The staff were friendly and helpful. The included continental breakfast was good. The location across from the beach was great and also easy to walk around the main part of town. Lots of choices of places to eat within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel environment is bright and comfortable, with a warm-toned lobby design complemented by lush greenery, creating a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere. The cleanliness of the room is a dream for those who pay attention to details — the bedding was perfectly smooth, bathroom tiles sparkling clean without a trace of water stains, and even the corners of the wardrobe were polished to a shine. A delicate fragrance filled the air, and the soundproofing was excellent. Opening the window offered views of either the street or a garden. Whether for business travel or a family vacation, this fresh and tidy quality truly allows one to relax completely. It offers great value for money and quality combined, definitely worth choosing again and again!
I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews, but I found this place to be a real gem. It's a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, it's absolutely no problem. Parking is A$25 per night in the standard underground car park. You definitely need a car when visiting Western Australia.
The hotel infrastructure is excellent; this setup would easily qualify as a five-star hotel back home. During the Southern Hemisphere summer, the indoor pool was closed, but the outdoor pool is accessible directly with your room key. You can ask the staff for directions. The beach is right downstairs, and you can spend a whole day there, just like the locals do.
The ocean-view room was stunning; waking up to the sea view was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean upon check-in. However, the hotel is quite large, and the housekeeping on the second day was a bit slow; our room hadn't been cleaned by 4 PM when we returned, so we just grabbed fresh towels and skipped the cleaning. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful.
This area is a lively hub. Every summer, Western Australia hosts Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night markets, and Scarborough is where the Thursday night market takes place. The area around the hotel becomes incredibly vibrant, feeling like all of Perth has descended upon it.
Downstairs, there are various restaurants, including a Thursday Special Steak deal, offering a 30% discount. A 300g steak for A$30-40 is an amazing and delightful deal. There's a Coles supermarket within a 5-minute walk, where everything is cheaper – anyone who's traveled to Australia will understand.
Everything was so relaxing; I hope to come back soon.
Ever since it was built, we keep coming back! This hotel is excellently managed, with amazing, attentive staff. The facilities are beautiful and extremely clean. Our room wasn’t ready on time, but while we waited just a few minutes, the wonderful staff offered us cocktails—such a thoughtful touch! Thank you for the fantastic service. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

The hotel is surrounded by a ton of food options, from Asian and Western to international cuisine. It's super convenient for dining. There are also public parking spots available outside the hotel. It's about a 10-12 minute walk to Perth Station, so the location is really good. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small. If you book the most economical room type, you might not be able to fully open a large suitcase. However, it's still excellent value for money.
My family and I were extremely satisfied with our stay at Crown Towers this time. The hotel is renowned for its luxurious facilities, top-notch service, and excellent location. The spacious rooms consistently delivered comfort and satisfaction.
Crown Towers Perth not only offers spacious rooms but also boasts a variety of entertainment and dining options, such as ******, a shopping mall, and various styles of restaurants, catering to the needs of diverse guests. Furthermore, its location is incredibly convenient, being near Perth city center's main attractions, making it easy for visitors to explore the city.
Crown Towers Perth is an integrated resort offering accommodation, entertainment, and leisure all in one. I personally highly recommend it.

This hotel is located near the Elizabeth Quay within walking distance and the walk along the lake is amazing. The view of the hotel room is breathtaking especially during sunset and sunrise. Yes. You can see both!
Service from the team is excellent and I cannot ask for more.
The gym is equipped with good equipment and the conveniences of IGA supermarket being part of the complex helped us to get anything we missed.
Highly recommended.

It was such a comfortable stay!”,”Full marks for this hotel experience! The environment was quiet and peaceful, the bedding was soft and ensured a great night's sleep, service was prompt and responsive, and it offers excellent value for money. Definitely worth revisiting!”]
Hotel location The town is very small, more than 10 minutes drive to the beach is beautiful, the room is clean and tidy, the hotel front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, self-driving tour parking is convenient, there are many kangaroos on the lawn behind the hotel in the morning 🦘

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to visit the main attractions. The concierge staff were exceptionally friendly and responsible, truly commendable. Before checking in, I had noted some special requests, like wanting a room with a good view. However, when I arrived to check in that evening, an Indian-looking male duty manager with glasses told me they hadn't received any such notes and that the hotel was fully booked. He then proceeded to suggest that a room with a better view would require an upgrade fee, and so on… His attitude was also very cold. The poor view from my room for all four nights was a definite letdown.

CcharleneThe room was clean and spacious! There's a pool downstairs, and the hotel breakfast was good too. Plus, you can fill up on filtered water in the lobby every day! Highly recommend!
GGuest UserCourtesy bus service from all airport terminal, excellent restaurant. Rooms are well equipped and exceptionally clean
Staff are always available to with a smile
Definitely worth booking if you’re begging or ending your vacation
WWohaizhishigebaobaoneThis is my second time staying here. The room is spacious enough, very quiet, and the bedding is comfortable. The cleanliness, however, is just so-so; the bath towels had noticeable black stains. On the first day, I ate takeout at the dining table, and when I returned the next evening, I found the oil stains were still there. The cleaning staff is not very thorough. Parking is $50 a night. Overall, it's great value for money. It's a 5-minute walk to the city, and there's a newly opened Mr. King Beef Noodle nearby which is pretty good.
GGuest UserThis wasn’t our first time staying at RAC Karri Valley Resort, and once again it did not disappoint. We’ve spent time here both as a couple and with family, and it’s always a wonderful experience.
The resort is consistently clean, well maintained, and set in a beautiful, peaceful location. The amenities are great for all ages, making it perfect for family getaways as well as relaxing couple trips. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.
A place we keep coming back to and would highly recommend to families and couples alike. 🌿✨
GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at Crown. Their online check in is very convenient. We were promised a voucher for 4 because our request for written birthday card for our kids in the room was forgotten but the voucher was also forgotten. We also noticed they do not offer any complimentary water bottle in the room. All in all we had a nice stay.
AAnonymous UserHotel doesn't look like freshly renovated. Room was ok. Quite basic if you are not asking much. Were given dirty towel one day and requested for a change. Took two phone calls to reception to get that. Other times, calls to receptions were unanswered or long. Carpark nearby so convenient. There is also Coles nearby and convenience stores and fast food nearby.
MMaureenWe enjoyed our stay when we started our trip to Perth and very happily to return at the end of our trip a month later. We love Quest and it’s our preferred place to stay wherever we travel. The facilities standard is consistent throughout the chain and we can easily make it our home.
We also like the location as it’s next to the Jacob’s ladder that leads to King’s Park. The free laundry including the laundry detergent is great. Kitchen equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher are also my favourite. The parking deal is very good $25/24 hours at the nearby Wilson Carpark (10 mins) walk as the street parking is $6.70/hour.

1. **Excellent Location:** Situated in the CBD, right next to the Westin Hotel, making it incredibly convenient to get around. There's a Red Cat Bus stop nearby, and the pedestrian street is also within easy walking distance, as are many other attractions.
2. **Parking:** I didn't drive, but there's a large parking lot next to the hotel, which would be very convenient for those who do.
3. **Spacious Rooms:** I stayed near the pedestrian street for the first two nights, and that hotel was small and expensive. In comparison, for the same price, the rooms here are much larger, and the service is good. The convenience is about the same, so I'd recommend this hotel more.
4. **Minor Issues:** The toilet flush sound insulation could be better; the flushing from the next room early in the morning did disturb my sleep. However, overall, it's not a major issue. Guests generally seem quiet, and I didn't encounter any noisy neighbors in the middle of the night.
5. **Amenities:** There's a refrigerator, which is very convenient for storing milk, fruit, and yogurt for breakfast and dinner.
6. **Tour Pick-up:** When staying here, most day tours offer doorstep pick-up, which saved a lot of hassle compared to taking a taxi to a meeting point.

GGuest UserThis was the most pleasant surprise of our Australia trip! The hotel's location is fantastic, with shopping and transport links right next door. The breakfast offers incredible value for money, and the room size was decent. They even provide a pillow menu with different types to choose from, and a Nespresso machine with good quality capsules – miles better than the Pan Pacific! The staff were very welcoming and even spoke Chinese. The steakhouse and Italian restaurant nearby are both excellent. It's a shame we only stayed one night.
Oh, and a quick note on the hotel's pre-authorization: the refund was processed instantly. Hotels in other cities and the Pan Pacific I stayed at before still hadn't refunded me even after I'd returned home.
