JJchen1This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly.
The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

GGuest UserChose to stay at the Manxin Hotel in Wuhan, and my overall experience was great! The bedding quality was amazing – the duvet cover was clean and odorless, and the bedding itself was soft and comfortable. The blackout curtains were fantastic, allowing me to sleep until I naturally woke up. The hotel's location is superb; it's within walking distance to the pedestrian street, making getting around incredibly convenient. The attention to detail is impressive, and it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend checking it out!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Metro Line 7. The room has a good view. You can see the lake. The lake is downstairs. You can go to the lake at night. The hotel is very close to Wansongyuan Snack Street. Wansongyuan Snack Street is very famous in Wuhan. There are many delicious foods. I checked in for crayfish, hot dry noodles, duck neck and lotus root soup... They are all very good. The hotel service is also very good. The child got greasy all over after eating crayfish. I asked the front desk for detergent, which was delivered to the room quickly. The hotel bar has free drinks, and the front desk also has free water and drinks. The hotel service staff are very friendly. There is no uninterruptible power supply at the bedside of the room I stayed in, so it is not convenient to charge the mobile phone at night.

RRongyuxunzhangThis was my second visit to Wuhan, and I chose this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect. It's situated in the Li Huangpi Road area, offering direct access to Hankou Riverside Park on foot. Within minutes, you can walk to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, Bagong House, and Jianghan Customs Clock Tower. Exploring old streets, watching light shows, and trying out local food can mostly be done on foot, making getting around incredibly convenient and stress-free. We opted for the split-level loft room type. The overall decor has a simple industrial feel, with spacious and airy interiors. The design is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The common areas are beautifully styled, making them perfect for photos. It was a very comfortable stay.

AAmir wangDue to a flight issue, I booked this hotel last minute. It truly exceeded expectations; the room was very spacious and the bedding was super comfortable. Everything was up to Sheraton's standards, and the lobby on the first floor was also very grand with great design. The staff (young ladies) were enthusiastic. One evening, while dining at the coffee shop on the first floor, my child accidentally spilled an entire bowl of braised pork rice on the carpet. A male server immediately came over and, with gloves on, cleaned it up from the floor. Deliveries from outside were brought up to the room by robots. One time, when the robot was busy, a staff member personally brought the order up, which is a great touch since many five-star hotels require you to go down and pick it up yourself.

The check-in process was simple and efficient, and the staff were professional and polite, responding promptly to any requests. The room layout was well-designed with ample space, and the soft lighting made it suitable for both work and relaxation. The smart room control system was very practical, the TV screen was large, and the internet was stable and fast, allowing me to handle work without any issues. The bedding was clean and dry, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, was meticulously cleaned, and well-stocked with amenities. The common areas were clean and tidy, and the laundry room and gym on the 11th floor were very convenient for business travelers, making it easy to wash clothes. The overall soundproofing was good, so I wasn't disturbed by hallway noise. The breakfast offered a wide variety and consistent quality, meeting daily dining needs. Parking was also convenient. The hotel's overall hardware and software configurations are top-notch. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, this one's overall capabilities are truly impressive. It's my first choice for business trips and definitely worth repeat stays!

GGuest UserI stayed at the Orange Crystal Hotel in Wuhan's Jiedaokou for a business trip, and my overall experience was great. I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Xiao Di. I often stay in hotels, and I don't really expect anything overly luxurious; what I value most is the service attitude and attention to detail. Xiao Di excelled in this regard. When I checked in, there were quite a few people, but she handled everything efficiently and quickly, so I didn't have to wait long. Communication with her was very pleasant – neither cold nor overly formal. She clearly explained the check-in procedures and breakfast times, and patiently answered all my questions.

AAtroWe had an excellent stay at this homestay, which exceeded the quality of most hotels I've stayed in. The room was spotless and well-furnished, with no worn-down furniture, a great pillow selection, and high-quality toiletries like shampoo. This family-owned and managed property offers outstanding service.
The staff's service was exceptional—they set up a WeChat group for communication and assisted us with transfers to and from the railway station. Additionally, they arranged a mini-van with a driver for a full-day tour at a very reasonable price, making our trip hassle-free.
The breakfast was a highlight, made with fresh, organic ingredients and homemade dishes. They have their own tea farm, and the tea tasted delicious.
The homestay is beautifully located up on a mountain above the nearby town. Despite the remote location, the staff provided transfers to and from town since there were no taxis available.
Overall, this homestay provided a delightful and memorable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and high-quality stay.
