Smooth check in and very helpful receptionist. The room is spacious and clean with a dedicated parking space.

Staying at the Hilton on the hill overlooking Lake Taupo was a great choice for our trip. The surroundings are lovely, and free parking right outside is super convenient for coming and going. The hotel dinner was pretty good too, and you can catch a beautiful sunset from the outdoor terrace.

The room was clean and tidy, air-conditioned heating, bathtub, good front desk service, and free milk. Close to the city center, good location. Overall cost-effective.

Location, environment and indoor and outdoor facilities are very good. It is very close to my friend's house, and it will be within 5 minutes of walking. After crossing the road, I went to the lake. On the winter morning, there were many black swans on the lakeside, which was very beautiful.

Facilities: We stayed in a stand-alone cabin, which was fully equipped with a private bathroom, induction cooktop, oven, etc., but it was a bit dated. Hygiene: The hygiene was just so-so, and there was a strong cooking smell in the room. Environment: There's a communal kitchen, shared bathrooms, and a paid hot spring center (guests get a discount). Service: We didn't really use any services; late arrivals check themselves in.

The room is very big and suitable for family living. The single bed room is very quiet to sleep in. The most beautiful thing is that there is a small yard in the room where you can sit outside to eat breakfast, watch the sunrise, watch the sea, and there are many seabirds flying in front of you. You can also touch the geothermal water when you walk out, and the room can also be directly heated and smoked

I stayed here with my mum and brother in a kitchen cabin. The cabin itself was quite basic and very small – fine for one night, but it would feel too cramped for a longer stay. That said, the campsite itself is lovely and the swimming pools were an absolute highlight. We really loved them and would happily stay here again just for the pools alone. Next time, I’d definitely upgrade the accommodation to something more spacious. An on-site café would also be a great addition and would really enhance the overall experience.

Great hotel stay with complete amenities for self cook dinner, located by the lake front with breathtaking sunset set view! And we have new pets for the day, cutie cat welcome us to Accent! Overall is great except for the insulation around the house not strong enough as it can be quite cold during night …. Highly recommended for families and groups of friends enjoy the stay here.

There was a large room with a huge bed, and the main thing was a pool with mineral water right in the room. The interior is specific, but everything is clean.
