The hotel is conveniently located near the airport for transfers. However, it's a bit far from the airport itself, and besides the hotel shuttle, taxis are the only option. The downside is that the hotel shuttle service is infrequent with long waits between departures, and they charge 5 euros per ride.
The hotel facilities are comprehensive, but showing their age.
The breakfast is simple, but sufficient.
The staff's service attitude is excellent.
I would still choose Holiday Inn next time.
Wonderful hotel with very friendly, helpful staff and good facilities. Check in was quick and straightforward. Room was perhaps a little dated in terms of decor, but beautifully clean and had everything I needed. Shower was amazing with instant, powerful hot water, handheld and rainfall heads and lovely soft towels. TV has Chromecast as well as international channels, so you can use your normal streaming services from your phone. WiFi was great and free, even in the lift. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the city, with food that tasted fresh and of good quality. The main tourist sites are some distance away, but the metro is just a few steps from the hotel entrance, and the streets around the hotel have everything you should need.
The location is great and the room was big and had a great view. However if noise bothers you probably don’t book here. You can hear everything. Full conversations from the neighbouring rooms, traffic and I was near the lift/stairs and it was constant thudding. I was underwhelmed with the staff too. Seemed very cold, especially comparing to La Darsena where I’d just come from.

Renovated ex-Holiday Inn Linate Hotel with pool and quite good breakfast (check incl. rates (sometimes 10€/room more), to pay extra on site is not recommended (Italian breakfast in bar 3-4€...
AC was woking at 38C summer 25, pool is nice (mosqitos after 18:00)
Free parking is a plus but location is remote (car needed)
Recommended for business, Airport users - not to visit Milano!
A little hard to find at first and far from any coffee shop or restaurant in a residential area, but super cute hotel with great service and fantastic vibes. Would definitely stay here again! Fastest internet I had anywhere in Italy. :)
Opting for a room with a balcony was definitely the right choice! All my requests made during booking were met, and I was given a room with a fantastic view. The bathroom is incredibly spacious, featuring both a bathtub and a shower – very comfortable.
The location is super convenient, with a metro entrance right outside the hotel. This particular station is also less crowded and very clean. It's incredibly easy to get to the Duomo area and surroundings; in fact, it was so convenient that I ended up taking the metro back to the hotel after shopping.
For dining, there's an Ole supermarket nearby, though it's a bit of a walk. If you don't mind walking, it's a great option. Along the way, you'll find plenty of restaurants that are authentic and reasonably priced.
I booked this hotel because I had an early morning connecting flight the next day. The front desk staff were very friendly and humorous. The tiramisu in the restaurant was delicious. The hotel design is quite modern and stylish, it doesn't look like a building from the 90s at all. The garden was beautiful, and I enjoyed exploring it.
Very friendly staff! Was chatting with Mattheo and mentioned that we were on our honeymoon. He congratulated us and secretly prepared a surprise for us the next day! We came back to hotel with special surprise! Such warm and kind gesture we really loved it

Amazing
HhappycornIt's a really nice place next to the lake. Everything is clean, especially the breakfast is very good. It has its own parking lot, including the underground parking lot, so it is also very good for rental car trips.

TtonyAs many have said, don't expect to walk there. After being scammed by another guesthouse, I booked this hotel nearby. It was very clean and the room was spacious, though the surroundings were a bit desolate. The front desk attendant looked like Sylvester Stallone, even had a tattoo on his arm, but wasn't very enthusiastic. The food downstairs was good quality, but not cheap; it cost us 84 euros for three people. The server there was very friendly. We booked an early morning airport transfer, which was perfectly on time and cost 5 euros per person. Overall, aside from the price, everything else was pretty good.
GGuest UserThere is NO service at this luxury hotel. First of all, WiFi didn’t work for the whole day. Secondly, at breakfast the staff challenged us whether we stayed at the hotel due to their system error. Facilities are really poor. When we go to the pool, the pool closes at 6pm. And staff just wanted to kick us out and got off work. Except for the pool, there is nothing else you can do at the hotel. Truly regret u booked this place

GGuest UserCalimala is a new hotel, opened in July 2025. The room is very well designed, same as the reception area. One can park the car just opposite the hotel, quite convenient though the parking fee of 41euro is quite high! Breakfast and bar/swimming pool are set on the 2 top floors so that guests can enjoy the view and outdoor, a smart consideration indeed.
GGuest UserExcellent facilities, everything was very clean, and they offer housekeeping almost every day. There's a restaurant within the hotel with good prices. They also have laundry service, which was excellent for us. We really liked it, the only downside is that it's a bit far from the station, about a 10-minute walk.
__ZSH11310000308****This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Milan through Trip.com, without a doubt. There were absolutely no unpleasant surprises. From check-in at the front desk to the room itself and the service, everything was perfect. The hotel even has its own parking, and the rooms come with a bathtub, which, though not huge, is perfectly functional. I highly recommend this hotel; it's the only one in Milan where I haven't been disappointed.
GGuest UserGreat hotel overall. Yes, it’s a bit dated and could probably benefit from a refresh, but generally it is quite clean, very beautiful, and the bed linen is extremely comfortable.
Unfortunately, my room faced the inner courtyard, so there was almost no natural light. The room itself was rather average.
That said, the staff are excellent — very friendly, attentive, and always willing to explain everything in detail.
The breakfast is good, but in my opinion quite overpriced. €45 per person feels very expensive for what is offered.
DDulandaxueThe lobby service was excellent. This time, I drove to Milan, and parking in this historic European city was a real hassle. Google Maps led me to the hotel's back entrance where I was supposed to unload my luggage. I had so much luggage that I couldn't possibly carry it all by myself. Driving back to the hotel's front entrance was a long detour that took 20 minutes. I parked and ran into the hotel, frantically asking the concierge for help. Thankfully, he and his colleagues helped me unload the luggage; I was extremely grateful.
Getting lost in Milan once made things so stressful and exhausting; it's really not easy.
The terrace pool is near the room, so I relaxed there as soon as I checked in.
