Facilities: The hotel's facilities are superb! The bedding in the room is comfortable, the toiletries are complete and of great quality, and basic amenities like air conditioning and hot water run smoothly. The smart room control system is also very convenient to use. In the public areas, the fitness and lounge areas are well-equipped with brand new and well-maintained equipment, and the public area hygiene is also exceptionally good. Service: This stay was fantastic, and I must highlight Minnie and George Chai at the front desk for their exceptionally professional and attentive service. Check-in and check-out were super efficient, they were smiling throughout, and patiently explained the hotel facilities and provided tips for local attractions and dining. Their thoughtfulness was evident in every detail. Any questions we had were answered instantly, and their attitude was gentle and considerate, adding so much warmth to our trip. Their excellent service truly made our entire stay perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and commend Minnie and George Chai for their outstanding service!

When we first arrived we wondered if we had made a mistake and booked a hotel in the wrong location! But no, it turned out to be just wonderful! The huge window gave us a wonderful view and the old town was a short lively walk straight down the hill. The only problem we had was when we had to leave early on the morning. We were locked in and couldn't phone anyone to come and unlick the door. This is also a fire hazard. Anyhow if they could work out a better system it would be perfect.

The hotel's actual environment is even better than the photos provided, and personally, I think it's even superior to Banyan Tree, yet it costs less than half the price. If you're coming to Lijiang, it's really worth trying out. The breakfast offers a wide selection, and the buffet presentation is up to par with what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. The pastries were just okay, and the rice noodles (er si) were a bit bland, but everything else was pretty good. It would be great if there were more golf cart drivers available for rides back to the rooms. We often had to walk back ourselves, and there's a bit of a distance from the hotel entrance to the guest rooms. Luckily, the hotel grounds are beautiful, so the walk wasn't unpleasant. The small petting zoo at the hotel is a nice touch, though the pigs were a bit smelly. But their cuteness makes you forget everything else!

The hotel service was excellent, and the location is fantastic, right by the North Gate of Shuhe Old Town. When we arrived by car, the hotel staff met us at the entrance and helped with our luggage. The front desk lady was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, giving us a great overview. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the courtyard has a beautiful Southeast Asian vibe. There's a guestbook in the room, and it was really interesting to read all the positive comments from people around the world! We had a wonderful time here, thank you!

The hotel is right next to Huquan Ecological Park, offering a tranquil environment with lake views directly from the window and fresh air. The overall garden landscape is beautiful and perfect for photos. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful rest. The service was warm, attentive, and prompt, with thoughtful details. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. Guests can also enjoy hot springs and leisurely walks, as the facilities are comprehensive. The location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the value for money is superb. It's an ideal choice for a vacation in Mile. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it!

Room is clean, amenities is ok. We requested for non-smoking room but was given a room with very heavy cigarette smell and had to request for change of room. Our room is located at level 5, the room can hear noise from vehicles very clearly. 6 something on a weekday morning we can hear car honking which is very disturbing. Window and curtain soundproofing are not good enough. Breakfast selection is ok

The room was clean and tidy, and we received complimentary bottled water, fruit, and small candies every day. The sweet white fungus soup before bed was a particularly thoughtful touch. The hotel breakfast was very rich and varied. We ate dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant almost every night during our stay. The dishes were delicious, and we even received discounts, which we were very happy about. Thank you for the hotel's warm hospitality!

My stay at Chengyi Dianzhong Hotel far exceeded my expectations! The hotel is very close to Kunming Changshui Airport and offers a free 24-hour shuttle service, which was incredibly convenient for catching my flight. The lobby is grand and elegant, with a well-equipped tea bar and reading lounge, giving it a very stylish vibe. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, and the smart control system is super convenient – I could control the lights and curtains just by speaking. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the high-end toiletries made me feel very at ease. Overall, it was clean, tidy, and full of thoughtful details. Everything from the facilities and service to the location was impeccable. I highly recommend it for both business travelers and those on a layover.

Nestled against the breathtaking Cangshan Mountains, this hotel boasts a beautiful environment. The front desk, room service, and restaurant staff are all incredibly professional and enthusiastic. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped. I especially loved the beautiful Bai ethnic embroidery decorations throughout the hotel. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including some fantastic local specialties. We dined at the hotel's Chinese restaurant for several evenings, and every dish was consistently excellent. The Yunnan-style soy sauce chicken at the Chinese restaurant is particularly unique and delicious. On sunny days, enjoying a cup of tea on the room's balcony while gazing at Erhai Lake was incredibly relaxing. The hotel has its own parking lot, making travel very convenient. It's a short drive to the ancient city, Cangshan Cableway, Xizhou, and Erhai Lake. Just outside the hotel, a short walk to the left, there are numerous coffee shops and restaurants along the street. I will definitely choose Hilton again on my next visit to Dali.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Erhai Pier and Xingsheng Bridge. The rooftop has an observation deck bar where you can enjoy the night view. I wanted to watch the sunrise in the morning, but found the door to the outdoor platform was closed. I hope it can be opened in the morning as well. Also, placing the smoking ashtray right next to the bar counter on the rooftop seems a bit inappropriate; I hope it can be moved to a corner, otherwise, it will affect guests sitting at the bar. The hotel's infinity pool is great, offering views of Erhai Lake, and the Cantonese restaurant has good food too.
