This is a good hotel with reasonable price. You have to check in and check out by yourself. The staff will give information to you via WhatsApp and also have discount for some restaurants.

Convenient contactless hotel. You need to look for it in the alley. There is no service counter. You need to call the administrator to get the door and main door room code. It will be a little inconvenient if you don't have the local door number. The bed is big. It is very clean. The layout is tasteful. The furniture is complete. There are also mineral water and tea bags. Very considerate. The disadvantage is that it is far from the station and there is no elevator. Other than that, everything else is good.

Clean and hygienic, the hotel is located in the fishing village, outside cars can not enter the village, stop a few hundred meters away from the village entrance, 20 euros a night, or free parking on the side of the road, but free parking spaces are limited.

Very great location, the room is spacious and clean. All the staff are helpful and share the time table of train for how to travel between Cinque Terre( five villages).
Walking distance to the central town and offer a breakfast vouchers (complementary) to the local coffee shop( around 5 mins walk). Also have a storage lockers after check out. Very thoughtful and great value.

Fantastic apartment, we loved it! Highly recommend.
It features a large bed and an electric kettle. The place was clean, with excellent water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water – a real bonus, especially after Rome where the water was only lukewarm.
They also offer luggage storage after check-out, allowing you to explore the city and its surroundings.

The price is very high, close to the train station and supermarket, the room is relatively spacious (can live 3 people), the sanitary conditions are good, next time I go to Las Pezia will stay here.

Il mio soggiorno in questa villa era ottimo nonostante nn era tutto perfetto,la tv nn funzionava,percui era come se nn ci fosse,la camera nn era insonorizzata per via della reception vicina,dove si sentivano le voci..anche dalla camera si sentiva il via vai dei treni, non esageratamente però puo dare un po di fastidio…la colazione mi aspettavo maggiore qualità,anche se le ceramiche nelle quali veniva servito il tutto erano stupende,eleganti e di classe.il caffè pessimo!quello dalla macchinetta che c era in camera era ottimoo!il servizio e l accoglienza era ok.

TTravelereNice place in the middle of the town, clean shower, check in can be done online via whatsapp. Unfortunately no assistance for parking (no onformation given where/how to park, must find by yourself). Room is nice and comparably big. Overall, good impression.

The shower drain was a bit blocked and would over flow if you had it on full.
You could also smell the typical unpleasant drain smell from a blocked pipe.

MMarkjaxThis is a lovely apartment with all the modern facilities you would expect. It is in a great location for visiting either old town or the beach. The host is exceptionally welcoming and generous and went out of his way to explain everything and we were lucky to have private parking available at the time of our stay. I would also like to mention and strongly recommend the Rickarola restaurant. The Pizzas are amazing the staff are so generous providing lots of extras for no charge and it has a wonderful friendly atmosphere.

AAnonymous UserWell, the room and cleanliness is good, just did not receive clear check in instructions in advance and there is a lift but it is not accessible to the floor of the room that we stay in. And also, the breakfast is at the patisserie located at the ground floor with only a cup of hot drink and a croissant, again, not instructed clearly on where to get the coupon.

MMieko & MingTo go to Cinque Terre, I chose to stay in Las Pezia for 2 nights. Although it was a bit far from the station to drag my luggage 800 meters, the room was clean and quiet.
Capsule coffee is provided and the taste is not bad, and small snacks can be served with coffee to provide a service similar to afternoon tea, which is really intimate.
If you want to see the sea all the time, it is recommended to live directly in Cinque Terre to get a better travel experience.

GGuest UserI really loved this cute hotel. A great location, easy access to the heart of Levanto. And everything we needed for a 3 day stay.
We could get the train or ferry to Cinque Terre towns and also enjoyed getting to Bonassola and Porto Venere while staying in this gorgeous part of Italy.
Staff were very, very helpful and our room was tidied everyday.

You need to contact the company beforehand to get the entry codes on WhatsApp. There's some nice restaurants nearby and parking after 8 PM is free right by the hotel. Nice for a night, but nothing special about the hotel or area.
