Availability limit: The Promo Code is limited and available for redemption on a first-use, first-served basis. System validation at checkout will determine if the Promo Code can be successfully applied. The promo code amount is calculated based on the ticket's base fare plus applicable taxes and excludes all other fees, charges, and surcharges.
The Promo Code shall not be used in conjunction with gift cards.

The Promo Code is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of credit.
In the event of a refund or cancellation, any refund will be based on the actual amount paid. The value of the Promo Code used will not be refunded.
If a booking where a Promo Code was used is cancelled or refunded, the Promo Code will be considered used and will not be returned to the user.

These T&C are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory rights afforded to you by the laws of your country of residence.
