It was such a great experience staying at this hotel. 8 minutes walk from MRT, 3 minutes walk to small night market. Plenty of shops. 711 - lawson and small supermarket right in front of the hotel. Hotel is clean with excellent service from housekeeping to front desk staffs. Minimal breakfast but it is more than enough to start the day. You dont want to eat too much as there are plenty eateries you want to try. Free water daily and snacks throughout the day is great!. Having washing machine combo with dryer is the cherry on top!

I didn’t know that I had to take the initiative to add a guest when I booked the room. I only found out the day before the trip that I added their guest in the middle of the night and returned within half an hour. The customer service staff didn’t sleep, haha. The location of the room is super good. The room is pretty big for this price. It can be seen that it has been decorated with care. The bathroom is still separated from wet and dry, and it has a disposable toilet! It’s really worth living in a room like this at this price. There shouldn’t be any other cheap places like this in Taipei. All in all, I’m very satisfied :)

Room is in a hotel but check in is not at main desk, there is a keypad on the room’s door used to enter the room. Good location - very close to McDonald’s and Starbucks, and there’s a lot of smaller shops within walking distance. Room was very clean with comfortable bed. I would stay here again if I return to Hengchun.

Very close to Hualien Railway Station, the room door and the door are all password locks, very convenient, the sound insulation inside is a little bad, the external is OK, but because it is close to Hualien Airport, there will still be quite a lot of planes taking off and landing sound

The room is located on the 13th floor, and room B8 has no windows. Soundproofing is average; you can hear doors opening and closing in the hallway at night (but it doesn't affect sleep). Customer service responded very quickly.

The location is excellent. Given the nature of the region in Taiwan, it is difficult to find affordable accommodation, so I am satisfied in that regard. Honestly, if you are very particular about cleanliness, you should go for a 5-star or higher luxury hotel; however, if you don't mind that much, I recommend it! You can think of it as staying in an officetel (apartment) for a few days, and the noise level is comparable to that of a standard apartment or studio. Also, since I checked in late, I found it helpful to take the key box with me. However, please note that towels and similar items are not provided in large quantities.

A homestay with a high CP value, the door and the door are opened with a password, and the room is very clean! There are quite a lot of food nearby and convenience stores are very convenient. It is also close to the station. The customer service reply is very fast and kind! The only drawback is that the tailless alley is relatively narrow, and the car will not be easy to enter and exit if it is relatively large!

Just like the photos when I booked, I was lucky this time. I booked on the same day, and the guesthouse called that afternoon to confirm check-in details. They thoughtfully added me on Line and sent me messages, which put me at ease. Their professionalism and enthusiasm made us feel very welcome, especially since it was our first time visiting Chiayi. Upon arrival, the staff explained the surroundings and recommended nearby attractions – very authentic! The lobby was spacious, warmly decorated, and stylish. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean; although we didn't have time to use it, it felt like home. I highly recommend this guesthouse for anyone visiting Chiayi – thumbs up!

We frequently visit Chiayi and have stayed in many accommodations. 122 has an excellent location, and you can even reserve parking in advance. The rooms are clean and comfortable even without staff. Self-check-in is convenient, and we highly recommend it. The only downside to our four-person room was its proximity to the road, making it easy to hear car noises while trying to fall asleep. If this bothers you, remember to bring earplugs; it will easily solve the problem. We also used the automatic mahjong machine in the basement this time. The whole family enjoyed it, and the kids were very happy. They even said they'd like to book the entire building next time.
