Great hotel in the heart of Turin. The hotel is located right in the city center. All the sights are within walking distance. You can also walk to the embankment and the park nearby. We had a spacious room of good quality. Yes, it is not new and a little shabby, but in very good condition. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff is very helpful. Although if they recommend going to the restaurant opposite - do not go) The hotel does not have parking, but there is an agreement with a garage 5 minutes walk away. We enjoyed our stay. The only big minus is that the hotel is undergoing renovation work, which is very noisy and starts at 9 am. Therefore, if you like to sleep, then you better look for an alternative.

My intended booking was at splendid hotel in lugano but once I went there I realised that it was at baveno 😅 ,so I took a taxi for 350 euro to go there . The front desk upgraded my rooms to lake views for 80 euro/night. The gym is for 12 euro /person, the breakfast is about average nothing special. The front desk are nice people but they put an extra service charge for that(optional). The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Friendly staff, our room was upgraded. Thank you! The location is fantastic, with a rooftop pool and bar. The pool is heated, and we were able to use it even in April. The wellness area is included, as are the parking spaces. A few minor points: there is no coffee machine or kettle in the room; the rooms are very noisy. We will definitely be back! Very nice staff, clean, nothing to complain about, and a great location. Unfortunately, all this is spoiled by the lack of soundproofing, both between rooms and outside noise. A tram passes nearby, making you feel like you're on the sidewalk. I was in room 234; the parquet floor is extremely noisy, so be careful. Despite the €25 a night garage, take it as a guide, or you might get a nice surprise when you wake up, like me, with a broken window. Nothing was stolen; I think it was just a fan of French license plates. Personally, I won't be going back.

It's a short walk from the station. The staff are helpful and friendly. We had a great exchange. The room was beautiful with a queen bed and calm colors. There is enough space for two people to spread out their carry-on bags. There is no shampoo or conditioner so you will need to bring your own. The hair dryer had a strange shape and the airflow was a whisper. It doesn't dry easily. It gets so hot that you can't hold the handle, so we recommend wrapping it in a towel. The shower is a little small so it's difficult to move around, but it's clean. Breakfast includes standard items such as bacon, cheese, scrambled eggs, and croissants. Everything was delicious and I ate my fill. Overall, I was satisfied and thought it was a good idea to stay here. The location in the photo is the breakfast venue. Thee landry service ruined my branded jacket, instead of dry clean, they did a normal wash which was very unprofessional. However, the front desk staff was helpful and brought it to the management and issued compensation but the whole process took sometimes. In general, apart from the incident with the laundry , overall stay was pleasant and good location.

Hotel reviews San Valentino We were in this hotel almost by accident, but it was a very pleasant surprise. We noticed the treatment and cleaning from the very moment, not only in the room but also in the corridors and common spaces. Our room was wide, light and unfairly clean and really comfortable. We are very grateful to the staff, very kind and competent, and we would like to thank the girl for the reception that welcomed us with a sincere smile and great professionalism, and to make us feel welcome. And at the restaurant, master Malis was exceptional: he was distracted and made us quite comfortable, making dinner a special moment. A good applause to the chef who has been able to win us with simple but tasty dishes, prepared with care and quality ingredients, a kitchen that knows to be authentic and surprising in its simplicity. A stay that has left us a pleasant memory and we certainly recommend. We will be happy to return!
