Discover the B&B HOTEL Mantova Cristallo, only a few minutes away from the city center of Mantua, one of the richest artistic and cultural city in northern Italy; recognized as World Heritage in 2008. The city center can be reached with a 10-minute drive. The 65 rooms are modern furnished, with comfortable beds, free Wi-Fi connection, LCD television, frigo-bar, air conditioning, hairdryer, telephone and safe deposit box. Our attentive multilingual staff takes pride in providing personalized service, a hallmark of our house, with a 24-hour reception and coffee bar service. To have a nice start in the morning you can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet, with a large choice of cold and warm dishes and the courtesy of our staff.
The hotel offers four different meeting rooms where you can hold conferences and meetings for from 10 to 110 people. The Cristallo restaurant offers a wide range of local specialties and Italian seasonal dishes. Groups of people are welcome, prices are reasonable and a parking place is available just outside.
We have a wide garden with outdoor swimming pool and the chance to have a nice dinner during summer nights at the restaurant and bar on the terrace. The B&B Hotel Mantova Cristallo provides a large reserved parking place, to leave your car or bus. We are pleased to welcome you in Mantova! Enjoy your stay.
"The hotel room is large, the surrounding environment is good, there is a Mingqiao River Park nearby that is very natural and ecological, and you can take a walk in the morning and evening. It is too close to the road, there are many carts in the morning and evening, and the window of the room facing the street will be very noisy."

HhappycornIt's a really nice place next to the lake. Everything is clean, especially the breakfast is very good. It has its own parking lot, including the underground parking lot, so it is also very good for rental car trips.

GGuest UserNovotel is always a guarantee for the services offered. Its proximity to Malpensa airport is excellent, with a shuttle service available for €5 per person. The buffet breakfast is good and varied, offering both sweet and savory options, and the coffee blend is not bad, even from an automatic machine. Room cleanliness isn't impeccable, but the beds are comfortable and large. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and modern, though the exterior could use some maintenance. There's free outdoor parking, and paid underground covered parking for €12 per day. A swimming pool is available for all guests free of charge until 8 PM; it's not large, but a pleasant surprise with sunbeds, umbrellas for hot summer days, and towels provided by the lifeguard on-site. Special mention goes to the receptionist Giovanni, who welcomed us with extreme kindness and professionalism, explaining everything in detail and making us feel comfortable right away.

GGuest UserThere is NO service at this luxury hotel. First of all, WiFi didn’t work for the whole day. Secondly, at breakfast the staff challenged us whether we stayed at the hotel due to their system error. Facilities are really poor. When we go to the pool, the pool closes at 6pm. And staff just wanted to kick us out and got off work. Except for the pool, there is nothing else you can do at the hotel. Truly regret u booked this place

EELENA We really enjoyed our stay at Conrad Hotel. We stayed for only one night, but it was a very convenient choice for an airport stopover.
The location is excellent. We timed the journey from the airport and it took only about 7 minutes by taxi. During the day, a taxi ride usually costs around €15–20 depending on negotiation and traffic. At night, traffic can be heavier; we paid €30, while another driver quoted €40.
The room was small but comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything necessary for a short stay. The only thing we missed was disposable slippers. Fortunately, we had our own. In general, we noticed that many European hotels do not provide them, but for a hotel of this level it would be a nice addition.
Breakfast was good. There was not a huge variety of food, but enough to enjoy a satisfying meal. The selection of cheeses and cold cuts was nice. We would suggest adding freshly cooked hot items such as fried eggs or omelettes.
One small detail we did not like was the size of the coffee and tea cups, which were very small. Larger cups would make the breakfast experience more enjoyable.
A pleasant bonus is the garden area around the hotel, where guests can relax, take a walk, enjoy some fresh air, or simply unwind after a flight.
Overall, a very good hotel for travelers looking for comfort and quick access to the airport.

ZZola GuoThis is a fantastic hotel in an excellent location. It's about a 20-minute walk to the main shopping area, and there are many great restaurants and small shops nearby. The neighborhood feels very residential and safe, with no concerns about security.
I really have to commend the hotel's front desk staff. I was out shopping all day near the Duomo, carrying three bags, and took an Uber back to the hotel. When I got out, I somehow left one bag behind – it had my newly purchased jewelry and a handbag inside, worth over 50,000 RMB! I only realized it after I got back to my room.
I immediately rushed down to the front desk. The staff quickly checked the CCTV footage for me, confirming that I had indeed left a bag in the Uber, and it wasn't something I left at the hotel. At the same time, because Uber doesn't have a direct contact feature for drivers, and I hadn't gotten any response after reporting it to Uber's platform, the front desk attendant proactively helped me look through the limited information available on the Uber app. Eventually, he found the phone number for the Uber driver's registered company and immediately called them on my behalf. After several verifications, they finally got in touch with the driver, who confirmed he had my missing shopping bag and would return it within an hour. I'm incredibly grateful for the prompt and proactive help from the hotel front desk throughout this whole ordeal; I can't imagine what would have happened otherwise.

GGuest UserExcellent facilities, everything was very clean, and they offer housekeeping almost every day. There's a restaurant within the hotel with good prices. They also have laundry service, which was excellent for us. We really liked it, the only downside is that it's a bit far from the station, about a 10-minute walk.

HhkasapOur stay at Grand Visconti Palace in Milan was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The service was excellent — the staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel facilities were impressive and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, spacious, and elegantly designed, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day exploring the city. The spa and common areas were also beautifully organised and added great value to the overall experience.
We were very pleased with the food as well. The breakfast offered a wide and high-quality selection, and everything was fresh and delicious. Dining at the hotel was an enjoyable experience, both in terms of taste and service.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. Grand Visconti Palace exceeded our expectations, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Milan. We would definitely love to return in the future.

GGuest UserThe room size was quite spacious for European standards. Although the decor wasn't entirely to my taste, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and bright. The airport shuttle to the outlet mall is conveniently located near the hotel, as is the metro station. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from Milan Cathedral, which was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was surprisingly varied and plentiful for Europe, with some items available for order from the staff. I got the distinct impression that all the hotel staff were enthusiastic and genuinely keen to provide excellent service. Many thanks to the hotel team for making my trip so enjoyable.

WWhettyEverything is good, the only problem is the blow dryer is broken, the food in the breakfast is the same everyday, they should change it every day, the location is weird because it is like in the middle of the residential area but the staffs are good and they are cleaning everyday. Please bring your own socket if you are from other countries hotel is not providing. All in all our stay is good. Train station 10mins walk and easy going to the center.
