of delicious options, and the overall food quality was excellent. The location is convenient and makes it easy to explore Guwahati.
The rooftop pool and hotel facilities added to the experience, and our children especially enjoyed the stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable visit. We would definitely recommend Novotel Guwahati to families looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in the city.

SShadow. chinSo far, everything has been okay and met my expectations for a work trip. The room was comfortable and suitable for business travel, and the overall stay was smooth.
The only area that could be improved is the food variety, as the options were mostly Indian cuisine. A wider selection of international or local dishes would be appreciated, especially for guests staying multiple nights.

AAddisonZZZAn excellent hotel, both in terms of facilities and service. I can't recall the staff's names, but one concierge, in particular, left a deep impression on my check-in day by helping with my luggage to the room and explaining the hotel's amenities.
There's a security check at the hotel entrance, and the surroundings are lush with greenery. It's conveniently close to the airport for early morning flights, and the pool and gym facilities are comprehensive. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, catering to both Indian local tastes and international preferences – it's definitely worth taking the time to enjoy. It's clear the hotel strives for excellence, and I hope they continue to maintain this standard.

GGuest UserHotel is centrally located in GS road with convenience to most of the shopping malls in the vicinity. The place is ideal for business and leisure. Food served here is delicious and with many options in the buffet breakfast, one can enjoy the stay here without any doubt, the persons in the reception is very courteous and indeed very helpful. Stay in the property is excellent and recommended for others to come and experience the wonderful ambience.

Amazing
GGuest Userhi , the hotel property is new and beautiful. our room has everything we expected it to have . service is excellent, staff cooperated when we asked for an extra pillow . vibe of the room is very pleasant with proper lights and huge windows with glasses to see the outside view.the bed has a bench in front which is very convenient for sitting without messing the bed .
food is also very nice . 👍

GGuest UserI stayed at disang for one night, and upon entering my room, i discovered a cockroach on the floor. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the basin was clogged, indicating low hygiene standards. Room service was slow, and it would be beneficial for the resort management to improve this aspect. At night, the air conditioning unit leaked, and my clothes, which i had placed on the table beneath it, ended up damp. I recommend checking the ac system first thing in the morning. Additionally, i found that a buffet breakfast was not available only room order available which is surprising for a resort in this price range. In today's market, many comparable resorts provide a buffet breakfast, so i urge the management to consider this offering.

Very Good
GGuest UserI stayed here for a long time. The rooms are nice and spacious, but the cockroaches are going to make you feel a little conscious. The building offers a wide range of products, like shopping and theaters, so one can enjoy their time without any hassle. The property is located in the center of the tezpur market area, and hence you will get things in just a 100-meter area distance. The food in the restaurant is only vegetarian and a bit expensive, but the taste is too good. One thing: if you have booked an autorickshaw to reach there, then you shouldn't because the road is accessible to cars and motorcycles only.
