The reception staff were helpful and very informative. Great facilities unable to be used as fully booked I definitely would stay longer than 1 night Breakfast and evening dinners were amazing, with a variety and vegetarian options which I was very pleased with and enjoyed.

Our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment from start to finish. The receptionist, Tatiana, was extremely rude and unfriendly — it honestly felt like guests were a bother to her. The towels were dirty, and the bed sheets were never changed during our entire stay. Breakfast was the same boring food every single day. At night, there was nowhere to buy even a bottle of water — if you asked the staff, they just told you to go to the nearest supermarket. The beach was dirty, full of trash, and most of the sunbeds were broken. There’s only one iron for the whole hotel, kept in the basement, and it’s both filthy and damaged. The reception area looks like it hasn’t been renovated since the 1980s — dark, outdated, and depressing. The whole place feels neglected and poorly managed. Definitely not worth the money. Avoid this place if you want a relaxing vacation — there are much better options nearby.

Lovely hotel! Friendly staff, right from reception to the room cleaning staff. They are all genuinely happy people who go over and above. The hotel is lovely inside and clean . Rooms air conditioned and great mattresses. We went full board, and the food choice was different each day and very good. Plenty of it, and you could go up as many times as you wished as many people did. Tables cleared of plates, etc, all the time. Staff were so helpful and courteous. One downside that wasn't the hotels fault was the numerous young kids with no manners and how to act inside a restaurant! You have to blame the parents.Very nice pool area with good sunbeds and always available. Entertainment was basic at night and relaxing. Second time visiting and will not be our last.

Such an amazing stay. From walking through the doors on arrival to leaving 10 days later couldn’t have asked to be looked after any better
