While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

During my recent stay in Torino, I was pleased to spend a weekend at the Belezia Palace Luxury & Spa, an experience that has been far beyond expectations. Situated in the heart of the city, this hotel encarnates a perfect balance between historical elegance and modern comfort, offering a refined and relaxing stay. One of the hotel's strengths is the wellness area, a real jewel in a suggestive architectural context. The warm indoor pool, with soft lights and marble details, is perfect for relaxing after a day to explore the city. Water is kept at an ideal temperature, and hydromassage seats help dissolve any muscle tension. The Turkish bathroom is spacious, clean and equipped with a aromaterapy system that makes the experience even more sensory. Heat and covering vapours, combined with natural essences, promote deep purification of the skin and a general sense of regeneration. Even those who are not used to this type of treatment will be pleasantly surprised and reinforced. The Finnish sauna completes wellness experience in an excellent way. After a few minutes inside it, you feel a feeling of light and wellness hardly describeable. There is also a relaxing area with tisane and fresh fruit, perfect to finish the path. The staff is always careful and discreet, ready to meet every need with professionalism. In short, the Palace of Belezia is not just a hotel, but a real luxury and quiet home. I strongly advise those who seek exclusive and regenerative experience in the heart of Torino.

Villa crespi is absolutely beautiful!  And the staff are wonderful. And the location is a nice walk to town. However I have no idea how they received a gold key last year!  The rooms were so hot I could not sleep (march) and I asked them to turn off the heat!  But that did not work. I also asked them not to continue spraying perfume all over my room because I was allergic… however housekeeping continued to do so until I locked them out. In addition the mattress was limp and old- very uncomfortable. The shower is vintage and needs to be upgraded- nice to loook at but impossible to shower in if you stand over 5’2”!

The hotel is located right in front of Porta Nuova station, a strategic location for those who want to explore the city on foot without having to carry heavy luggage. The staff was extremely kind and professional. Upon check-in, they asked us if we would prefer a room with a double bed (instead of two single beds pushed together). Furthermore, since we expressed concern about the noise of traffic and trams, they spontaneously switched us to one on the internal side. The room was truly comfortable and quiet, very spacious, and with a fabulous little terrace! The style is a bit retro but elegant. The hotel also has a spa, but we didn't use it due to lack of time. We didn't choose breakfast, but there are bars and pastry shops a few hundred meters away. I recommend the Pfatish pastry shop and chocolate shop, amazing!

My intended booking was at splendid hotel in lugano but once I went there I realised that it was at baveno 😅 ,so I took a taxi for 350 euro to go there . The front desk upgraded my rooms to lake views for 80 euro/night. The gym is for 12 euro /person, the breakfast is about average nothing special. The front desk are nice people but they put an extra service charge for that(optional). The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Perfect location: right between the airport and the city of Turin. The bus station is in front of the hotel entrance and the metro only few minutes away. Better than staying in an expensive hotel in the city centre.

It's a short walk from the station. The staff are helpful and friendly. We had a great exchange. The room was beautiful with a queen bed and calm colors. There is enough space for two people to spread out their carry-on bags. There is no shampoo or conditioner so you will need to bring your own. The hair dryer had a strange shape and the airflow was a whisper. It doesn't dry easily. It gets so hot that you can't hold the handle, so we recommend wrapping it in a towel. The shower is a little small so it's difficult to move around, but it's clean. Breakfast includes standard items such as bacon, cheese, scrambled eggs, and croissants. Everything was delicious and I ate my fill. Overall, I was satisfied and thought it was a good idea to stay here. The location in the photo is the breakfast venue. We booked two rooms: one with a direct lake view, one with a side view. The rooms vary in size. The side room is narrow and smaller. The shower amenities are Comfort Zone tranquility! The restaurant is good. Delicious. The hotel maintains a relaxed resort atmosphere, especially if you have time to soak it up for more than just one or two nights. We stayed for five nights. The views from the room with a direct lake view and from the sky bar are magnificent! Pleasant snacks and cocktails at the sky bar. A small pool is also there. Across the road (not the highway!) is a beach club on the lake with a large pool and various seating areas (now with a table at the bar, further away, sun loungers with and without umbrellas, cabanas), a modern area with restrooms, showers, and a changing room (there are lockers and a hairdryer). The pool itself has two hydromassage zones. There's a pier (you can dive into the lake, but you have to return via the public beach). The atmosphere in the club is pleasant. We (a family of four staying in late August) had no problems finding sun loungers. To the hotel management: The staff at the sky bar requires your guidance and participation. They are pleasant, but not always attentive and consistent during busy hours. I appreciated the human touch (it started raining heavily, and the staff saw and understood my predicament and offered a shortcut under the bar's roof). However, one evening on the roof, I had to remind them about my order and snacks. Bottom line: a modern hotel, comfortable, and the undeniable advantage of a pool with a view and the opportunity to swim in the lake. We would return. Especially since there's construction nearby on the hotel extension (there was no noise at the end of August). The poster says completion is 2026, but I don't really believe in the deadlines.
