Service and facilities are great. I really enjoy the food (they have recently changed the chef and food quality remains very very good). Every time I come back, I'm delighted with the staff reception and quality of service. They are the best

Clean and well located . Gentle and responsive staff. Amenities seem old and dated ( position of shower knobs can’t be accessed unless you stand below shower) , had unfortunate incident of bathroom getting locked and unable to open and it was 2am typed . Staff did come and fix it within 5-7 minutes but was scary considering the hour.

hi , the hotel property is new and beautiful. our room has everything we expected it to have . service is excellent, staff cooperated when we asked for an extra pillow . vibe of the room is very pleasant with proper lights and huge windows with glasses to see the outside view.the bed has a bench in front which is very convenient for sitting without messing the bed . food is also very nice . 👍

I stayed here for a long time. The rooms are nice and spacious, but the cockroaches are going to make you feel a little conscious. The building offers a wide range of products, like shopping and theaters, so one can enjoy their time without any hassle. The property is located in the center of the tezpur market area, and hence you will get things in just a 100-meter area distance. The food in the restaurant is only vegetarian and a bit expensive, but the taste is too good. One thing: if you have booked an autorickshaw to reach there, then you shouldn't because the road is accessible to cars and motorcycles only.

i can't explain about the experience, i just want to say thank you chandan da and team for great great service, they are very kind hearted, loveing people (stuff). they made us feel like a home. wana share an incident.. i did forgot my purse at the resort room and was almost half way to railway station.. they brought the purse all the way to return it back.. i was sooo overwhelm by his act.. thank you so much. FOOD: just like homely taste , veg thali, fish tenga ❤️❤️❤️❤️ thank you for everything Chanda da and team ❤️

Good location

Service we received from Security and valet was very good Front desk not upto the mark they were not welcoming and not friendly even though its our second visit, checking in even after we have already booked one more room for our family member they said ”there is no such name in their booking list” inspite the rooms were all booked in the same name a day before plus no bell boy was provided during check out. Restaurant service during breakfast was very good and all the staff was so sweet and very friendly. Housekeeping was very good too and helpful but there was a stain on the pillow in room no. 606. Room service was good

Good room & good service only have to clearly remind them to clean the room. Left room key at reception but room was not cleaned, was cleaned later when asked. Overall good experience.

The first room that was allotted did not have the following: - basic wifi strength - hot water for bath / shower - bathroom doors that close - the tv doesn't have any options for cable the hotel doors / frames are showing signs of wear and tear. - the front desk employee was very kind and changed the room for the next days stay. - the breakfast is substantial - the location is adequate as it is quiet
