The location is great, but the room is dirty and all the equipment is in poor condition.

Facilities: Very spacious, somewhat like a bathhouse, with a large bathtub, a balcony, and two rooms. One small room has two single beds for children, perfect for families. Cleanliness: Overall good, but remember to close the windows at night, otherwise many small insects will get in. There's insect repellent in the closet in the room. Service: Excellent. If you can't reach Wuben, you can ask the front desk for the local taxi number and borrow their phone to make the call. Environment: Excellent. It's right next to Lake Taupo, and there are several black swans that live there permanently. Don't worry, they're not very noisy.

A wonderful central location by the lake with a stunning panoramic view from the balcony window. The room has a jacuzzi, a kitchen, and plenty of space. A convenient pool with thermal water means no need to travel to separate thermal spas. Thank you.

The room is very big and suitable for family living. The single bed room is very quiet to sleep in. The most beautiful thing is that there is a small yard in the room where you can sit outside to eat breakfast, watch the sunrise, watch the sea, and there are many seabirds flying in front of you. You can also touch the geothermal water when you walk out, and the room can also be directly heated and smoked

Excellent location, I would stay there again next time.
