Modern and well maintained apartahotel, in a strategic position to visit Agia Napa. Big and with everything you need. I didn't try the restaurant but it had a large selection. The only downside was that the shampoo and soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. I would go back without a doubt.

I really enjoyed my stay at Caesar blue resort😍👌🏽 There service was superb. Environment was clean and conducive plus the have several fun sites specially the water park. Generally i had a wonderful time there. I highly recommend ❤️

This is a good resort. The negative reviews understandably complain about the powercuts but it's not that bad. I only experienced one in the five days I was there and it lasted for about 2 hours, but the pools/bars are lit up so everyone just goes to chill there until the power is back on. Also, I had family members staying at a resort 5 times the price further away and they experienced the same thing (powercut). For the resort itself: main positive are the 18 different swimming pools! Great having a such a good choice of different places to chill out and swim (including 1 adults only one). The food isn't incredible but priced OK and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The rooms (with balconies) are really good too - perfect air-con and very good sized fridge/freezer. I was worried with the recent one-star reviews upon coming to this place but I have to let people know that, at least for an adult/couples, it's a decent resort with most of the stuff you'd want for a holiday resort that isn't near a major city. If you want to relax by the pool and get some much needed chill time - it's great.

Bambos made our holiday a special one, such a top guy, would highly recommend, the hotel staff were friendly and the atmosphere in general was brilliant but I have to say BAMBOS made our holiday, he is a right laugh we actually love him so much.

We had a lovely stay for just over a week as my husband was on business and I needed to work from the hotel and then we extended our stay for a few more days as a little break over the weekend. The staff and their warmth, kindness and professionalism is what makes this place special! I would like to mention Andri Theodorou and say a special thanks to her as she was particularly helpful and friendly and immediately resolved an issue with our room and offered a much bigger and better room. Andri also helped me locate the best area in the hotel for WiFi providing a private space for me to deliver my work trainings. That was very much appreciated. My husband is a repeat client of the Napa Plaza and is back again in October, I can understand why, as the hotel has wonderful large bar and lounge area by the pool and is located right in the heart of Aiya Napa with all its restaurants, shops and nightlife. The breakfast was also excellent with ample choice and relaxed affair. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is the issue with sun beds being reserved with towels by guests so you were unable to get a sunbed unless you were up well before 6am doing the very same thing. As other guests have mentioned this needs to be looked at and resolved especially as the hotel policy states it has rule about this. Otherwise a lovely stay and I look forward to staying again in the future. :-)

The location of the hotel was good, there were pools for children and adults in the yard! The hotel also has a private beach within walking distance!

We had a room with seaview . The stay was amazing, the staff was very friendly and you also could see the smile behind the masks. The room was equipped modern and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a lot the stay and can recommend the hotel 😁

The room is quite old, including the towels, etc. It is recommended that children bring their own. The swimming pool is average cleanliness, there is no private beach, the public beach is just below the hotel, and the sea water is also average cleanliness. Suitable for sunbathing, watching the sea in a daze, and immersive reading. The breakfast is traditional but tastes good, and the male waiter at the front desk is very good. Google positioning in the Napa area is completely out of order, so rent a navigation system if you drive!

This is our third year that we book vacations with this hotel.In general we are satisfied with the accomodation and and the facilities that the hotel provides.Stuff is professional and kind.Breakfast has a variety of stuff for all tastes, although pastries are not the best quality.Food of the main restaurant (antaeus) is very good and tasty.One of the disadvantages of the hotel are the rooms, some rooms are not renovated so this is a thing that it can be improved.Finally the best thing in this hotel is the pool of course, it is quite big and there are enough sunbeds around the pool.

Luxury 5* hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and had super pleasant and relaxing time. Very beautiful designs, pool and view on it is amazing, nice balcony with big chairs, I liked a lot a window in a bathroom which you can close if you wish. Literally everything you wish. Iron inside the room was very good plus. Breakfast with beautiful view and big choice from buffet and a-la cart. Very helpful and respectful staff! We had problems with our door late in the night and they helped us several times to fix it, even though this issue was quite annoying. Actually everything we asked - they helped us! We asked to change the room for the more expensive one and they also fixed it even the hotel was fully booked. Very silent inside the room and speaker in the bathroom was nice add on. The only thing which we was not amazed was the dinner - didn’t feel well after it two times, breakfast was much better. Hotel is super fresh, just opened, rooms are still smelling like brand new furniture. Location is nice! It took us literally 5-7 min to come to the bars street and 5 min down to go to the beach (next to kaliva beach bar), has a direct road through the parking next to the red supermarket, which we didn’t see in the beginning. Everything is really designed for two. A lot of couples, nice contingent, no kids and full relaxation. I would recommend to visit for sure ❤️ and amazing photos as a plus.

Fantastic Hotel, me and my family really enjoyed our holiday, special mention to Lazaros who really made our stay wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for him and really made an effort to chat to the children and make them feel so welcome! The food was lovely and Chef Hambi did an excellent job, always something delicious for everyone to try. We really enjoyed breakfast, the children loved the freshly made pastries and pancakes! The room was spotless on arrival it was cleaned and towels changed every day, the whole hotel was really clean and you could always see someone cleaning something! The air conditioning was really powerful and kept us comfortable during the night, beds also comfortable and we all slept really well. Hotel is in an great location, close to everything you would need and near to the bus stop if you wanted to go a little further to Nissi Beach or some of the quieter beaches that are a bit further along, They are some of the most beautiful beaches I have visited! We highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again!

There’s absolutely nothing more I can say about this hotel other than excellent! It was my husband’s 60th birthday and nothing was too much trouble for them. Andreas you were fantastic organising everything for me, making sure my husband had an experience he will never forget. Balloons, in the room and around the private cabana by the rooftop pool, a cake, fantastic room and he even made sure there was my favourite wine ready for us, chilled to perfection. Alexandra the restaurant manager at the Courtyard, was so attentive and very generous, making us his special desert at our table, followed by a lovely liqueur at no cost, a birthday wish from him, yes and again another bottle of our favourite wine waiting for us. (The wine was not on the menu but they made the effort to ensure it was available to us). The staff are all amazing too, Ali the waiter at breakfast and the lovely lady who cooked fresh eggs for us. The lovely handsome Greek waiter at the Courtyard Restaurant and the DJ was outstanding!! A big big thank you again Andreas I am so grateful to you and your staffxxx Jayne & Mark

An excellent stay at all aspects. Tasty food ,really great service, clean hotel. Late checkout for free and writing now enjoying my tea with the best view from my room balcony. Definitely coming back!

Just coming towards the end of a ten night stay here and we were really impressed. We had a standard room overlooking the Protaras street and were a little concerned when we arrived late and heard the music loud in a nearby bar. The rooms were completely soundproof and we had no issues with noise. Rooms were clean and well maintained, bed comfortable and staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast there was plenty of choice and food was nice. Pool areas were great - we spent the majority of our stay by the adults only pool which was nice and quiet. Plenty of sun beds available but we were always down early. Best part of the hotel has to be the location, it was perfect. Walking distance to the Protaras ***** with lots of nice restaurants and bars and right on Fig Tree Bay and the incredible beach. Best option for swimming especially with the pools cold this time of year. We will definitely be returning.

This is a fantastic hotel, with fabulous beachfront location. We stayed for 7 nights and couldn't find a fault with anything. Our only gripe which is minor would be the grassed area could do with being astro turfed, but this didn't affect our experience as the area was so perfect whether you wanted the sun or shade and perfectly peaceful , with swim up pool bar in the adult area. Everything was just perfect :- Location, Food 5* Quality, Friendly Staff, Good Cleaners work tirelessly throughout the day. Very Close to the main *****, Pools were beautiful and all areas kept spotless throughout our stay. Allocated sunbeds which was a very good idea, also the QR code on your sunbed was a great idea as you could order your drinks etc which were bought to you by the loveliest young lady (unfortunately we never caught her name) . If you were booked Half Board we really liked the idea that if you ate outside the hotel and they're allocated restaurant's for your evening meal you could have 3 course lunch in return when you choose to. Just speak to reception and they will provide you with a voucher. We were all very sad to leave, but we will definitely be returning in the near future. And 💯 would recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone looking for a perfect relaxing holiday in Protaras. 🥰🥰🥰

As a family we have been going to protaras for about 20 years . We arrived on the 4th May and this was our 2nd time staying at The Constantine Great Beach Hotel and the standard of the housekeeping has declined dramatically compared to our 1st stay. This hotel states that it is a 5* hotel but unfortunately if they allow the maid service to continue as it is then they will lose there rating. On several occasions we were having to ask for towels,toilet rolls,tea and coffee and to have the milk replaced in our room.The maids were saying that they had done it but when checking again they hadn’t so having to chase the maids to get them to do there jobs and then being tutted at for asking for the things that they should be doing. We stayed for a week and in that week we didn’t get clean sheets,but they did make the beds. There was a clump of hair on our balcony which stayed there all week so it proved that the maids didn’t sweep or mop the balcony,dirty glasses were left for about 3 days until they removed them,rubbish was left on the balcony nearly all week . The final straw was when I went to use the UHT milk that they leave in your room for a cup of coffee . When I opened the milk it had gone hard and mouldy so I went to the reception to complain and make them aware of this. I had also filled out one of there questionnaire which I had pointed a few things out to them. The final straw came when I asked if I could have my money back for the late check out fee which was 30 euros because of the things that I had complained about. The front of house manger Maria said that she would ask the hotel manger. After leaving it for about an hour or so I went back to the reception to find out what the manger had said ,Maria said that he had said no which I replied was not good enough because of all the things that I had complained about,the next thing that Maria said to me was uncalled for and very very rude she told me that the next time I visited cyprus was to go and stay at the illiada hotel as though I wouldn’t be welcomed at the Constantinos , I replied to her by saying how rude she was and how dare she talk to me like that as I was a paying guest. I found the hotel manger and explained what had happened and he said he was going to sort it. If you are thinking of staying there and are expecting a 5* hotel expect to be disappointed as in my experience it is bearly reaching a 3* hotel and will continue to decline if they don’t sort out there housekeeping staff.

I want to start this review by saying that the staff at this hotel are outstanding, they go above and beyond to help, they are friendly and very hard working. However, I can’t understand how majority of the reviews for this hotel are positive from what we and other experienced from our stay. Upon arrival the hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are airy and modern and all looks very nice. I think the main issue with this place is there is far far too many guests for the amenities that the hotel has to offer. BUFFET: The buffet restaurant is absolutely tiny, every night there was a huge que wrapped all around to get to the food. This is not ideal with 2 small children when you have go back and forth separately for everyone to get their plate of food. This resulted in my partner not getting anything to eat because of the length of time it took then returning on his own at 9pm. The que went from the very first dish right to the last so it took a long time to get to the end. Not only that the food was not being replenished quick enough, everything was stone cold and the food all had a crusty top layer as if it had been standing for a long time. The food is one of the worst we have had. The hotel is aware of this issue as they had one of the staff members asking for peoples feedback and agreed it was far too small and that the hotel was looking into it. A LA CARTE: My next issue was the a la carte, there is only one included a la carte and the food here was absolutely disgusting and stone cold. The restaurant itself is outdoor but is very very dirty and unkept. While we were there the majority of people were leaving without finishing their meal. We waited over 2 hours and ended up leaving before our dessert as it was just taking so long. ENTERTAINMENT: this also wasnt great, there was only 1 thing on most nights that last 30mins-45mins and then that was it. It was out on the terrace which again there was not enough space or seats for how many guests were at the hotel. Daytime entertainment was very lacking, if you have children this is definitely not a good choice hotel for that reason. There is only 2 young girls that run entertainment during the day and they run very few activities. POOL: the pools upon arrival look great however we found these to be dirty, they all had scum rings around the outer which was never cleaned the whole time we were there, the tiles were black and mouldy in lots of places. We saw ants crawling all over the bar counters too. My suggestion to this hotel would be stop trying to make more money and concentrate on catering to the guests that have already paid a lot to stay here. Open up the paid a la carte as an option to all inclusive guests which would free up more congestion in the buffet. Open the roof top bar also as an option to all inclusive guests, not an extra charge. This would allow for more space for guests to enjoy their night rather than sitting in a small lobby for the whole duration of their holiday

Wow wow wow! Cannot fault this hotel and all the staff were fabulous from the cleaner through the management! Went for our honeymoon arrived at 11.50pm to fizz and drinks served from the bar and taken to our room for us! Open the fridge to find prepared food too! From day one we had no complaints, Yoni and Maria greeted us every morning for breakfast and Sullahman and Asun reminded us that it was 11am and ok to have a little tipple “you’re on holiday!” Food was outstanding never failed to not eat! Infact one day we went out for lunch as we couldn’t trust ourselves not to eat too much at lunchtime in the restaurant. The hotel is less then 5 mins from the beach and there are a couple of jetty’s with steps into the sea. It’s the 1st time we have said after 10 days we could stay longer. There is enough sunloungers for each guest if everyone has one bed, however on occasions whilst we were there, we witnessed one guest with 3 beds! 10/10 King Jason, do not change the way you run your business! Your staff are amazing! Mr Steve will be back 🤩

Me and my wife spent our 20th wedding anniversary here , we wanted somewhere nice as we’ve been to protaras loads of times , and I must admit the pearl did not let us down , we couldn’t fault anything total 10/10 the hotel it’s self was gorgeous , the staff were fantastic and the food was superb , a nice touch at breakfast is the chef will cook you a fresh omelette of your choice , the ice cold flannels at the pool are a great idea and your fresh bowl of water melon , the room are immaculate , the hotel is situated right in the middle of the ***** so you don’t have to walk very far for shops or restaurants plus the hotel is right on the beach as well and just a 5 min walk to fig tree bay…..we totally love this place and probably back next year ❤️

My husband and I went with our Son and Daughter in Law for 8 days in late August. They had been back a number of times and loved it…. The Blue Ivy is a little gem, situated down a quiet side road, which leads down to the long beach front, including boat trips to the left. If you go up the road it leads you to shops, bars with entertainment and is lively and buzzing in the evening. Nico the manager is very friendly and helpful and can’t do enough for you to ensure you have a lovely time and his staff team are just the same, we can’t thank them enough. The food is very good, lots of choice and something for everyone. They have a two very nice and clean pools and a pool bar, we spent a fair amount of time there. During the afternoon some days they have entertainment, we really enjoyed the modern violinists, especially the cleaner that joined in and danced with her trolley and dusters to Zorba the Greek. We had a lovely week and would definitely go back another year and would recommend it to others. 🥂👍🏻

Well we were very excited about coming to this complex as it is new and has good reviews.we have been coming to Cyprus 45 years visiting our Turkish Cypriot family. We usually stay in kyrenia area but thought we would try the courtyard. We arrived Sunday and there was no cot for our baby. Asked every day and they said at reception the hotel was full and no cots available. They knew we were arriving with a baby. BUY MORE COTS ITS SIMPLE. No room service had to ask on Thursday for clean towels and sheets WHY? SUNDAY again had to ask in morning for room to be cleaned. 6 o'clock not done,back to reception. Housekeeping finished. It's very bad service We paid a lot of money for this holiday and so far have been very disappointed. We have another week yet. The hotel should have more English speaking staff the amount of English speaking visitors here. Also a good idea would be to have a canopy over the children's play area. It's in full sun and the baby pool has no shade either. I would not recommend this complex just yet it needs improvements
