I had a very decent stay this round. Room was still clean and this time we did not have to wait for long at the hotel lobby (also we checked in fairly late at night this time). We love that this room came with a proper vanity/work desk that hub could still work during our staycation. The toilet was also clean and spacious. The pool was quite empty, thus it was really nice to swim in during the morning Unfortunately, the treadmills at the gym were pretty rundown. Buffet breakfast was relatively quiet compared to our last staycation here because it was puasa month. I am really surprised that there were plenty of choices still and the staffs also top up when certain food ran out. The location was perfect if your hangout places are in Pj. It’s close to almost everywhere — KD, Ara Damansara, One U etc. Definitely a hotel to come back again ❤️

The room was clean but due to crowds, people need to queue for turn. The location is quite far from attractions or city centre but there is a mall with few shops including some fast food restaurants and 7e below. Breakfast was good with limited choices. Decent and staff very attentive.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Parking was very convenient and easily accessible for customers, which is a big plus. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional, always ready to assist with any questions or requests.

Really enjoyed our stay! Friendly staff, lovely room decoration, cake, and biscuits. Special thanks to Arifah and the gentleman who assisted us upon arrival. The kids’ corner was amazing. our daughter had so much fun playing with the balls that she didn’t want to come out. Spacious room with a great golf course view.

The Sunway Resort Hotel in Kuala Lumpur was an amazing experience, highly recommended! The hotel's location is excellent, with direct access to Sunway Pyramid Mall and the water park. You can find everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping all in one place, making getting around super convenient. The lobby is grand and elegant, and the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable bedding. The facilities are well-maintained, and the overall environment is very relaxing. The service was warm and attentive; the staff were friendly, and check-in was efficient and smooth. Any requests were handled promptly. The dining options were extensive, with a wide variety of delicious breakfast choices. The pool was clean and comfortable, perfect for relaxation. It's suitable for both family vacations and trips with friends, offering great value for money. It was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kuala Lumpur. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

Good place for family with small kids to have gathering here. The playground, waterpark and gokart are indoor, more comfort for the kid to play. There is plenty of restaurant and bistro in the resort. Highly recommended.

We stay here everytime we’re in KL. The room is big and comfortable. The breakfast is a must cos there’s so much variety. The humongous shopping mall just below the hotel is the best part! Shop till you drop and just go up to your room and rest! And if you’re hungry, just call for room-service. The food is great! The lobby lounge is also a great place to relax over a cocktail and listen to the wonderful live singing!

I experienced several issues that were disappointing and did not meet basic hotel standards: No toiletries were provided, including essential items such as a toothbrush. Additionally, a disposable laundry bag was also not provided. A dirty towel was left behind the door, which appeared to be from a previous guest. This raises concerns about the thoroughness of the housekeeping service. The pillow in the room had an unpleasant smell, similar to stale saliva or old drool, making it uncomfortable and unhygienic to use. As a guest, I expect a clean room and basic amenities to be properly prepared before check-in. Unfortunately, this experience fell below expectations. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and improve housekeeping and room inspection procedures

Overall stay is satisfactory and convenient. Amenities provided are sufficient. Self check in & check out. Would recommend for a short stay here.
