We arrived early due to our flight, hoping to check in a bit ahead of schedule. However, we ended up waiting for three hours to get a room. It became apparent that our family of eight wasn't prioritized, with preference given to attendees of conferences held at the hotel. Despite having two children and elderly parents who traveled over 15 hours from the USA, we felt overlooked. The hotel staff seemed overworked and discontent, likely due to insufficient staffing. They often complained and had to work extra hours to compensate, leading to poor treatment of guests. Regarding the food, while there was variety, the quality was lacking. Over our five-day stay, we found some dishes, particularly the fish, to be not fresh and unpalatable.
