Song Hotel Guilin

The park scenery is absolutely stunning, and the room facilities are excellent. There aren't many commercial options nearby, so we were limited to eating at the Shiboge restaurant. While the food was decent, we got tired of it after two days. The Sunac Land was better than nothing, but not by much.

Excellent room, with lovely greenery in the courtyard perfect for a morning or evening stroll. The turndown service was a great touch! 👍

This was my third trip to Guilin. This time I brought my partner, and unfortunately, it rained all three days, so we pretty much just relaxed at the hotel. The environment at Songpin and the quality of the rooms are simply top-notch, definitely the best of Huazhu Hotels. The room was also spacious enough! I only have two suggestions for future improvements. First, the breakfast quality could be enhanced. On our second day, the ice machine was broken, so there was no ice or iced water. Second, the TV in the room seemed a bit small given the size of the room. Overall, even though the weather in Guilin wasn't great this time, the hotel provided a lot of emotional value!

The room was spacious and well-equipped. It was clean and hygienic, with a beautiful environment. The customer service and other staff were meticulous and responsible. The shuttle bus was available on call throughout my stay. The staff at both the Chinese and Western restaurants were attentive and thoughtful, especially Ms. Huang Kaixiang, who delivered meals to my room with such a warm and friendly attitude.

There was a slight hiccup when I checked in; my room wasn't quite right. After a bit of back-and-forth, I was moved to a different room. While the facilities were a bit dated, I could really feel the dedication to service. Martin, the Front Office Manager, provided us with excellent service! I had a great experience overall! The hotel has a unique 'Songpin' charm, with individual villas that feel like a secluded paradise. It definitely gave off Staycation vibes, which was perfect for the May Day holiday!

The environment here is absolutely superb – quiet and luxurious. It's incredibly comfortable for families traveling with children and definitely worth a stay due to its high quality. Plus, there's a complimentary amusement park ticket for the place next door, which my kids absolutely loved. It's a fantastic spot for a relaxing vacation.

Really loved it! We visited during the May Day holiday when it was less crowded, and we had a fantastic time! The food was excellent; we could even order room service, which made the kids really happy! Definitely worth staying here! The service was also fantastic!

Everything about this hotel was great, except for the breakfast, which was a bit lacking in quality. The room was incredibly spacious, which was a pleasant surprise, and it even came with a small courtyard. I genuinely felt like I scored a fantastic deal with the Ctrip promotional price. The mini-bar was restocked daily with complimentary drinks. It's rare to find a hotel in China that's so generous at this price point.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but the surroundings are quiet and the scenery is beautiful. The room decor is distinctive, and the facilities are complete and upscale; I particularly loved the in-room capsule coffee machine – it must have cost as much as a night's stay, I wanted to take it home! The cleanliness was impeccable, even the bathtub was spotless. The staff's professionalism was evident; they consistently anticipated guests' needs. The courtyard is large, but there were too many mosquitoes, and no outdoor tables, chairs, or loungers were provided, making it impractical to use. Also, given its secluded location, the lack of a complimentary airport shuttle could significantly impact occupancy.
