My third time's staycation at monkey canopy..we enjoyed staycation at the resort.variety of breakfast food and good taste also.buggy service slow and limited.luckily our room near by restaurant and lobby...hopefully during peak hour, buggy service need to extra manpower so that customer no need to call many times for buggy and also waiting to long for the service...overall,the resort is kid-friendly
Stayed 2 nights here for a competition held at KSL Mall. The check-in process was very helpful and fast. Room is cosy and comfortable with room WiFi.
The hotel is attached to the mall... So it is very convenient and with ample parking. House keeping was quite efficient too. Returned to my room in late noon with a tidy bed and cleaned up room.
Breakfast wise, choices were quite good. Fusion buffet breakfast.
Last but not least, there is a 24 hours 7 Eleven convenience store near the hotel lobby
I booked this hotel because I had to attend a conference at One World Hotel and it costs a lot more to stay there for 2 nights. This hotel has designated parking for customers, and is only few min from the other hotel I had to go. It is located near the curve, Ikea and IPC which makes it very convenient for us. Location and parking availability wise, it’s perfect. Ambience of the hotel is good too. Looks fancy and nice. The room was a bit old but really spacious and I love the deco too.
The only two unfortunate events was that we had to wait thirty min ish to check in even though we arrived at 6pm. We were only given our access card around 6:35pm but we were not reimbursed with a late checkout. The other time was a lift breakdown around 10pm when hub wanted to pick me up but no signage were put at our floor. Hub waited and ended up walking down ten floors worth of stairs 😂 only to find out that the lift broke down. Anyway, it was resolved by the time we reached back at the hotel.
Breakfast was basic but good enough to fill our stomach. Overall I would give a 4.5/5 for this stay.
Had a free upgrade to premium suite with a nice view of Sultan Alam Syah Mosque. It has a bath tub too. The location is very strategic which is just a walking distance to the mall. There’s also food truck at the back of the hotel. So don’t worry if you want to have dinner outside. Our room is so spacious , and to our surprise there was also a box of Malay traditional kueh we called as ‘bahulu’ as well as 2 bottles of soft drinks as complimentary. Breakfast was great and we had variety of foods to choose. Add on breakfast for adult is RM66.00. They also provide free parking and we need to validate our TnG card before going out. Overall, Concorde Hotel will be our hotel choice in Shah Alam.

Staying at Sama-Sama Hotel Kuala Lumpur was really great this time! The hotel is right next to the airport, super convenient whether you walk or take the shuttle. The room was clean and spacious, with excellent soundproofing – you couldn't hear any airplane noise at all. The staff were exceptionally friendly and even helped with luggage and directions. The breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious. It's perfectly suited for layovers or early morning flights. I'll definitely be back next time! 👍

They offer free shuttle bus service, which is very helpful as the Grab fee alone is already about RM30 from the aiport. The place is very comfortable and spacious. Toilet and room are clean. The pillows are so fluffy. There are a few restoran mamak outside the hotel.
If you have early flight to catch, the earliest shuttle bus service they have is at 5am. Recommended to stay here if you are planning to stay near the airport. About 20minutes journey.
From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warmth and friendliness. Although the hotel doesn’t officially provide room service yet, they went the extra mile by delivering our packed meals straight to our room — a thoughtful gesture that didn’t go unnoticed. The room was incredibly spacious with plenty of extra room to move around. I especially loved the bathroom — it was just as roomy, with excellent water pressure and a strong, reliable heater. Everything felt fresh, clean and new.
The highlight, was the breathtaking view — a panoramic sweep of Shah Alam that made our stay even more memorable. I rarely give full ratings to hotels, but this one truly earns it. Highly recommended!
Had a wonderful stay at Espira Kinrara! The breakfast was really good with a nice variety of food and friendly service. We were lucky to get a room right in front of the kids’ pool, which was perfect for our family — the kids had a great time!
The environment was clean, peaceful, and family-friendly. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we’d definitely love to come back again!
Pros: 1. Receptionists friendly & helpful
2. This hotel is old , but room (premium family) is refurbished & spacious
3. Nice landscape with fish ponds & kids can feed the fishes (one can buy a small packet of premium fish food for rm5/=)
4. My Burger Lab is located near fish pond & swimming pool
5. Large swimming pool
Cons: 1. Shocked to find out that a deposit of rm 200 is required upon checking in.
2. Rated as 5 star hotel but amneties not satisfactory:
a) no bedroom slippers (floor not carpetted & cold-slippers must b purchased, which spunds ridiculous for a 5star hotel)
b) door was problematic due to weak battery-technician came to repair
c)due to parking issues i opt for valet parking chargeable at rm30/=
d. Main glass door to rooms left open & this maybe dangerous as it is accesible to non hotel guests
e) Better to have a steam iron not a dry iron in a 5 star hotel
An excellent 5-star stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam i-City! From the warm welcome and signature cookies at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, everything was top-notch.
The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to i-City Theme Park and a nearby mall, making it easy to enjoy the area’s attractions. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly, and went the extra mile to make us feel at home.
Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Shah Alam.

CChrisLSLI booked 3 room x 2 nights for my brother’s birthday celebration and we had really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Service is top notch! Moses have helped us with the luggage when we were arrived. Thiban at the receptionist desk who served us was friendly and tried his best to accommodate our request. The check in process was smooth and quick. We also received a delicious birthday cake which brightened up our stay. Kids were excited to play at the kids club and swimming pool. For adults, there’s gym and sauna facilities. Hotel is connected to shopping mall which is great for shopping and eateries. The room is spacious comes with big TV with screen sharing and a magnetic wireless charger, a big plus for those who want to watch the show on their own choice and people like me who forgot to bring phone charger. Breakfast has abundant food and variety of choices. Nasi lemak is the best. Just the hotel didn’t provide free parking, you need to pay MYR15 per day. Other than that we were satisfied with our stay. We would definitely come back again for staycation.

GGuest UserThis is a very nice and comfortable hotel, with polite and helpful staff. Conveniently located within a mega mall (One Utama) which has so many shops and restaurants. Took a coach (First Coach) from Singapore which dropped me off at the mall. There is an MRT station at the mall (Bandar Utama) which can bring you to KL city centre.

NNAZRISHAHToo short of a stay, between check in and check out (less than 24 hours). Should consider a little longer check.out time at 2 pm. The front office and support staff are very friendly. Good breakfast except the nasi lemak sambal is too spicy.

GGuest UserThis hotel was well located but the parking at the door was terrible, they don’t even have parking space for dropping guest , they allow car park at drop off area , and they park at the hospital near by and walk there
