The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We arrived feeling a bit of altitude sickness, and they immediately gave us important advice and tips on how to alleviate the effects. The hotel room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food options.

The reception staff was very helpful.
Although I had to check in at 11 a.m. I just wanted to stop my backpack because of my early flight. She immediately told me the room was free and I could go to my room. Even in tours he was very helpful! She has taken care of everything.

I like the hotel very much, it is very clean and has a colorful decoration as it is Cusco, I like there was water available to fill my bottle as in other hotels it was not and generate so much plastic generates conflict to me in addition to the cost of the The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

GGuest UserIt is a short walk from the Machu Picchu station and is convenient for eating and shopping. Unlike the hustle and bustle outside, you can feel at ease with a calm feeling from the time you enter the hotel hall. Check-in is smooth, meal information is easy to understand, and it tells you what you need in a short time, so you can rest assured with the impression of being used to it. The room is clean and comfortable with sufficient equipment. I think I will definitely book this hotel next time I come to Machu Picchu.

Then on the day of arrival, something went wrong and the hotel couldn't find my order. A young man at the front desk of the hotel actually said it was not his fault. Who is discussing right and wrong with you? As an employee of a luxury hotel, you should patiently help guests solve problems! It is recommended that the hotel strengthen service awareness training to deserve the title of luxury hotel. The service of other employees is still good. Kudos to Enrique who demonstrate an excellent service and Jesus who explain very well about the hotel and room amenities. They are always accommodating when you need help. Best location in Cusco. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They even helped us get a really good guide for our visit to the incan city. Highly recommended
