We came to Hakone with our 3-person family and our child. The room was clean and just the right size, and our child absolutely loved it! The dishwasher was a huge help 👍👍👍. With plates, bowls, spoons, kids' dishes, a rice cooker, and a microwave oven all provided, it truly felt as comfortable as being at home. Plus, they even had kids' shampoo and lotion, which was amazing! Five Star! Just one minor point: Since we had our child with us, checking out at 10 AM felt a bit rushed. We were in a bit of a hurry.

The location is fantastic, very close to Taoyuan Terrace, and it's super convenient to take the cable car. The whole place is clean, and having a hot spring, cold bath, sauna, and a small garden terrace all in one unit is incredible value for money. The kitchenware is also very well-stocked; you can do BBQ, shabu-shabu, whatever you want, it's great! Just a heads-up: to use the vending machines outside, you need to download a specific app, and not all of them work. If there's an expired item in one, it locks down completely and won't dispense anything. The nearest 24-hour unmanned convenience store down the slope also has very limited selection, so if you're driving, make sure to stock up on everything before you come here to relax.

This hotel didn’t have 24hours front desk services , nevertheless travelers can easily reach out by free call services if needed assistance when you arrived. Is about 5-10mins walk from Hakone-Yumoto station. Turn left right after you exit from station , across the road whereby tourists information office and bus stations . Walk across a red bridge right after walking down from stairs station , turn left after crossing bridge ,walk few more mins and you will be able to reach the hotel .

The room was great, the hot spring was very clean, and the heating in the room was excellent. Check-in was a breeze.

This hotel is brand new and offers fantastic amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, a very clean washer and dryer, and even a dishwasher! The best part is the in-room hot spring bath. Every evening, I looked forward to soaking in the 'natural hot spring components (Yunohana)'. It was incredibly relaxing! I learned that this type of spring water is excellent for relieving fatigue, joint pain, and is even good for your skin. Since I stayed for 5 days, the only minor inconvenience was the lack of an outdoor recycling area, so I had to contact customer service online for trash pickup. Aside from that, everything else was perfect!

There is a sauna, a hot spring, and a barbecue. The environment is quiet and the facilities are very good. Family travel here is the first choice, and the parking space is at the door. Come back next time!
