This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

Chose to stay at the Manxin Hotel in Wuhan, and my overall experience was great! The bedding quality was amazing – the duvet cover was clean and odorless, and the bedding itself was soft and comfortable. The blackout curtains were fantastic, allowing me to sleep until I naturally woke up. The hotel's location is superb; it's within walking distance to the pedestrian street, making getting around incredibly convenient. The attention to detail is impressive, and it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend checking it out!

The hotel is very close to Metro Line 7. The room has a good view. You can see the lake. The lake is downstairs. You can go to the lake at night. The hotel is very close to Wansongyuan Snack Street. Wansongyuan Snack Street is very famous in Wuhan. There are many delicious foods. I checked in for crayfish, hot dry noodles, duck neck and lotus root soup... They are all very good. The hotel service is also very good. The child got greasy all over after eating crayfish. I asked the front desk for detergent, which was delivered to the room quickly. The hotel bar has free drinks, and the front desk also has free water and drinks. The hotel service staff are very friendly. There is no uninterruptible power supply at the bedside of the room I stayed in, so it is not convenient to charge the mobile phone at night.

Staying at Hotel Goya was fantastic! The front desk staff was super attentive and made check-in quick and pleasant. The room was spotless, and the lighting created such a great atmosphere – my friends even said it felt like we were living in a painting. The attention to detail in their service was spot on. This is a really nice hotel! I stayed at two Sheratons on this trip, and both were excellent. The service truly stands out. The security guards at the entrance were all very polite and professional. The hotel even offered complimentary breakfast for my child and supper at the executive lounge. Our butler was also incredibly kind, always asking what services we needed. I definitely prefer big-brand hotels; the service, bedding, and overall sense of relaxation are just completely different. The breakfast was absolutely delicious – hot dry noodles, beef noodles, and guokui, among others, were all so satisfying! If I go to Wuhan again, I'll definitely choose a Sheraton. It left a lasting impression! Despite a lot of guests, you wouldn't know it when you're in your room at night. No matter how carefully you listen, you won't hear anyone in the surrounding rooms – it's incredibly quiet, ensuring great sleep quality! The location is also excellent, very close to Hankou Railway Station, and directly downstairs are Wanda Plaza and a supermarket. I also want to commend the hotel lobby for having a photo exhibition area called 'Wuhan Memories.' I think this shows the hotel's respect and understanding for this glorious city. I spent a long time looking at every single photo with my child, learning about the history. I personally found it to be a wonderful touch!

The facilities, hygiene, and environment all deserve five stars. The reason for the low rating is primarily due to the issue pictured in image eight and service problems. The hotel's decor is very stylish, and the room itself is well-designed. I'm quite sensitive to smells, and even though it was a windowless room, there was no strange odor, and the air felt fresh and not stuffy, which I really appreciated. The height of the vanity table was also perfect for applying makeup. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the extra-large TV was fantastic to watch, plus it came with VIP access. All the advantages mentioned above are due to the hotel's hardware facilities. The service was a bit chaotic, but if it were just a minor service issue, I would have overlooked it and given a high rating because of the excellent hardware. However, the main problem is the safety and privacy issue shown in image eight. Around 2 PM, I was about to take a shower when suddenly my room door was opened by someone using a key card without any warning. It was a stranger, who claimed to be a maintenance worker there to fix the curtains, saying he didn't know there was a guest inside. I don't know how your hotel's internal communication works, but why can a maintenance worker just swipe a key card and enter? I consider this a serious mistake. If I had been a bit faster, I might have been naked in front of a strange man. I've stayed in so many hotels and this is the first time I've encountered something like this – it's outrageous!

I stayed at the Orange Crystal Hotel in Wuhan's Jiedaokou for a business trip, and my overall experience was great. I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Xiao Di. I often stay in hotels, and I don't really expect anything overly luxurious; what I value most is the service attitude and attention to detail. Xiao Di excelled in this regard. When I checked in, there were quite a few people, but she handled everything efficiently and quickly, so I didn't have to wait long. Communication with her was very pleasant – neither cold nor overly formal. She clearly explained the check-in procedures and breakfast times, and patiently answered all my questions.

The room is very big, and it's very quiet at night. When you get up in the morning, you can go for a run around the courtyard. The manager Jason also gave me fruits. The environment is also very nice, and the breakfast is rich.
