Overall good value for money
However, points still need to be improved, such as the quality of certain infrastructures (I inherited an old, slightly rusty fridge, for example). But honestly, for the price, the meals, the swimming pools, the entertainment, the snacks, the availability of the staff, we shouldn't complain too much. it was overall a good stay. I will recommend, except for a few small details that can be accommodated if you are not super demanding

Dirty very dirty hotel. Nothing working , dirty pools, a lot of Bugs,spiders. Microwave on restaurant becouse everything is cold . IT looks like a 1 star hotel not 4 star. Lost money and that's all. I dont know this hotel have so many good revievs .

The reception was very good, everyone that works at this place has a lot of respect towards you. The rooms also, on hot days the pool is really nice. But in my opinion i think that what really gives life to the hotel and makes you wanna stay here ist the animation team. It was a very great experience.

We really like the place the hotel is very beautiful large and clean . We like the view the weather, as well i wanted to thank all the worker for the happy mood nice service the smile always . Specially the animation team for the great job shows and the fun We advice you all to came and try this place ..and we definitely going to came back

Very disappointed. I got sick from their food, and the handyman broke my suitcase. I was not reimbursed by the hotel. I was so disgusted, I left early. I would never in a million years recommend this place.

Don’t get fooled by the number of stars unless you have tried the hotel. When I first booked my vacation in this hotel, first, I checked the reviews and I was misled. I don’t know if it’s because of the greediness of the people in charge that in the high season, hotels reveal the worst things ever. Aside from the location and the beach, the whole 7 days stay was disappointing. * the reception was awful and unfriendly , we had to wait to hours for the room to be cleaned and finally when we got into it, the house keeper was still there. * Tha staff at the reception are negligent and never answer the phone when needed. I had to walk over there every time I needed a service. * The room was at the end of the hotel, and with garbage view. * The hotel has second floor rooms with no lift or escalator. So old people , people with disabilities, little kids and babies are not welcome there : I had to carry my little boy on the stairs for two floors every times he falls asleep. * The food was mediocre and every day we had the same break fast buffet (thank God we took break fast only stay). All items are low budget. Despite the hotel was fully booked, the service and food were bad. * Our room was quadruple but it was old and very tight, it was like a big twin bed : two beds were built one meter and a half below the seeling. Pictures the hotel posted are just a big lie. You can see the real pictures and see for yourself.

We were a company of 10 people with 4 children and we were relatively satisfied with our stay. The rooms were cleaned every day, the pools and the beach are clean. The food is good, as dinner and lunch are varied every day. The animation is top. I just didn't like the rooms, which are on 2 floors, they are not comfortable for small children. This year we have also booked in the same hotel. I don't think it will be this good again.

Food is good, animation team ist the Best! Familienroom is not so good, but just for sleep is ok. Location is not so far away from the centrum. With taxi is no problem. Very nice garden, with a lot of palms and flowers. I Love Tunesien! ❤

I would never go again there Horrible reception services, no security at all for family's Everyone have family especially girls, women's not right place for holiday . Security help his friends to get to women's and little girls under age 18- Reception looking and not doing nothing.. Just never again there
