I had a very pleasant stay at this service apartment. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade during check-in, which made the experience even better. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a convenient stay. The location is also a big plus, as it is nearby to shopping malls and many useful amenities, making it very convenient to get around. The check-in process was smooth and easy, which made the whole stay hassle-free from the beginning. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and well-equipped accommodation.

Been coming back to Holiday Inn everytime I visit Johor. Service from reception staff are generally okay, non have 'bad' attitude. Amenities are all good and working, from room to toilets to gym all working well. Breakfast was an average spread of selection woth local delicacies being offered. Will come back again on my next visit.

Conveniently located in an area that has plenty of food choices, shopping and wellness services. Hotel though slightly old, is clean and comfortable for 2 nights stay. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They do their best to meet customers’ requests and expectations. Will definitely choose this venue again for my next trip.

It was my first time booking at New York hotel and I was very surprise of the service given, the room is huge and nice. Toilet is clean. The swimming pool is the best... its big and clean. Amenities is very convenient with good food in the hotel and surrounding the hotel. Its a 100% recommendation to stay here ... the free breakfast was superb. Theres a lot of choices on what to eat. Will definately come again.. as there is a very good massage place vmright veside the hotel and best thing is its all cheap..

Stayed here for one night. Overall, it was an okay experience but with some downsides. The main issue was the noise — there’s a club opposite the hotel, and the music was very loud throughout the night. Even from our room (not directly next to it), we could clearly hear the bass, which made it quite difficult to sleep. The room itself was generally clean, but the bathroom could use improvement. The bathtub was slightly moldy and felt slippery, and the showerhead leaked, causing water to spread onto the bathroom floor. Food was average — nothing memorable. The chicken was overcooked and the noodles were a bit too salty. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a 7-Eleven conveniently located right next door. Overall, it’s an okay stay for a short trip, but the noise and bathroom condition were the main drawbacks.

Excellent hotel, location & service. The staff was very helpful at all times, everyone speaks fluent english, room service was available and they picked up the phone within seconds. The room looked really nice and clean, the view is amazing, the breakfast and the pool area is also really nice! I can only recommend the hotel, shops, restaurants and KSL by walk distance, everything else is easily reachable by grab. Thank you for having me 🙏

Decided to book last minute - initially cant book for family of 2A2C. WhatsApp them, replies was….sluggish. Finally manage to book and the room was…not like the initial ones. Previous booking it was really great. Room size room cleanliness. The room we got was small but there’s multiple hairs on the carpet. Especially with kids, that was just a no no. Call them via the phone provided, was put on hold and the line got cut off 🙂 Tried calling again, took quite a while before finally got connected. Upgrade the room for RM80. Whatever that was book on trip wasn’t as per advertised. Second, it was drizzling. So we went downstairs to take a look at the swimming area. There’s no towels. Call the front desk ask if the swimming pool is open, they mention “I think it’s open” Breakfast was subpar.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Johor Bahru for a business trip, and it was a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with easy access to key business areas, shopping malls, and nearby eateries in Johor Bahru. It made traveling around the city hassle-free during my stay. What stood out the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend DoubleTree Johor Bahru for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

Very near to KSL, convenient and good location. Overall very clean and nice space to relax. However, there were several renovations taking place in the day time, so staying in was a nightmare. We even heard a short noise at night due to the renovations. Hopefully it won’t go on forever and affect the next customer.

The hotel's location is excellent, just over a kilometer from customs. You can spot it easily not far after exiting customs. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, well-equipped, spacious, and bright. The front desk staff are especially welcoming. Step outside, and you're right on Jalan Tan Hiok Nee Cultural Street, and the main road leading away is a commercial street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
