My recent experience at this hotel was beyond my expectations!From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff, who are willing to help with luggage and patiently introduce the facilities.The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are of high quality, and the welcome handwritten card is prepared in detail, which is very heartwarming!The location is excellent, surrounded by delicious food and business districts, making it very convenient for travel.The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western cuisine, and the taste is superb!The overall service is considerate and meticulous, with an exceptional cost-performance ratio. I will definitely choose this place next time and highly recommend it!

Absolutely loved the hotel lobby – it's so spacious and grand. The view from my room window was breathtaking, with a misty, expansive landscape that was incredibly refreshing. Breakfast and the welcome fruit were also fantastic. It's super convenient for dining and shopping too. For two consecutive evenings, I strolled across the road from K Avenue walking street to SKP for dinner, then leisurely walked back to the hotel to enjoy a cup of tea. So relaxing! 😌

This is my second time in Wuhan, and my friend and I specifically chose to stay at a duplex hotel this time. It was a pleasant surprise with a very innovative design; I particularly liked the staircase. The entire room is smart-controlled and very photogenic. The best part is its proximity to Jianghan Road, making travel very convenient – just a few minutes' bike ride away. The service was excellent too; they kindly added an extra duvet for us and provided tissues and disposable cups when asked. It offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm here. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys novel experiences!

We chose this hotel for our Chinese New Year trip, and it was very kid-friendly! The staff even prepared amenities for children. The lobby had a strong New Year atmosphere, and the staff were very kind to the little ones. The surrounding area has complete facilities, making it easy to take the kids out. The front desk service was also incredibly warm and welcoming, and the location is super convenient, right next to Wanda Plaza, so shopping and dining are just a stone's throw away. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive. Highly recommended!

Extended my stay for two more days. The hotel is adorned with many antique collectibles, giving it a unique character. The front desk bar and reception area are designed with excellent taste. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. This will be my top choice for my next trip to Wuhan! (Regretted not taking more photos, what a pity!)

My room was spacious and comfortable, with wonderfully soft bedding, and the bathroom and smart facilities were thoughtfully designed, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service was nothing short of exceptional. Everyone, from the concierge to the housekeeping staff, was warm, professional, and incredibly responsive. A special shout-out to Abby at the front desk: she was so patient and thorough during check-in, always with a friendly smile. She proactively shared information about the hotel's amenities and local attractions, and promptly and effectively addressed any requests I had. Her attentiveness and professionalism made me feel so welcome. The entire stay was smooth, reassuring, and filled with thoughtful details. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Yichang. Highly recommended!

The best hotel in Huangshi. Very clean and modern interior design, super friendly staff. The crossstreet shopping center is definitely a huge plus where I can take my daughter to the kid playground and shop at many major brands.lots of chain store restaurants. Night time plaza dancing in so many different groups of people, young and old, female and male, amazing and everyone is welcome to join for free. I also hosted two large groups of family party at the hotel's restaurant. Decent food and service.

From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was really friendly. My child even mentioned how nice the cleaning lady was, as she personally brought him chips and extra bottled water. We were pleasantly surprised when the front desk upgraded us to a river view room during check-in, which made my family very happy. The night view of Yueyang Tower and both banks of the Yangtze River from a distance was stunning. The room decor felt new and it was very clean. The hotel's location right next to Qingchuan Pavilion and Tiemen Pass is perfect for a stroll along the river. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Wuhan with family!

The room's cleanliness was a letdown. The pillowcase had yellow stains, the hairdryer was full of dust, the trash can wasn't clean, and the cups had water marks from leftover cleaning solution. When I brought up the housekeeping issues, they deflected, saying it's hard to avoid and that guests should proactively point these things out. However, they did send some fruit, which was a nice gesture. The breakfast was really good, and the room had a great view. The bathtub wasn't very clean either, with several yellow stains. Staff training seems insufficient, as multiple times people came to the room without introducing themselves. On the bright side, the front desk staff were fantastic – a big thumbs up to them!
