Amir is one of the best baristas of Concorde Hotel. The hotel is very clean, with quality food, but the washing of the bed smells like fish. Unfortunately, the hotel has few plans. I am really satisfied with my trip to this hotel. I hope I can come back as soon as possible. All the staff of this hotel are really great.

The bed is comfortable, the bathroom spacious, clean. the entire hotel was very clean and well maintained.towels were plentiful. the food is delicious. a peaceful place to rest. clean and calm beach

This an amazing hotel in the Vokolida area (Bafra) with a great beach . One should stay at this hotel for the great beach . The rooms are very clean , the staff are very polite and they are always very helpful. The hotel has a nice sea view from most of the rooms . The main buffet was nice for breakfast, lunch and dinner . It would have been nice , if they had some dishes with prawns . Many dishes were similar in all meals for example lahmajun . I guess this a popular dish among the Turkish tourists that visit the hotel which as I understand there are the no. Tourist . The spa was nice but I wish the towels were of better quality (there were a bit thin) . We did not try any of the specialty restaurants so I have no opinion about them. This is an expensive hotel so I wish in the summer they allow people to book one night or two nights . They only minimum 3 night stays . We will return in the future .

Service absolutely fantastic superb setting highly recommend, food very good beach ideal as nice and shallow for the first 5 meters, as we had our granddaughter with us age 18 months so felt safe with her in the sea, we all had a wonderful time, the rooms were excellent to a high standard the resort also had a kids club and outside and inside play area 5***** large water slide park also unfortunately closed one week before our arrival due to winter season apart from that Fantastic

It was a wonderful vacation, thanks to the hotel's high-quality and professional service. A hotel with extensive experience in treating guests and all staff perform their work professionally and responsibly. We arrived early due to our flight, hoping to check in a bit ahead of schedule. However, we ended up waiting for three hours to get a room. It became apparent that our family of eight wasn't prioritized, with preference given to attendees of conferences held at the hotel. Despite having two children and elderly parents who traveled over 15 hours from the USA, we felt overlooked. The hotel staff seemed overworked and discontent, likely due to insufficient staffing. They often complained and had to work extra hours to compensate, leading to poor treatment of guests. Regarding the food, while there was variety, the quality was lacking. Over our five-day stay, we found some dishes, particularly the fish, to be not fresh and unpalatable.

Beautiful place with great rooms and facilities. The staff were all helpful and kind. Food is amazing with lots of variety. There is a beach with a great pier and good views. About 45 minutes from a cool historic city in Cyprus. Thanks for a great stay.

Orhan is a top notch bar manager and all those on his team were wonderful in the lobby lounge! This is a fantastic hotel with plenty to do for the whole family. The rooms are large and the food is delicious! It’s an amazing place to host a conference!

Lovely resort with wonderful food. Very responsive staff , and well resourced grounds. We did have a bathroom door handle that was broken and a sink that didn’t drain well, but didn’t want the inconvenience of having someone fix it . Great lobby and plenty of places to hang out friends. Thank you Concorde!
