Facilities: All the facilities were excellent, including a swimming pool and hot springs. Service: This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in terms of service. The staff were all proactive, thoughtful, and always greeted us with a smile. Food: Breakfast was provided every morning, along with complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks. There's also a restaurant right outside the hotel where you can order food. The taste was pretty good, and they even deliver to the hotel restaurant, so you can enjoy great meals without even leaving the hotel. Activities: The hotel also included a complimentary travel photoshoot. We got 3 professionally retouched photos for free. The photographer was very skilled and patient, taking many beautiful pictures. The photos below are really well done, with great composition, and the photographer even guided us on poses. Transport: Another highlight was the unlimited shuttle service to West Street. It was incredibly hot, so having a car pick us up and drop us off was a huge relief.

Service: Absolutely 5-star, we felt right at home. They're genuinely pet-friendly, not just in name (they were so kind to my 'Tomato,' even preparing a chicken breast afternoon tea for him!). It was such a relief to know we could leave him safely in the room when heading to crowded spots – truly the most satisfying aspect for me. The room's bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. Suggestion: It would be wonderful if they could add an à la carte menu, as the guesthouse environment is much more pleasant and comfortable than eating out.

This was my third trip to Guilin. This time I brought my partner, and unfortunately, it rained all three days, so we pretty much just relaxed at the hotel. The environment at Songpin and the quality of the rooms are simply top-notch, definitely the best of Huazhu Hotels. The room was also spacious enough! I only have two suggestions for future improvements. First, the breakfast quality could be enhanced. On our second day, the ice machine was broken, so there was no ice or iced water. Second, the TV in the room seemed a bit small given the size of the room. Overall, even though the weather in Guilin wasn't great this time, the hotel provided a lot of emotional value!

On our road trip through Jingxi, we were fortunate enough to book the Yun Man Man Hotel. Situated directly opposite Jinxiu Ancient Town, the hotel's design and ambiance are incredibly elegant. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt exceptionally comfortable – it truly exceeded our expectations. The rooms are spotlessly clean and tidy, featuring high-end Hansgrohe and Duravit bathroom fixtures, which clearly reflects the owner's dedication. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to assist, and even provided a complimentary afternoon tea. After checking in, we enjoyed our afternoon tea at the beautiful rooftop cafe; the tea itself was incredibly refined – absolutely wonderful! The room was wonderfully quiet at night, and the bedding was excellent. I usually struggle with sleep, but here I slept like a baby until morning, which was a huge bonus! Breakfast on the first floor offered a fantastic blend of Chinese and Western options, perfectly balanced and genuinely to my liking. I don't usually leave reviews, but this hidden gem of a hotel truly deserves my highest recommendation!

An unexpected stay experience. We traveled off-peak and arrived before the May Day holiday. It was hot weather. The housekeeper was very considerate to pay attention to our arrival time. The air conditioner in the room was turned on in advance. She helped to carry the luggage when we got off the car. She also sent some travel guides and precautions for the surrounding area the day before. She was considerate and meticulous, and was simply a role model for homestay housekeepers. The room is next to the river, so there are inevitably some mosquitoes, but there is mosquito repellent in the room, and closing the doors and windows before night will not be affected. The river view and bamboo forest in the room complement each other, leisurely and comfortable. It is recommended to spend a day or two leisurely in the room. The breakfast is rich, and the most important thing is that there is unlimited coffee refills during the stay, which is very friendly for coffee lovers. The hygiene is also very good. The homestay supplies are all high-quality. There is a small swimming pool for posing. The decoration and layout of the lobby are also very good. The green plants in the yard are planted carefully, and it can be seen that the manager loves the yard. Everything is very satisfactory.

This is the first homestay I chose when I took my mother out for a trip on Mother's Day. I was a little surprised when I entered the homestay. It really touched my heart~ It is especially suitable for checking in, with clusters of flowers, and there is a 🐱, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. The young man is also very enthusiastic. The homestay is very close to Dongxi Lane. Go out of the underground passage across the bridge and go straight to the left to reach Dongxi Lane. Go straight to Jingjiang Palace from Dongxi Lane. It is also very close to Elephant Trunk Hill and Sun and Moon Twin Towers. The taxi fare is less than 10 yuan. Sun and Moon Twin Towers and Elephant Trunk Hill are free attractions, unless you take a bamboo raft cruise, you need to pay. Elephant Trunk Hill is at Exit 3 and Exit 2. Exit 2 is the best location for checking in. If you want to go to Yangshuo, you have to go to Guilin South Bus Station. The Didi driver said that there is no Yangshuo bus at the North Station. The only regret is that I haven't found cheap and delicious Guilin rice noodles yet.

The accommodations were a true highlight of our entire Yangshuo trip, exceeding 5-star standards. From our room, we could directly admire the stunning scenery of Yangshuo's lush greenery. Because we were traveling with elderly parents and children, all over 70, we weren't able to visit some of the city's attractions. The elderly, however, said their room was the ultimate indulgence. The owner also provided two bicycles. The elderly went to the nearby farmers' market every day to buy groceries. The owner also provided a full kitchen, making the experience feel like home. Each room was equipped with a professional tea set, including complimentary tea. Chatting with family over tea in a room with a view was perhaps the highlight of our Yangshuo trip. Highly recommend this stay for large families. The owner was incredibly welcoming, offering discounts on tickets and numerous travel tips. The villa hotel is in the community, by the river, the scenery is very good! The hotel is very close to the impression of Liu Sanjie, there are many places to eat nearby, very convenient! Not far from Yangshuo West Street, will go again next time!

The room was great! The room was renovated from an old house, but it is still very comfortable to live in. The bedding and toiletries are all good. The interior decoration of the room is relatively simple and industrial style. There is also a public kitchen, coffee machine and refrigerator, which is very convenient. The boss was very nice and talkative. He introduced us enthusiastically and sent us detailed notes about the surrounding places to eat, drink, have fun and travel. He was so thoughtful. It's a pity that this trip was too short and I didn't have a few more days to experience it. I just sat in the courtyard, made tea, listened to the rain and enjoyed the slow life.
