Very friendly, helpful and humourful staff at the reception. As a single traveler I felt just welcome! Super central location and still quiet, since my room was out behind. The hotel is very tastefully furnished in modern, baroque silence. Since I visited friends and friends at these breakfasts, I can't say anything about it. I would always book there, as the price was very good!

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation and comprehensive facilities. The breakfast is abundant, and it's right next to the subway station, making it very close to the airport, downtown, and exhibition centers. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel is conveniently located on the safe side of Frankfurt Main Train Station and is easy to walk around, with everything within about a 5-minute walk. There are many restaurants nearby. We also had breakfast at the hotel, which was good. The hotel is quite clean and budget-friendly. However, only shampoo was provided; other amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, and shower gel were not available. The reception staff are friendly, welcoming, and speak English. I recommend this hotel for a short-term stay.

Für mit dem Auto anreisende Personen liegt das Hotel optimal an der Autobahn. Die Zimmer sind sauber und mit guten Betten ausgestattet. Das Bad hatte einen Duschkopf in der Badewanne. Dies war mein zweiter Besuch und das gleiche Bad wie bei meinem Ersaufenthalt. Ich erwähne es nur, falls sie mit dem Einstieg in die Wanne Probleme haben könnten. Wer mit dem Zug anreist muss mit dem Bus weiterfahren und eventuell noch etwas gehen.  Es lohnt sich aber. Ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The cleanliness was particularly noteworthy – the room was tidy, well-maintained, and felt perfectly hygienic. Check-in was extremely straightforward. The self-check-in also worked smoothly and efficiently. Check-out was just as easy: simply drop off the room card, and you're done. All in all, the entire process was pleasantly structured and time-saving. The breakfast was rather simple, but the quality was good and absolutely sufficient. For a price of around €58 per night, one shouldn't expect a four or five-star level – however, within this price category, the offering is perfectly solid. My only personal criticism: The bed was a bit too firm for my taste. Ultimately, it's a convincing overall package with excellent value for money. I would book again.

Not the greatest hotel in terms of reachability to be honest. Wanted to book something for my mother close to Frankfurt Airport, but still affordable. Should have rather gone for the closer 5* like Steigenberger or so to be honest. Here is why/ Hotel doesn’t offer a shuttle bus (as opposed to other properties close to the airport), taxi drivers not very happy to take short distances and trying to rip you off if you don’t know the area. It’s only 650m so I understand taxi drivers are not enthusiastic about this and that is exactly the problem. Now back to the hotel, clean and okay, rooms are comfortable, service okay.

the room was okay, good compared to the price. but we smell the smoke from the smoking, had to use the room spray and it helped. Breakfast buffet was pretty good.

Location is a bit awkward, as the shuttle stops exactly when the last FlixBus arrives at the airport, so arriving late is only possible by taxi. But rooms are clean and cheap, breakfast is decent if you have it. Generally good option for an early flight at Frankfurt, so long as you arrive early enough the night before. Mostly automated checkin so hardly any interaction with staff

Great location for early flight or late arrival into Frankfurt. Gotta take escalator from Terminal 1B, near Luftansa counter 13 up one level, then follow signage to hotel (opp Ditsch). Overall good except for lighting in the room - personally I would prefer the option to have the room brighter (more or brighter lights).

What I liked best was the communication via WhatsApp. Great. The friendly lady at reception was also very helpful. The kitchen had everything you could need.
