The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for my stay. In addition, basement parking is available, which made it convenient for guests with vehicles. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.

the good thing,hotel is center of Kota Bahru.bed is comfortable.aircond is good.lift working good and not crowded when we there.there is a gym also. restaurant is just side of hotel,food no issue at all.there is convenience shop in the hotel.near hotel also Ghibli Coffee,nice for hang out. the minus,no water bottle inside the room.if extra pillow will be much better. oveall,we stayed multiple times at this hotel and never regret to repeat again.

Enjoyed our 2-night stay very much. The room was cozy and clean, and the hotel environment was calm and relaxing. Breakfast was provided and exceeded expectations with good choices and quality. Staff were polite and attentive. Worth the stay and highly recommended.

For me okay, nice hotel walaupun furnished dia mcm da lama sikit tp masih boleh guna. Thank you juga ada iron yg jenis steam iron. Staff dorang semua okay. Mungkin boleh tambah lagi chanel tv and quality siaran. Itu sahaja, yg lain semua terbaik! 🥰👍✨

The hotel is relatively new and comfortable to stay in. Parking is convenient with a large parking lot. The swimming pool is on the top floor and very clean. Breakfast offers a good variety. The electric water heater provides ample water pressure and a comfortable temperature. The service attitude is excellent.

My effort to change the check-in date from 25.12.2025 to the date of 26.12.2025 was not approved by the hotel owner even though I applied for a change 2 weeks before the date allowed UTK to get free cencelation. I call the hotel keeper. Hotel minta call Trip Com I called help desk Trip.Com.... they said they can help if the hotel agrees. I called again the hotel keeper ... they understand that they didn't accept what the call from Trip.Com . I still check in 26.12.2026 3H2M

A wonderful family getaway at Tok Aman Bali Beach Resort. We recently stayed at Tok Aman Bali Beach Resort with our family and had a very pleasant experience. The resort offers a peaceful environment with beautiful views, making it a great place to relax and spend quality time together. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for the whole family. The kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool, while we appreciated the calm atmosphere around the resort. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Breakfast had a good variety. Overall, it was a memorable stay for our family. Tok Aman Bali Beach Resort is a good choice for anyone looking for a relaxing beachside vacation with family.

Actually, this is not the first time I stay in this hotel. I chose this hotel because of its good environment. It is a good choice.

Room – Tidy and clean, but the air conditioner was not functioning well. It was not cold enough. Bathroom – The pipe was leaking, and the sink water pressure was too low. The amenities provided were only shampoo and shower gel. No toothbrush was supplied. Indoor Pool – The water was too cloudy. Ambience – The room was not soundproof. Since the hotel is located near the main road, noise from outside was quite loud and may disturb your sleep. Overall – The hotel building is quite old and in need of some maintenance. Although the room was tidy and clean, several facilities were not functioning properly, including the air conditioning and some bathroom fixtures. The indoor pool was also not well maintained. Additionally, the noise from the nearby main road may disturb light sleepers as the rooms are not fully soundproof. Overall, the stay was average, but improvements are needed to enhance guest comfort and experience.

This is our second stay here, the hotel first floor is under renovation, so swimming pool is not available at the moment. The room is nice and equipped with all the amenities that we need, but a smart TV would make this hotel the perfect place to stay. The air conditioning is so cold, if you like it so that’s good for you. If no, you need to switch it off before going to bed. The breakfast is on the first floor during the renovation, so the space is not as nice as before and the food is just ok, we need more selections of the food. Overall, we had a nice night here.
