Great location, spacious room, nice food, good swimming pool, i will go again for sure! 😊

Great location!! Nice room - Luxury 1bed aprtm. The breakfast and dinner was Ok. The pool area needs an upgrade and pool beds need changing.

The hotel's location is great. It's smack in the middle of all the action, with beaches, restaurants, and the ***** within arm's reach. There are two pools - one with more going on such as music, which tends to be busier, and another which is much more relaxed. The pools were never overcrowded and there were always sunbeds spare throughout the day. The not-so-great part: the staff. "Who can be the least interested in helping guests" seems to be their motto. The people at the front desk seemed more interested in their computer screens than welcoming guests. There was a cricket in our room which was stuck inside the door frame. We could not sleep because of the noise volume of the bug in our room which staff in the morning weren't interested in. Our TUI rep asked them to change our rooms but they denied. We ended up resolving the issue by spraying bug repellent in the door frame. Housekeeping didn't fare much better. Our rooms weren't exactly spotless when we arrived, and our towels weren't changed all week - we had to request this. The rooms were not cleaned and beds were not made all week, despite the description of the hotel saying housekeeping were present every day other than weekends. Our friends were on the balcony, talking, at around 3am one night. The security guards dragged him down to reception after this incident and threatened to throw us all out because of this. They were in the room next to us and we could not hear them on the balcony. For a hotel that hosts a lot of younger people, they are incredibly strict on the 'quiet' rule, despite our party making minimal noise. Our friends went to lunch and their beach towels were removed from their sunbeds. The hotel said they did not have their towels and we never retrieved them. If you can tolerate mediocre service and are all about location, location, location, this place might still be worth it. The rooms were decently comfy, and it's a decent crash pad if you're planning to be out and about most of the time. For the purpose of a friends holiday, the hotel was fine. The cost reflects the value.

As soon as we walked into reception it was obvious we’d booked the wrong accommodation. There were buckets throughout reception to catch the water dripping from the air con. Reception area could definitely do with some kind of welcoming furniture/fixtures as it was very dull and mundane. We arrived around 4pm and the resident “DJ”by the pool was blaring music louder than most clubs in Napa Square. We were told we were in room 128 which is in the furthest corner from reception. We dragged our suitcases though wet/extremely slippery,dirty,hair covered corridors. Had to go through a couple of teenagers having an argument. Arriving at our room you could tell that there’s no love or attention in the rooms and that they’re clearly worried that the teens/early 20s will destroy the rooms. Decor is knackered and please don’t depend on a view from your room. Room is falling apart In regards to the hotel pool…well unless your a teen/early 20s and just want to get drunk,listen to loud blaring music,have a football kicked in your head and look at mountains of food wrappers/used alcohol cups/ cigarette butts I’d avoid this place. I know the “manager” will leave a comment on my post but honestly please clean the place up! Only good thing is the location

The hotel personal is very professional and kind. They are pacient and respond to your needs. The hotel is very clean, has everything you need, food is very good and also the rooms are what you expect from a trip accomodation. The pool is also clean and safer for kids.

I had the opportunity to stay in this hotel this month and I can say that I am very satisfied. Everything was very good, the food, the room, the pool and especially the staff. I am satisfied with the experience I had here and I warmly recommend this hotel.

Everything is good. Hotel quality is great. The pool is good aswell, enough of space to stay outside. Comfortable beds. Just i would like it more if there was a special place for excersise. And also there should be bigger meal meniu, to eat more different meals.

The food was the same every day but it was really good and the staf was nice and helpful. The rooms are big and modern with big balcony. The pool was big and clean but the chairs are a little bit uncomfortable and can use some work on them but otherwise everything looks good
