Excellent stay overall. Great location with convenient access to nearby malls and attractions. Room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service throughout the stay. Amenities were good and suitable for a relaxing and productive business trip. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay! Friendly staff, lovely room decoration, cake, and biscuits. Special thanks to Arifah and the gentleman who assisted us upon arrival. The kids’ corner was amazing. our daughter had so much fun playing with the balls that she didn’t want to come out. Spacious room with a great golf course view.

Location-The road to/from this hotel quite confusing.. especially for first timer during night time Staff - very attentive .. thumbs up to the girl(forgot the name) Room- clean and spacious Iron and ironing board provided in the room Toothbrush & toothpaste not provided..quite disappointed, even budget hotel like urban Inn Cyberjaya provides toothpaste & toothbrush Breakfast - good even the choice is limited, no complaints Parking-RM5 charged per entry no per stay.. management please reconsider this

The amenities provided were complete. The house was clean and smelled good. The location is excellent, very close to the mall, just a 10-minute walk. There are many shops downstairs, making it convenient for purchases. There's also a cooking area.

Booked a one-night stay because we wanted to fully maximise the time of the Ramadhan Buffet. We were surprised of how spacious Cinnamon Coffee House was! The crowd was huge, but everyone seemed comfortable. The food spread was top notch; we were spoilt for choice! It was also to celebrate my husband’s belated birthday, and he truly enjoyed it. As for the room, we loved it - especially my daughter who enjoyed the bathtub (since the pool was closed for renovation works). We requested a late check-out, and was granted. Every staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely repeat!

I booked this hotel for a one-night layover because I had an early morning flight to Kuantan the next day. The hotel was quite comfortable; the room size was comparable to chain hotels back home. There's a pretty large swimming pool, and we enjoyed a nice swim there in the evening. We left early in the morning as it's very close to the airport. The shuttle bus takes about 10 minutes and runs every two hours. We took the 5:20 PM shuttle, which departs from a white bus parked near (but not exactly at) Gate 3 on the ground floor of Terminal 1. You can look for it around that time. When checking in, just arrange your shuttle time for the next day with the hotel staff.

The service at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and the check-in process was a breeze. My room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the freshly baked bread and coffee – a perfect way to start the day! The hotel's central location is a huge plus; it's within walking distance to the subway and shopping areas. All in all, it offers incredible value for money, and I highly recommend it!

Very clean, double-storey, very cost-effective, decorated in prison style, each room and living room has air conditioning, kitchen facilities are complete, and there is a refrigerator. There is a high-speed rail nearby, and there is a slightly larger shopping mall and many restaurants diagonally opposite (10 minutes walk). The only drawback is that there is no front desk, and you need to go downstairs to communicate with the security guard at the door to communicate with the hotel.
