The location was very good, very near to the ferry terminal and ropeway station. The layout of the villa was spacious and it came with free drinks like a beer and a nottle of wine etc.

The indoor onsen is good . Very good experience as the onsen located in our room at basement level . They have hot and cold spring water plus a sauna room . Level 2 is all bedrooms and level 1 for living hall . It’s a peaceful and quiet place. Higly recommends 👍

To be fair, wasnt able to stay in the hotel since realised only 1 day before check in date that - there isn't luggage holding or storage available - yamato does not pick up luggage from here - go apps does not help since no taxi driver accepts pick up from this location As we were travelling as a relatively big family with more than 6 big luggages and owner did not response to my reachout timely, the location and inconveniences to arrange for transport resulted in us changing our itinerary and missing out on staying in the hotel. We feedback to owner and Trip.com for mitigation if we can get some refund back, but to no avail. All in all while we understand its not owner's fault, I do wish they could reply promptly on enquiries and also review their cancellation and refund policy.

The location is fantastic, very close to Taoyuan Terrace, and it's super convenient to take the cable car. The whole place is clean, and having a hot spring, cold bath, sauna, and a small garden terrace all in one unit is incredible value for money. The kitchenware is also very well-stocked; you can do BBQ, shabu-shabu, whatever you want, it's great! Just a heads-up: to use the vending machines outside, you need to download a specific app, and not all of them work. If there's an expired item in one, it locks down completely and won't dispense anything. The nearest 24-hour unmanned convenience store down the slope also has very limited selection, so if you're driving, make sure to stock up on everything before you come here to relax.

We encountered a slight issue with self-service check-in, but it was quickly resolved with the help of customer service. The room was spacious, and the private hot spring and sauna allowed us to fully relax. The location is more suitable for travelers with cars; however, it takes more than ten minutes to drive out to buy things at night, and the road lighting is slightly insufficient.

The map labels were very accurate, the accommodation was first-class, and all the items and facilities were very new, almost brand new. The self-check-in process was very convenient, and everything for dinner was already provided outside the room! There was ample space for the whole family to enjoy different activities. The most unique feature was the private hot spring and sauna in the room! I would definitely go again!

We were very satisfied with this facility. We were able to bathe in the hot springs whenever we wanted, and the sauna was also very hot, making it a very satisfying hot spring trip for the whole family. We brought our own food and had a BBQ. The dishwasher didn't get very clean, but... It was a great facility.

It was extremely deserted. I clearly booked for four people, but eight people showed up at check-in. I logged in beforehand and confirmed there were only four people. The order only had four names. I also logged into the system and scanned my passport. But eight people still showed up at check-in. The check-in area was very cold. There was only a cold, impersonal tablet. It was very inconvenient. They prepared food for three people inside, and I had to buy everything else separately. I'll only go once anyway. There were no amenities outside. I'll never go again.
