The hotel offers great views, especially on the upper floors.

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are fantastic and well-equipped, and the overall environment is great. The breakfast spread is abundant, making for a perfect stay. There's also a restaurant right across from the hotel with dishes that really suit Chinese palates.

GGuest UserAll over the experience was good. The hotel is nearer to the laboni and sugandha beach. So easily anyone can walk and reach the shore within 10 minutes.
All the Burmese shop are 5 minute walking distance and affordable than anywhere else.
Most of the known restaurants like al goni, handi, palongki ar nearer and we do not have any trouble to find out a place for dining.
We got a buffet breakfast for two morning of our stay and there are varieties in menus for two days so it became enjoyable as there is no significant repeatation. But if Desert item and fruit juice were available, it'be topnotch hospitality.
The swimming pool is just amazing and we had fun there. At a time I felt I was drowning in the pool don’t know how, the responsible person was running towards me for my scream and made me relaxed. Thanks to them.
We got a room for two bed for four people and everything was quite good.
But the thing I mention about the hotel is the cleanliness. As a 5 star hotel the management should be more cautious about cleanliness of room and washroom they serve us.
The common washroom in lobby are too odorous that no one can use it.
The washroom in the prior room was not so clean.
The room bed cover and comforter are not so clean as well.
If they look into this, the Hotel Cox Today will be the first choice ever.
Apart from this, this journey was too good.

AAnonymous UserDuring check-in, they took separate photos of both me and my wife, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. I have stayed at this hotel before, and this was never done. Even when traveling abroad, I have not encountered such a practice in other hotels.
During our stay, we consumed some food and paid the bill at the time of check-out. Everything was settled properly, and we completed the check-out. However, about 30 minutes later, the hotel called and claimed that we had consumed two chocolates and had not paid for them. I clearly denied this, but despite my explanation, they repeatedly insisted. Eventually, I was compelled to pay for the chocolates via bKash.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's free breakfast is bread omelettes and juice, and the restaurant is open 24 hours a day, which is good. Drinking water is also given.
There are a lot of mosquitoes and the cabinet has a musty smell.
The drying rack is not enough.
