A newly opened hotel perched high on the hill — just 4 or 5 months old — where you can proudly say you were among its very first guests. Communication can be quite a challenge here, but the lovely lady at the front desk makes everything easier with her kindness and warm smile. She’s truly a gem. Not to forget the resourceful concierge lady as well. So sorry I never got your name! On the less pleasant side — I was charged for something I didn’t have. The hotel insists they didn’t, but my credit card statement clearly says otherwise. Hopefully, my money is being put to good use somewhere! :) Now, if you’re seeking an unforgettable experience — of the not-so-relaxing kind — head to the front desk and look for the younger guy with curly hair. If he tells you, “I got you a good room,” don’t believe it. And if it gets noisy outside and you can hear people talking, just close the window… except it’s already closed! :) Should you dare to raise an issue, you might be met with this gem of customer service wisdom: “This is a 5-star hotel. Do you know? You don’t know what 5-star hotels are like.” The outdoor pool opens to a beautiful sky and ocean view, though it’s partially blocked by wires and glass panels. Still, it’s a peaceful spot to unwind with 18 degree water - cold plunge truly! Thankfully, the Spa saves the story — it’s genuinely fantastic. The indoor pool is heated and beautifully designed, the private sauna and hamam are divine, and the massages are absolutely worth it. “Hassan” at the spa is wonderful and sweet. So yes, the hamam is five-star. The design and interior of the hotel, I get where it’s going too. The rest… I guess I haven’t been to too many 5 stars to speak.

Let me start with some positives - First the staff are friendly and attentive. The beach area is great with a nice bar. The location is easy to find opposite the Zeus cave entrance, and has a dolmus (minibus) that goes to kusadasi ever 30-40mins (cost 46tl (2024)). The cake selection is good as well, they may have someone who specialises in desserts on site. The negatives - The drink sizes are tiny, seriously tiny small plastic cups which I understand is to reduce wastage but as a guest I don't want to visit the bar area 2-3 times to quench my thirst. Note beer sizes appear decent so if you don't drink alcohol don't bother with here. - food wish alot the dishes are the same day in day out, I liked a few but still variety keeps customers happy. - entertainment is focused couples and the same thing over and over so lack variety here too. The staff truly do try. Overall I had more expectations, the hotel most probably needs better management as the staff appear eager to help.

Incredible! Ultra all inclusive done properly! So many restaurants to choose from, all with pretty amazing food! Service was great, even the valet was included. The beach was beautiful, 4 different pools to choose from, gym first class - honestly couldn’t fault this hotel or stay. Usually there is some sort of jobsworth receptionist in a hotel that tells you you can or can’t do something - this wasn’t like that at all. Everyone and everything was spectacular! We’ll be back again this year for sure!

This is definitely one of the best hotels in Kuşadası. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of the rooms and the attentiveness and service of the staff. Even though it was very busy due to the holiday, they attended to everyone individually. It's also great that it's a child-friendly hotel. We had a wonderful time with our baby. We experienced their breakfast; everything was fresh daily and prepared very hygienically. The pool and Turkish bath were also very sterile and clean. We couldn't stay very long due to our work schedule, but it was a very enjoyable experience for us, and we will definitely come back.

The hotel definitely needs renovation. Outdated design, worn-out gym. Breakfast is good, quality, everything you need is there. In the photo it looked new, in fact it is quite an old hotel, we expected breakfast on the roof, in vain.

The location is excellent, a 15-minute walk to Ladies Beach, just off the bustling city center. The hotel is beautiful and clean, just like the photos, and the breakfasts are delicious. We really enjoyed everything, but it would be nice if they offered more drinks with the breakfasts; they only offer tea and water.

We had a wonderful restful time at seven for life thermal hotel. The room was spacious and clean, staff were helpful and friendly and the buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious. We loved the thermal pools. We would recommend this hotel to all travelers.

We stayed for 3 nights, the room was large, very quiet and comfortable, the hotel view was very beautiful, and there was an ancient castle attraction in a few minutes walk, and there was a pink beach with many net red restaurants, but the meal in the hotel was also very good, eating in the hotel can enjoy the most beautiful scenery, The hotel staff is also very enthusiastic, (of course to tip, whether it is cleaning the room, bellman, restaurant waiter), in addition, the hotel introduced the tour charter and tour guide are also very good! The materials used in the rooms are top-quality, and the hotel consistently prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction at every turn. The staff are also highly professional. I wholeheartedly recommend it for an almost perfect experience.

First, I must mention the lack of cleanliness at the hotel.  My bed, in room 301 was infested with bed bugs, and could not sleep most nights due to being bitten all night long.  The carpet in the corridors, which wasn’t even gotten properly, was filthy.
