We really enjoyed our stay at your place it is very neat and tidy. Also the indoor design is so modern and simple, we like it so much. All the furniture and utensils are new and easy to use. Check-in and check-out is easy and service is good.

To get an access key, We have to go to another building around 3 blocks away in order to get a key. The inconvenience is, appointment had made to me in front of one Villa’s door. We found other guests waiting there to but there is no more instructions for access. We have to call property and finally find out that their office just like at the next two - three rooms. I don’t understand why they didn’t make appointments at their office at first time. We we were feeling frustrated while we had been asked from the villa’s owner why we stood there in front of their property. The room is quiet good actually.

Out of all the places I stayed during my 18-day trip to Italy, this hotel offered incredible value for money. The room was huge, about 100 square meters, and came with a fully equipped kitchen (utensils, knives, a freezer in the fridge, dish soap, a microwave, and a dishwasher – perfect for buying groceries from Milan Central Station B1 and cooking your own meals). There's an elevator, and they even provided eco-friendly linen slippers! The bed was very comfortable, and the hairdryer had great power. The front desk is only open until 8 PM, but the check-in lobby offers free water and coffee 24/7, and they put out complimentary snacks every morning. The room key also opens the main gate. It was incredibly comfortable and clean, absolutely flawless. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Milan!

Hygienic: The room is clean and tidy. The fly in the ointment, the washing machine is poor in hygiene, and the inner tube has not been cleaned. Environment: Quiet and comfortable, there are convenience stores and pizza shops downstairs. Metro Line 4 is right at the street, very convenient.

The apartment is in a great location close to the metro, buses and the tram. It is a quiet area about 15 minutes from the city center. There were several problems though. We were traveling on dome hot days and we wanted to use the AC. We were informed that it was not the ”season” for AC therefore they would not turn it on. The info on this apartment clearly stated that there was AC. Apparently it's only available at certain times so make sure to check. We were told to open the windows but I stated that I had terrible allergies and there were alot of mosquitos. Of course what happened is that I got really bad allergies and was bitten by mosquitos all over. Also, when you book a place that has a kitchen it is a reasonable expectation that it will have some utensils or plates or a pot or pan. There is absolutely nothing. So if you are planning to cook you would have to bring your own utensils.

The location is excellent — just a 1–2 minute walk from Cadorna Station, making it very convenient for getting anywhere in Milan. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchenette, refrigerator, and basic tableware, which makes it suitable for short stays. There’s also a supermarket nearby, so it’s handy for preparing simple meals — a good way to save on food costs in expensive Milan. That said, remember this is Italy — don’t expect luxury or unnecessary extras. Think of it as offering the essentials for a comfortable, modern stay. One thing to note: the check-in process can be a bit tricky. You’ll need to send photos of your passport online first, and only afterward will you receive access instructions for the apartment. It’s a bit of a hassle, but once you’re in, everything works smoothly.

Location was good property was clean Wifi is terrible since i arrived the property there is no wifi connection i ask the reception to fix the internet they never check it i ask to give me the router and guess what even you have router inside the room still no wifi! WIFI IS THE MOST IMPORTANT IN THIS WORLD U HAVE TO FIXED YOUR WIFI! The staff is lazy they just sit and chitchat! FYI THEY HAVE 5 staff but no one check what the cause of the ineternet problem THEY LAZY!!

The location is excellent—just a short walk from Lanza Station (only 4 stops away from Milano Centrale). Access to the hotel is very convenient with a passcode system. The surrounding area feels safe, not isolated, and there’s no need to worry about safety. The room is modern, new, and very clean, with all the amenities you need. The bedroom, bathroom, and shower area are well separated, offering great functionality and comfort. There is also plenty of living space, along with full kitchen facilities including a microwave, kettle, electric stove, and cooking equipment—you can easily prepare proper meals here. The staff are friendly and always happy to help with any questions or recommendations. A great option for couples or groups of friends.

We (2 people) stayed at the Academia Residence in Bergamo for two days, from 11 to 13 April 2025. The price of the question – 29 022.50 rubles without breakfast (276.4€). Booked via Trip.com. Payment in rubles. The hotel said that the booking came through OSTROVOK!!! The hotel is located in the centre of Bergamo, in the old part of the city, on a narrow medieval street, in the ancient palace. It is very close to the Carrara Academy (recommended). The hotel is located near the train station. We had a large room (an improved, four-bedroom), windows it went out into a wonderful quiet garden where we had a separate exit and where we had a great evening time for a cup of tea. The room was large, with beautiful design and even with old furniture, there was all necessary: a refrigerator, a safe, a TV, toiletries. On the respiratory, there was always someone who was important to us, as it was necessary to leave things to the settlement, very friendly and attentive staff in the hotel. The hotel is very beautiful and quiet. A little surprised, a fairly high tax - €15.9 for 2 nights we paid when leaving. On this trip we were also in Brescia, Verona, Padua and Venice (for example, in Venice - €30.0 for 7 nights) - everywhere the tax on residence was lower than in Bergamo. Rating of hotel and staff – 9 points!!! RECOMMENDED!!!
