My recent experience at this hotel was beyond my expectations!From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff, who are willing to help with luggage and patiently introduce the facilities.The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are of high quality, and the welcome handwritten card is prepared in detail, which is very heartwarming!The location is excellent, surrounded by delicious food and business districts, making it very convenient for travel.The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western cuisine, and the taste is superb!The overall service is considerate and meticulous, with an exceptional cost-performance ratio. I will definitely choose this place next time and highly recommend it!

Wuhan's cherry blossoms are beautiful, but the real surprise of this stay started with Mike at the Ruihua Hotel. Thanks to his thoughtful arrangements, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room directly overlooking East Lake. This led to an incredible experience the next morning: watching the sunrise from the comfort of our bed! 🌅 I have to say, the quality at Ruihua is consistently excellent, from the Dyson hairdryer and full set of L'Occitane toiletries to the unbeatable lake view outside the window – every detail makes for a comfortable stay. Being right next to Chu River and Han Street also makes getting around incredibly convenient. A big thank you to Mike for making this trip to Wuhan such a wonderful start. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Wuhan!

Highly recommend this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I felt the thoughtful service. The front desk staff patiently answered all my questions and even granted a complimentary late check-out, with clear directions. The room layout was well-designed, with good natural light and ventilation, and the toiletries were high-quality – attention to detail truly shone through. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great night's rest. My overall experience was excellent, deserving of a full five-star rating. This hotel has officially made it onto my must-stay list for future travels!

We chose this hotel for our Chinese New Year trip, and it was very kid-friendly! The staff even prepared amenities for children. The lobby had a strong New Year atmosphere, and the staff were very kind to the little ones. The surrounding area has complete facilities, making it easy to take the kids out. The front desk service was also incredibly warm and welcoming, and the location is super convenient, right next to Wanda Plaza, so shopping and dining are just a stone's throw away. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive. Highly recommended!

This was an amazing hotel for me as a solo traveller. The modern furnishings in my high rise room made for a relaxing atmosphere. I loved watching cars right outside the window in the evenings. The front desk workers were very welcoming and efficient with the checkin process. I would definitely stay here again. The only down side is that I found hair stands in my bed on the first night. My sheets were changed upon request. The mirrors in the room had dust and water spatters on them. The room is gorgeous, clean mirrors would elevate the appearance even more.

The hotel's location is excellent, overlooking the Yangtze River, and very convenient for transport. A special thanks to Milo from the concierge, whose service was exceptional and communication very smooth. Also, a big thank you to Xiao Xu from the concierge department for helping with our luggage all the way to the parking garage. The room was cozy, comfortable, and quiet, with plenty of amenities nearby. We'll definitely be staying here regularly when we come to Yichang in the future!

The best hotel in Huangshi. Very clean and modern interior design, super friendly staff. The crossstreet shopping center is definitely a huge plus where I can take my daughter to the kid playground and shop at many major brands.lots of chain store restaurants. Night time plaza dancing in so many different groups of people, young and old, female and male, amazing and everyone is welcome to join for free. I also hosted two large groups of family party at the hotel's restaurant. Decent food and service.

After a week-long journey, we finally arrived in Enshi to rest at noon today! The newly opened Enshi Jiuzhou International Hotel is really great [strong]. It has everything a five-star hotel should have, and it also has everything it doesn't have. The laundry service has always been the most important thing for us on long-distance trips. I sent my clothes over, and the lady from the hotel's laundry service was responsible for drying them, folding them, and sending them back to the room. It was so heartwarming! Disinfectant wipes, disposable toilet seats, disposable bath covers, back scrubbing towels, sea salt, etc. are prepared. Toothbrushes and combs are all made of wood and are very easy to use. Mineral water is available for you to drink as you like, and there are also many welcome fruits. The quality of tea and coffee is good. The buffet restaurant has a rich variety of dishes. The hotel charges only 108 yuan for guests staying in the hotel, which is the quality of Beijing 298 [strong]. From the moment I walked into the hotel, Manager Xie at the front desk and Xiao Gao and Xiao Yang showed me a lot of care and concern, helped me receive express delivery, etc. They were very warm and friendly. I stayed for 3 consecutive days because I liked it, and had dinner in the hotel buffet restaurant for three consecutive days. Because I stayed there continuously, I told the room attendant that there was no need to clean, but they still cleaned it very carefully for you. The service of the restaurant staff was also very good. There was also a handsome Indian guy who was responsible for making pancakes, and he ate them even when he was drunk. I posted on WeChat Moments, and my friends all said they would stay here when they come to Enshi in the future. I've stayed here multiple times. Personally, I think this is *the* must-stay hotel when visiting Wuhan! It offers the best views of Yellow Crane Tower and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge. The service attitude is excellent and trustworthy. The hardware facilities could use a refresh, though. For example, the shower in room 1203 wasn't working (the diverter for the bathtub was loose). Also, the hotel should have more bed rails available for guests traveling with children. Additionally, the signs leading from the lobby to the river-facing backyard could be clearer and more aesthetically pleasing (e.g., cherry blossoms in spring, plum blossoms in winter). Finally, all the rooms with direct river views are king-bedded; it would be great if a certain percentage could be converted to twin-bedded rooms.

I booked a room with a view, and it overlooked Shahu Lake and the Yangtze River – the scenery was absolutely beautiful. I arrived early and the room wasn't ready yet, but after it was cleaned, the front desk arranged everything for us and even called to let us know. Since it was a holiday, the hotel was very busy, and there was a queue for breakfast. However, the overall queuing system and guidance for dining were very well managed and orderly. The package also included access to the hotel's executive lounge, which had a great atmosphere and amazing night views. Overall, it met Marriott's service level and standards.
