Just returned from three wonderful weeks at this fabulous hotel. This was one of our many visits and it did not disappoint. Thanks to all the lovely reception staff who we always found to be polite and helpful. Special mention for Ludmila (Reservations) and Maria (Public Relation Manager) for accommodating our room request, this was greatly appreciated 👏. Special mention also goes to Viki and Stella in the restaurant, once again we enjoyed our chats and laughs with you both every morning at breakfast 😀, we found all staff at breakfast were really efficient and polite, well done team! Thank you to the housekeeping team who do a wonderful job also. Thanks to the bar staff Cristof, Lucas, Tamara, Barbara and Ahmad, we had some great laughs and also Cristina pool attendant who works tirelessly. Last but not least the animation team - Billy, Ellie and Helen, who do such a fantastic job with a range of activities during the day and evening entertainment, they put in so much effort so thank you all so much, it's been a pleasure getting to know you. We look forward to returning in October! A final thank you extended to all our fellow guests we met during our three weeks, too many to mention individually, but you know who you are!
