The facilities are excellent; there's a TV and a Switch to play with. The loft room has a floor-to-ceiling faux window, but it can't be opened. The room was clean and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. It's close to the lake, which is a popular area, so getting around is very convenient. Plus, there's smart voice control, so I highly recommend it.

This time I stayed at Wentai Garden Hotel, and the experience was great! The room was warm and elegant, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The hotel staff was warm and thoughtful, the check-in was quick, and they also recommended surrounding attractions. The breakfast was rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western styles. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this place again!

Transportation: The transportation is convenient, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. Bus No. 1 can go directly to the high-speed rail station. Service: The service is very good and very enthusiastic. Because the schedule has changed, it is also delayed, which is good. Environment: The surrounding environment is very good, and snacks are also available. There are quite a few, close to Wanda, 3 minutes' walk to the river, very convenient. Facilities: Brand new facilities and equipment, independent air conditioning, very good heating effect, smart rooms, just call Xiaodu, a very cost-effective hotel , worth recommending everyone to stay

This was my first time staying in a hot spring family room, and it was absolutely fantastic! The hot spring at this hotel was excellent, looked quite clean, and wasn't too crowded. The hotel itself is relatively new. Both breakfast and lunch were superb. I'll definitely bring my child back to stay here again. The hotel staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Very satisfied, and I've already recommended it to several people.

I've had many friends stay at this guesthouse through travel agencies before, so today I finally decided to experience it myself. It's located in Muyu Town. Parking is complicated; you have to call the front desk, and they'll guide you to an outdoor spot as there's no underground parking. These spots were very exposed to the sun, and combined with Shennongjia's severe summer traffic, the overall experience was quite poor. My friend wasn't feeling well, and the road from the scenic area to Muyu Town was so congested that we just turned back to the city. Their ability to handle emergencies was subpar, and they showed a distinct lack of basic care and concern for guests. I definitely won't be returning for a second stay! I'll stick to hotels from now on. There are plenty of budget hotels nearby like Quanji and Vienna. For a better experience, just go for a Crowne Plaza – the amenities and service are on a completely different level!

The century-old villa hotel has a charming decor, and the rooms are clean and hygienic with no unpleasant odors in the bathrooms. All the staff at the hotel are very polite and friendly. Xiao Shang provided exceptional service, proactively helping us with our luggage, making coffee for us, and offering water when we went out. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. We were a group of four and booked two rooms for two nights; all my friends agreed that this hotel is excellent.

My parents and I took a Yangtze River cruise from Chongqing to Yichang. After disembarking in the morning, we checked into the Wyndham Yichang at noon. We booked a suite with a huge living room featuring a large, curved floor-to-ceiling window offering beautiful river views. The sofa in the living room was big enough for one person to sleep on, so we didn't need an extra bed. The bedroom had an air purifier, and even though it's a new hotel, there was absolutely no new-decoration smell (my mom and I both have sensitive noses). Our butler, Sunny, contacted me the day before check-in to ask about our arrival time and needs. Since there were three of us, she proactively offered a complimentary breakfast for the third person, which was incredibly thoughtful! The room she arranged perfectly matched my request for a good view. We also received welcome fruit and delicate pastries. Just a friendly reminder to everyone, the minibar is complimentary, which I thought was a great touch. When we went to visit the Three Gorges Dam with our cruise tour guide, the guide mentioned that the local Lunwan oranges are particularly delicious this season. My mom and I were instantly intrigued. Around 8 PM, I messaged Sunny on WeChat, asking where we could buy fresh Lunwan oranges near the hotel. Sunny suggested checking the fruit shops near Wanda Plaza, downstairs from the hotel. When we returned to the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised to find that Sunny had arranged for a colleague to deliver a large bag of oranges to our room – what a wonderful surprise! We bought a bag of oranges from a small fruit truck behind the hotel downstairs, and we also tried the oranges from the hotel. The hotel's oranges were clearly much better – not exceptionally large, but noticeably fresher, with thinner skin and more juice. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 (breakfast is served in the main restaurant downstairs, not the Executive Lounge). The hotel's breakfast spread is extensive. Besides the usual egg and noodle stations, there's also a congee station where you can choose your own ingredients (seafood, beef, century egg and lean pork, etc.). They also offer Yichang's local radish dumplings (it would be even better if they had Yichang's signature spicy oil buns). The Executive Lounge is open from 12:00 to 20:00, offering all-day service: around 6 kinds of fresh fruit, freshly ground coffee, tea, soft drinks, and small biscuits. There's also alcohol available (I'm not sure if it's available all day, as we don't drink). • Afternoon Tea (approx. 14:00-17:00): A good variety of hotel-made cakes (they weren't overly sweet, which was a plus!). • Happy Hour (18:00-20:00): Several types of cold cuts, vegetable salads, and what seemed like 4-6 hot dishes, two of which were fried. The selection was a bit limited.

The overall aspects are very balanced and the living is very smooth. The dining is simple and exquisite, the taste is reliable, and the daily dining is completely enough. The front desk and staff are very enthusiastic and the problem is solved in a timely manner. The room hygiene is quite good, living quietly and relaxing, and the quality of sleep has improved. Meeting such a wonderful host was the luckiest part of our trip. She upgraded our room for free, and both my mom and son absolutely loved it. She was also incredibly prompt in resolving any issues we had. The plate of snacks and her kind advice made us feel so at ease. Definitely a five-star recommendation!

The entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly smooth. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and quiet with excellent amenities. It was a very satisfying stay. The location is fantastic, very close to Bagongfangzi, with plenty of dining options right downstairs and popular tea shops like Cha Yan Yue Se and Grandpa's Tea nearby. The facilities are quite new and modern, and the price is very reasonable. I'd give it a five-star recommendation.

JJchen1This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

MMeimeimeimeiI visited Wuhan with my child during the May Day holiday and chose the Sheraton Grand Wuhan Hankou Hotel. Overall, I was extremely satisfied; it's perfect for families traveling with kids. The hotel's location is very convenient, right in the heart of the Hankou CBD. You can access Metro Lines 2 and 3 right outside, making it quick to get to popular attractions like Jianghan Road, Hankou Beach, and Yellow Crane Tower by taxi or subway. The room was quite spacious with good natural light and views. It was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. They proactively provided children's slippers and toothbrushes, showing excellent attention to detail. The soundproofing in the room was great, so we weren't disturbed. Breakfast offered a rich variety, including authentic Wuhan specialties like hot dry noodles and Mianwo, all of which tasted delicious. Special shout-outs go to Marina from guest services, Mia Zhang from the executive lounge, and the male attendant (whose name I didn't catch) who helped change our bedding on the first night. Their service was truly impressive, and I hope to stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Ping An Tower, which houses several hotels of different tiers. Multiple elevators serve different hotels, and the signage from the ground floor up is clear and easy to follow, giving it a sophisticated and interesting feel. This particular hotel seems to be a European brand, designed with a European aesthetic. Its name, RED, is a transliteration. The interior design features striking color combinations of rose red, black, and white, which I found very cool and stylish. Overall, the experience was on par with a 4-star-plus establishment. The facilities are new and complete, and the smart room controls are incredibly convenient; you can voice your requests to the TV to control various in-room amenities. Room essentials like slippers, combs, and toilet paper are also of high quality. Soundproofing, cleanliness, and service were excellent. As soon as the elevator doors opened into the lobby, staff were there to greet me and assist with check-in. Breakfast was decent – neither particularly good nor bad for a hotel of this caliber. There were a few local Wuhan specialties. The hot dishes had limited vegetable options and were only lukewarm. Additionally, there wasn't much variety in sausages and other meat items in the Western section. The only (or two) minor drawbacks were that the sink in my room drained very slowly, but I didn't want to waste time waiting for maintenance. Also, due to the holiday rush, the room wasn't ready until quite late. When I called in the morning, I was told rooms would start becoming available around 11-12 PM, most would be ready by 1 PM, and check-in would be possible by 2 PM. However, I ended up waiting until 2:15 PM. The hotel's official check-out time is 2 PM, so if they can't predict guest check-out times, it would be better to just state that check-in isn't guaranteed until 2 PM at the latest, rather than giving the false impression that it might be possible much earlier.

AAtroWe had an excellent stay at this homestay, which exceeded the quality of most hotels I've stayed in. The room was spotless and well-furnished, with no worn-down furniture, a great pillow selection, and high-quality toiletries like shampoo. This family-owned and managed property offers outstanding service. The staff's service was exceptional—they set up a WeChat group for communication and assisted us with transfers to and from the railway station. Additionally, they arranged a mini-van with a driver for a full-day tour at a very reasonable price, making our trip hassle-free. The breakfast was a highlight, made with fresh, organic ingredients and homemade dishes. They have their own tea farm, and the tea tasted delicious. The homestay is beautifully located up on a mountain above the nearby town. Despite the remote location, the staff provided transfers to and from town since there were no taxis available. Overall, this homestay provided a delightful and memorable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and high-quality stay.

GGuest UserThe environment is very good, the parent-child room set for the New Year is full of suitable for bringing elderly children to live and play, there is a farm, there is coffee, and the people here are also very good. The weather on the day I came here was good, and the heating was very hot. I like it here. The disadvantage is that the dog has been barking and the rooster crowing at about three or four in the middle of the night, and it is not early, and I have not slept well. Except for these, the time here is very happy.

AAnonymous UserNo other hotel in Wuhan can beat the view of the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge from here. When it first opened in the 1980s, it was called Qingchuan Hotel and was the tallest building in Wuhan at the time. Even now, this view is unparalleled and well worth the price. Facilities: As a Holiday Inn under the InterContinental brand, it's already newer than many Holiday Inns in other cities. I heard some rooms have been renovated, so it's not like what Ctrip says (renovated in 2012). The rooms are very new. Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: The lobby of this hotel feels very comfortable. You can walk through the lobby and elevator area to get to the riverside. In spring, you can even see cherry blossoms around the Qingchuan Pavilion area, which is very beautiful. Service: Parking is free, but it's a bit inconvenient to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries.

SSiyerI blindly booked an Executive Skyview King Room at the Ritz-Carlton Wuhan for three days and two nights. Then, on May 30th, thanks to being unable to pay for an upgrade at a former top-tier luxury hotel, I unhesitatingly extended my stay at the Ritz-Carlton Wuhan for another five days and four nights. This allowed me to have an incredibly pleasant May Day 'Staycation' during my brief eight-day visit to Wuhan. Before checking in, I received a pre-arrival call from Camellia, the Executive Lounge Supervisor, and multiple contacts on the day of my arrival. She came downstairs to greet me, proactively informed me about changes in the weather, and after check-in, arranged for an upgrade and informed me of dinner times. Because she noticed my voice was slightly hoarse during the pre-arrival call, she thoughtfully prepared rock sugar stewed pear (P4), which was served during dinner at the Executive Lounge. This genuinely impressed me, a frequent traveler who often calls hotels home due to work, even though it wasn't my first time in Wuhan but my first stay at a newly opened hotel. Over the next two days, whether it was the three daily meals (the executive five meals in this 'Carb Capital' luxury hotel were truly more than a normal person could handle! So good! 👍) or every aspect of housekeeping and daily life, especially the 'hidden menu' six-course breakfast (P5-P10) specially prepared by Executive Lounge Manager Angus during breakfast on the second day – it was full of surprises with not a single misstep. I'd even suggest that those with smaller appetites might consider ordering à la carte, because if you eat it all, you'll find that besides feeling 'carb-ed out,' you might not even be able to enjoy a pleasant afternoon or a rich dinner. 🧸 Don't ask me how I know! During my eight-day stay, almost every day was filled with joy, happiness, and, of course, various delicious foods and wines. 🥂 As a friend who moved from a former top-tier luxury hotel in Wuhan to the Ritz-Carlton on May Day said, 'It's rare to see me stay in one hotel for so long' (due to my allergies, I have high demands for food and lodging). But indeed, since checking in on April 27th, for someone who usually works late and doesn't sleep until after midnight, being able to fall asleep punctually at 10:30 PM every night was something I couldn't even imagine myself doing. As for the food, whether it was Chinese or Western Xiangyang beef noodles, tomato meat sauce pasta, crayfish cold noodles, Australian beef and lamb chops, pan-fried cod and salmon, abalone braised pork, creamy pumpkin soup, mushroom cream soup, cordyceps old chicken/duck soup, or even daily freshly squeezed cucumber juice and golden passion fruit – there was such a variety of dishes and desserts, from breakfast to dinner, that I didn't even have time to try them all. And let's not forget the cocktails made by Ari and Carah! 🍸 So, taking this opportunity to review my order, I must express my gratitude to the Executive Lounge team: Angus, Camellia, Carah, Ari, May, Freya, and Alina; Chef Yuuki, Kenny, and Chef Gong Feng (whose English name I don't know); Lumi, the supervisor of the lobby cafe; the super lovely Aunt Liu Yuping, who was responsible for daily room cleaning; and the super careful and honest Master Li, the hotel's chauffeur! Thank you all for your professional service and customer-first attitude, which made the Ritz-Carlton Wuhan my top choice for a staycation along the Yangtze River in the magnificent city of Wuhan. See you next time in Wuhan!
