The facilities were good, as expected from the Wyndham chain.
The location is a bit far from Bukhara Old City, so it's not close to tourist attractions, but using Yandex shouldn't be a problem.
However, the front desk staff was unfriendly. Even during check-in, they answered the phone and didn't respond properly.
I tried to use the hotel restaurant, but it was closed because the entire hotel was booked for Sunday and Monday.
I sat alone in the restaurant for over 10 minutes during lunchtime.
No staff member offered me a menu or any assistance,
and no one was there to keep me company. So, I ended up leaving and having lunch at the lobby bar. The lobby bar staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
The front desk and restaurant staff need more training to be more attentive. I don't expect much, but I think the bar staff would be fine.

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a warm, modern atmosphere. The pool and sauna were absolutely outstanding.
The staff were amazing. The manager greeted me even before check-in, which made me feel welcomed right away. And the doorman, Timur, always met me with a warm smile and kind eyes. It felt safe and almost like coming home.
The location was fine for me. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Lyabi Hauz, and I felt safe walking even at night.
Thanks to this hotel, I enjoyed Bukhara even more. I would recommend it to friends and would love to stay again.

Из минусов: до старого города 20 минут пешком, идти неудобно, нужно пересекать трассы и спальный район. Постель большая, но неудобной я: нет наматрасника, плохие подушки, застиранное серое постельное белье. В душе нет напора, ванную набирать 3 часа.

The room is luxurious, elegant, generous and comfortable. The environment is elegant and clean with flowers and plants. The interior design is spacious, comfortable and breathable. The quilts, sheets and pillowcases are all very clean and white. The hygiene is clean and tidy. There are cleaners cleaning every day. The location is very convenient at the entrance to the old town. If you are an inn in the old town, you cannot access it by taxi, but this inn can be reached at the last minute. Also, when I took a taxi at Yandex Go, I forgot something in the car. The inn kindly talked to the Yandex driver (it is possible to call via the app, but the driver only speaks local language), and I was able to get back the forgotten thing safely.

We arrived at this hotel on March 4 evening we met at the hotel excellent, moreover we raised the room level for this separate thank you. The room is very clean and neatly there is no extra smell level corresponding to the price. The guys in the resepschen responded to all the reviews and helped in everything. I think this hotel is one of the best in Buhara. I advise all travelers.

The hotel is the newest and freshest, on foot access to the old city and market. It's clean, bed and towels are white. We were quickly settled at night and we arrived at 4:00. And what kind and friendly people work there, try to do everything for a comfortable rest. Individual thanks to the girl on the respiratory (she is true to all hands, maybe for the manager). She responded to all our requests. Breakfasts (cash and eggs with sausages, pizza, pie), all delicious. Wish only, change the coffee car, or it is not very convenient with it to manage itself, yes and long, and so everything super!!!
