The staff was very helpful with both the front desk and the restaurant. When the door of the room was not open, he came to help me immediately from the front desk, and it was around 21 o'clock at night, but the maintenance was called and the repair response was quick. I was more satisfied with the speed, kindness and very satisfied than any hotel I have ever seen. At the restaurant, I was greeted with a smile every morning and had an omelet made every day, but it was delicious. I was also satisfied with the number of buffet items. I want to use it again!

The hotel front desk explained that the hotel was very patient, there was no accent in English, and it was easy to understand. It was very friendly to tourists in non-native English countries like me. The breakfast was rich, the hotel restaurant dinner was exquisite and tasted good.

First, I must mention the lack of cleanliness at the hotel.  My bed, in room 301 was infested with bed bugs, and could not sleep most nights due to being bitten all night long.  The carpet in the corridors, which wasn’t even gotten properly, was filthy.

Hospitality is poor. Not value for money. Room was ok, with no view. We could see from the room a garbage truck on the street as the room was on ground floor. Requested for the room with sea view if it is available. The person at the reception told that rooms are available with sea view, but you have to pay £50 per night extra. Breakfast ok, not much variety. Charging extra for fresh orange juice, which is again ridiculous for a 5-star hotel.

Perfect

This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and is located close to the beach. It has both an outdoor and indoor pool. The Turkish bath also has private rooms. There's a highly-rated seafood restaurant at the hotel entrance, but it's quite expensive. There's also a Western restaurant on the first floor, which is reasonably priced. For fish, I recommend heading to the beach, where there are many good value restaurants. PS: Booking through Ctrip is at least 250 RMB cheaper than booking in person. It's incredible!

It was a very bad experience. The air conditioners in the rooms were not working in the freezing weather. It was an environment where everyone made noise in the name of entertainment, and when we came before, we were mesmerized by the piano recital. A hotel with administrative problems. Although it was not a holiday, we were constantly exposed to children's chaos during the week, so we could neither swim comfortably, eat, nor rest and enjoy. Unless there is an application such as a children's playroom or area, there is no such thing as resting and relaxing in a thermal spa, and you would not be a reason for choosing it. It was a strange accommodation where we tried to rest in our rooms among the children's donations even at 12 at night. Also, although the food variety was small, we liked it, but almost all of the desserts were stale, we tasted them and left them on the plate

The hot water in the shower is wet and this is quite hard in winter. I can see ara in the cleanliness of the room. But the front staff was gentle and the location and view were good, so it was not painful to stay.

Это хорошй, хотя уже не новый отель на территории Марины рядом с г. Дидим со своим бич клабом, в который возит гольф кар. Завтрак включен хороший до 12:00, а не как в некоторых отелях до 10:00- здесь понимают, что люди приехали отдыхать, а не по будильнику вставать)) По меню отеля можно выбрать что хочешь на завтрак, вкл. вкусный кофе и свежевыжатый сок! Обслуживание как в ресторане - не надо бегать с тарелкой по раздачам, как в столовой)) Большой бассейн правильной формы, летнее кафе, неограниченное колличество полотенец... В целом сервис на высоком уровне, хотя цены весьма высокие на бар и еду в отеле и бич клабе, но это 5* и по сути отель как яхт клуб) До города 10 мин. на авто, пешком нереально!

Oda temizliği düzgün yapılmamıştı tuvalet pis bırakılmıştı oda temizliği istediğimizde kirli havluyu katlayıp geri koymuşlardı farkedince başka havlum kalmamıştı dedi görevli çarşaf değişimi istedik 3 günde bir oluyor dendi ama girişte de çok temiz değildi dedik zor bela değiştirdik yemeklerde tatlıdan sonra çay içmek isterseniz lobiye gitmeniz lazım çünkü restoranda yemek sonrası çay yok denizi çok güzel bir de bir gün Adana ve tantuni çıktı o baya iyiydi tatlıların görüntüsü çok güzel tadı yok
