The stay was great. The staff delivered a complimentary slice of cake as the check in date coincided with my hubby’s birthday. Very nice and sweet of the reception staff. All guests received warm chocolate cookies too. Just nice to have them for supper or snack😊 Facilities were good too though we didn’t use it. Buffet Breakfast was good but we didn’t try all the food as there were just too much food to try.. room amenities were basic and good and room was spacious. Overall stay was good. Will consider coming back due to their great service. Location is also quite near to JB Sentral about 10-15 minutes walk.

Positive Feedback 1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall. 2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board . 3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room. Negative Feedback: 1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in. 2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly. 3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures) 5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin. 6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted. 7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture). 8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use. We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.

Bed is not that clean. Got hair and dust on it. There is no clothes racks in the toilet. So we unable to hang towel or clothes so far. Otherwise overall still ok. The facilities at level 7 are great playing for kid. My kids are enjoyed with the swimming pool and playground. I book the studio at RM287 per night.

Hotel was in a nice location, quiet and peaceful. Amenities were well maintained, but I hope the swimming pool could glass panel could be better maintained. It looks “mouldy” and dirty. Also, the shower door inside the common toilet in the suite I was staying in on the 21st floor would not fully open. The location of the towel rails needs to be changed to avoid any major accidents like the door shattering

The location of the hotel was superb and, in my opinion, one of its strongest advantages. It was very convenient for getting around and made it easy for us to access nearby attractions, restaurants, shops, and other facilities. This was especially helpful when travelling with an infant, as convenience and accessibility are important when you have additional luggage and baby essentials to carry around. The excellent location saved us considerable time and made our overall trip much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel itself also provided a comfortable environment for a family stay. The overall experience was pleasant, and the staff were generally helpful and courteous. We appreciated the convenience and the fact that the hotel provided a good base for our trip. Regarding breakfast, I would say that the taste was average. There was a reasonable selection of food, but the overall quality and flavour did not stand out as much as the cleanliness and location of the hotel. The breakfast was adequate and sufficient to start the day, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of taste, quality, and perhaps the variety of food available. For guests who place a strong emphasis on breakfast, this may be one area where the hotel could improve its overall experience. Overall, I would say that our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The clean room and superb location were the main highlights for us, particularly as we were travelling with our infant. Although the breakfast taste was only average, this did not significantly affect our overall experience. For travellers looking for a clean and conveniently located hotel, especially families travelling with young children, this hotel is certainly worth considering. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to consider staying here again in the future, especially because of the excellent location and the cleanliness of the room.

The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was good, perfect for a short getaway. One of the biggest advantages of this location is its convenience. There are plenty of food and beverage options within walking distance, making it easy to find local food, cafes, and late-night supper spots. KSL Shopping Mall is also nearby, which is great for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Overall, this homestay offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and strategically located place to stay.

I had a really pleasant and comfortable stay at Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru, especially in the East Wing room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Everything was neatly arranged, and the bed was very comfortable, giving me a good night’s rest throughout my stay. What I appreciated the most was the overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The facilities were in good condition, and everything felt well taken care of. The hotel environment itself was calm and welcoming, which added to the whole experience. The staff were also friendly, polite, and helpful whenever needed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Service was smooth from check-in to check-out, which I really value when staying at a hotel. Overall, I would say Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Johor Bahru. The East Wing room in particular is definitely worth it. I would happily come back again and recommend it to others.

We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The place is very comfortable, clean, and accessible to everything, which is why we chose it. The team was also very responsive whenever we had questions, even in the middle of the night. They were very accommodating and kind to their guests. All in all, it’s truly an excellent place to stay — not just for couples, but also for families with kids because they have lots of amenities that everyone can enjoy.

Our 3-day, 2-night stay at the Desaru Four Points by Sheraton included a complimentary Shellout seafood meal (with three flavor options). We tried two flavors (sambal and buttermilk), and the buttermilk was definitely better.

The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook. The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm. Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.
