I booked the tour late in the evening, so I didn't receive a message from the guide. When I arrived at the Dunxi metro station on time, I wasn't listed at first, but they put me on the bus without any problems. Everything else went perfectly. Thanks to the guide Antonina! She's very responsive!★

Everything was perfect, except for the weather. When we were already on the wall, it started raining and hailing, and we had to wait it out in one of the towers. We went up on the cable car and had to take it back down. The views were superb, the guide was excellent, and she arranged and arranged everything herself.★

It was a very smooth ride. Since I have WeChat and knows Chinese, the whole process was pretty easy even I don’t have a Chinese cell phone number. Two days before the Booking, the company contacted me through WeChat by my US phone number. Then a special chat group was setup between me and the actual driver. They send us a link so we can filled in the custom declaration form online. I told them the exact time of the day and the pickup/dropOFF address. The driver showed up on time and help us loaded luggages. When we arrived at the Chinese border, We did need to carry our luggage to go through the customs. But it was pretty easy. The driver picked us up again at the parking lot outside the customs. Then took us to our hotel. It was great service. 5 stars!★

Everything went great; we only took the transfer to the wall. We bought the entrance ticket, shuttle, and cable car rides from the guide on the bus.★

Everything was as described. We did spend a long time searching for one tourist, trying to contact him until the very end. It turned out he'd overslept, so we left 20 minutes late because of him. I was very surprised by this approach.
