"Our stay at Taj Gandhinagar was a mixed experience. While the food was decent, it didn’t particularly stand out. The biggest issue we faced was with the electricity—there were frequent power disruptions, which caused the air conditioning to turn off multiple times throughout the night. As a result, we had to wake up at least five times just to switch it back on, making it quite difficult to get a restful sleep. For a hotel of this caliber, we expected a much smoother experience in terms of basic amenities."

Guest UserThis hotel is really well located and its spanking clean. Food is excellent and breakfast is fantastic! Staff are ultra friendly. ALL our requests were fulfilled, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was big and with plenty of space to store everything! We even met a famous Bollywood singer one evening! There’s a well equipped gym and a swimming pool, hairdresser, and great spa! 😍

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc.
Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

Marti_13stayed at Novotel Ahmedabad for three nights during a business trip and had a very comfortable experience overall.
The hotel is located in a convenient central area of the city. The room was spacious, well maintained, and clean. All the amenities I needed were readily available.
The service was consistently good. I ordered in-room dining twice, and the food quality was better than expected, with a good variety of options and generous portions.
The breakfast buffet is extensive, with virtually everything you could want available. There is a wide selection of both local and international dishes, ensuring something for every taste. The only downside is that the breakfast area can become very crowded, especially during peak hours, and the overall setup can feel a little chaotic at times.
The gym is well maintained and equipped with a great variety of machines. As someone who exercises regularly while traveling, I appreciated being able to use it every day without feeling limited by the facilities.
The swimming pool is on the smaller side, but it appears to be well looked after and provides a pleasant option for relaxing after a busy day.

Generally the experience was still not bad. The front desk staff was trying her best to be as much help possible during the stay.
I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that
But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do...
No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk....
Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too.
They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here.
Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating.
Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around

Zubair TanwarThe restaurant service was very unprofessional. The waiting time for food was 90 minutes, the food in question being a sandwich and french fries. The quality of food was really poor as well, half burnt fries, tea felt like i was drinking hot water, had to get ti changed. Very bad service from the waiters on site, i also complained to the manager. The utensils were dirty, also had to get it replaced. Lack of information from the waiter regarding the menu.
The bathroom was filthy, all taps were rusted, the toilet was not clean. I forgot to take photos of it.
Overall a really bad stay, and i have no plans to come back to Fairfield.
The only reason i decided to stay was the branding of Marriott, but really disappointed.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the resort everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
