Not bad number, but to get the problem, you have to call the Italian number, will work the lock then to go up to the third floor and to type the code in the general hall, and then again you have to enter the code to get your room. The door in this mini hotel is located in a narrow alley, between the cafe, find it seems not a problem but the first time a little tense. In the general hall there is a coffee shop, tea biscuits and a refrigerator. In the room there is a teapot and tea bags, there are no dishes.

A wonderfull spot, the lady that welkomed us, was incredibaly kind, helpfull & understanding, the chalet was spotless, a view of the sea, highly recommended location

As a transit hotel to Cinque Terre, the price is good. The room is spacious and clean, not to mention a complete set of kitchen utensils and tableware, it is very convenient to make some favorite food yourself. The landlord, Mr. Emmanuel, is very patient and is very useful for our parking reference.

Nice place in the middle of the town, clean shower, check in can be done online via whatsapp. Unfortunately no assistance for parking (no onformation given where/how to park, must find by yourself). Room is nice and comparably big. Overall, good impression.

Location located in the centre of Sanremo, two steps from the sea and shops. The place is inside a palace, on the second floor and with the lift. Inside we were welcomed by Joseph, the owner of the rental room, he was very kind to wait for us at 12:30 to leave us the key. A very nice, comfortable and especially clean room! There is a mini-fridge, air conditioner, TV, a closet with extra coatings and covers and much more. Clean and complete bathroom of everything. Quality-price ratio unfair. I advise everyone. Fantastic apartment, we loved it! Highly recommend. It features a large bed and an electric kettle. The place was clean, with excellent water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water – a real bonus, especially after Rome where the water was only lukewarm. They also offer luggage storage after check-out, allowing you to explore the city and its surroundings.

We stayed here because of the proximity to the train station. It was very easy to walk to and from to catch the trains to Cinque Terre. Room was basic, not very updated and quite tight, but it did the job since we just needed to sleep/shower there.

a good place to stay if you have a car or able to catch the bus to get up or afford to pay 25 euro to get a taxi it is close to nothing, you have to prepare dinner if you do not want to go back after meal the price of the stay was excellence breakfast too good to be true quiet and not crowded compared with other areas of cinque terre reception open at breakfast time and claimed 3-6 pm but when l arrived at ~ 16:30, no one at the reception to help. me need to communicate with email or pgone if possible will try to come back later when well prepare 😊
