1. The room was neat and clean. 2. The room had no trace or smell of cigarette smoke. 3. The carpet was clean. 4. Although the furniture and sink looked 'old,' they were clean and well-arranged. 5. The staff were customer-friendly and quick to respond. 6. The parking area was spacious and convenient.

My first stay and will not be my last, for sure! Although the facade is not modern looking, the room I had was comfortable and spacious. Got water filter in the bathroom too. Front desk service was top notch, helpful and friendly. Easy access to MRT and shopping and F&B around The Curve vicinity. Grab is also convenient to places as I can sit and wait inside the hotel lobby.

May 8, 2026. I checked in around 8 PM. Even though there weren't many people waiting, it still took about 30 minutes to process, which is longer than other hotels. What's more, after completing the check-in, the staff told me the room wasn't clean yet and therefore unavailable. I was speechless. I had to get the room after dinner. Also, when I checked in, I asked if a twin room was possible, and the staff said yes. But when I got to the room, it turned out to be a single room. If they had just told me no from the start, I wouldn't have been disappointed. It felt like they don't care about guests' needs. Actually, the hotel is great in other aspects: the room is large, clean, and the pool is beautiful, perfect for kids. It's also close to the mall, making dining and shopping convenient.

Arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM, and after checking in, received a warm cookie from the front desk, which was both a pleasant surprise and a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast selection was quite rich, and they even catered to guests like us who don't eat spicy food, offering many non-spicy options. There was even ice cream for breakfast! The swimming pool and gym were also quite good. There is no skybridge connecting the hotel to i-City or Central (the shopping mall), so don't be misled by online information. However, the hotel's ground floor is very close to the mall and i-City, just a less than 2-minute walk away.

We came here for a quick, totally unplanned getaway with the family and ended up having a really good time. We booked 3 rooms, and the resort worked really well for a family trip. The location is probably one of the best things about the resort. It’s close to the city and all the activities, but once you’re inside the resort, the city is mostly out of view, so it still feels like a proper getaway. The food was surprisingly good. We went to Ahan twice, once for dinner and again for lunch and enjoyed both visits. The hotel breakfast was fine too, with plenty of choices, although nothing particularly special. The buggy service was helpful whenever one was available. During busier times, it could be a little difficult to get one, so we simply used our own car to get around the other areas. It wasn’t really a problem for us. There are plenty of activities around. We went go-karting, played golf, took the kids to the waterpark, and tried the VR, which was actually really fun. We enjoyed it so much that we went back for VR a second time! Another nice touch is the 24-hour self-service shop. Late at night, we even ordered pizza for the kids, and surprisingly, Grab delivery was able to reach the resort. Overall, there are plenty of activities, restaurants and different types of rooms to choose from. For an unplanned family getaway, we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely consider coming back again.

Overall, not bad for an overnight stay. I had a long layover, so in the morning, I went to the gym, swam, had breakfast, and then continued my journey. The breakfasts were good, with plenty of choices, and the pool was clean. The only thing was that the reception staff at night didn't tell me where to go or when breakfast started. Overall, it was okay 🫶🏽

The hotel offers direct access to Wanda Plaza and is about an hour's drive from the airport, making its location very convenient. The room facilities are a bit dated, but they are still well-maintained.

The best... Even though it's close to home, it was a great way to cheer up the kids who wanted a holiday during the school break. Most places are jammed, so this was the best option for the kids. The important thing is that the kids loved it! The room was clean and had a bathtub. After swimming downstairs, they could relax in the room too. This resort has a beautiful view because it's on high ground and surrounded by lush green golf courses, which is great for eyes that are always staring at phones and laptops. My husband also seemed re-energized after our staycation here. We slept soundly and comfortably. Breakfast was also very delicious; even though kids aged 4-11 had to pay, it was absolutely worth it. There was plenty of food and it was tasty. The cheese omelet was really good, and the breads were delicious. Overall, I recommend bringing anyone to stay here. The kids' corner was also good; kids could play, and there were many fish for them to look at, so they weren't bored staying here. But then again, check-out was at 11 AM, which is a bit early, huhu. Sorry, I can't upload videos; I mostly took videos and fewer photos.

Good selection of breakfast - love the pastries and a splash park for the kids at an affordable price. Easy access to food variety and other things with a mall next door. Perhaps could improve on the teatime selections like pastries, cakes at rooftop bar to attract more customers dining in for sweet snacks and desserts.

The hotel's exterior looks decent, and its location is very close to the airport, with many pilots staying here. However, there are still some points I need to complain about: 1. The in-room facilities are a bit outdated. The cushions and carpet didn't look very clean and generally felt old. 2. The shower diverter valve in the bathroom was broken and almost falling off. I could only use the overhead shower, not the handheld sprayer. 3. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. The AC unit was extremely noisy, even on the lowest fan setting it produced 55 decibels of noise, which significantly impacted my sleep. I asked the front desk to switch rooms, but after they measured the AC noise in the new room, it was the same story...
