Jchen1This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly.
The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

Guest UserTake the family to play in the daughter city and stay at the Manxi Hotel, the experience is full. The positioning is clear and the navigation is direct, and there is no need to detour to enter and exit the scenic spot. The sanitary details of the whole house are in place, and the washing area and corners are clean and odorless. The staff is gentle and has a need on call. The breakfast meat and vegetables are fully matched, and you can find your favorite food. Quiet in the middle of noisy, play and rest, very suitable for parent-child travel, I really recommend it to friends who come to Enshi to travel.

From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

Guest UserSince we arrived in Wuhan late, the front desk staff, Xiao Shang, helped us communicate and upgraded us to a huge, super comfortable room with a balcony for an additional charge. It was really pleasant to wake up in the morning and enjoy the breeze on the balcony. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere.

I had a really unpleasant experience at this hotel, largely due to their faulty UnionPay system. On the first day of Chinese New Year, during check-in, I was incorrectly charged – something that has never happened in all my years of staying at hotels. It took two full days to resolve, and throughout the process, the staff repeatedly blamed UnionPay, denying any hotel responsibility. The compensation they offered was a fruit platter, which I promptly refused.
In the family room I stayed in, there were several noticeable dents on the floor near the bathroom entrance. I don't understand why they weren't repaired; instead, they were simply covered with a carpet. It was quite startling if you weren't expecting to step into one. Additionally, the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, so any odors after using the toilet would spread throughout the entire room. Thankfully, there was a window I could open to air it out.
Regarding the air conditioning, it was incredibly noisy and very slow to heat up. On the first day of my stay (Chinese New Year), the room was a chilly 22 degrees. Even after setting it to 26 degrees, it didn't reach that temperature until my check-out on the fifth day.
The hotel's ground-level parking lot is tiny and often full. The underground parking spaces are also very small and difficult to navigate. Unfortunately, our MPV got scratched in the dimly lit underground lot at night.
As for breakfast, for the first two days of our stay, I assume there were fewer guests, so the breakfast offerings were quite perfunctory. It only improved when more guests arrived in the following days.
Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory stay!

Kim.leeThe hotel's location is excellent, and the room facilities are complete. The shower room has a wet and dry separation, which is completely unlike a hotel that has been open for over 10 years. The hotel carpets and curtains must have been recently replaced, they look very new. The room has high ceilings, luxurious facilities and equipment, and the overall style is grand and upscale. The hygiene is well-maintained, and the service staff are all very enthusiastic. The breakfast has a wide variety of options and is delicious. It's the top choice for hotels when visiting Wuhan.

There are tons of places to eat downstairs, and if you get hungry at night, you can easily order takeout. The hotel itself is very new and the environment is great. I used the self-service laundry and gym at night, and all the facilities were clean and tidy. The breakfast the next day was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, and they even gave me a free children's breakfast – much appreciated!

Guest UserI stayed at the Orange Crystal Hotel in Wuhan's Jiedaokou for a business trip, and my overall experience was great. I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Xiao Di. I often stay in hotels, and I don't really expect anything overly luxurious; what I value most is the service attitude and attention to detail. Xiao Di excelled in this regard. When I checked in, there were quite a few people, but she handled everything efficiently and quickly, so I didn't have to wait long. Communication with her was very pleasant – neither cold nor overly formal. She clearly explained the check-in procedures and breakfast times, and patiently answered all my questions.

Before each trip, I always message the manager, Coco, to let her know about my specific needs, such as having large-print labels on the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other amenities. She consistently takes care of everything before I arrive. It truly means a lot to feel understood and cared for in this way.
