Overall, the room was very spacious, and I even got a free upgrade to a room with two 1.8-meter beds. The hotel's WeChat service staff were incredibly friendly. They gave me great recommendations for seafood restaurants and even helped me with arrangements, which I really appreciate. My only slight disappointment was the room's location, as I ended up with a side room, but that's on me for not doing enough research beforehand.

Five-star rating for Pullman Sanya Bay! Our stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I especially want to highlight the amazing in-house photography service. The room had an incredible view with a 180° ocean-view balcony; we could literally gaze at the turquoise sea from bed. In the evening, watching the orange sunset was incredibly atmospheric. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft, ensuring a very restful sleep. The hotel also has a private pathway directly to the beach, which is super convenient as you don't have to cross any roads. The garden, coconut groves, infinity pool, and patio swing chairs are all perfect spots for stunning photos. We pre-booked the photo shoot, and the photographer was an expert on all the best shooting locations within the hotel. They patiently guided our poses, adjusted the lighting, and were incredibly gentle throughout, never rushing us. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase extra photos, and the original shots were already excellent quality. The retouched photos are definitely going to be the highlight of my vacation on social media. The staff were attentive and detailed in their service, and the breakfast selection was extensive. The pool and children's facilities were all excellent. This hotel truly offers a one-stop solution for relaxation, vacation, and photo opportunities. I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit Sanya next time. Highly recommended!

Not great value for money, and the overall experience was pretty mediocre. The fact that the island was reclaimed from the sea, and the various buildings on it, are quite astonishing, but it's a real shame how many areas are neglected and falling into disuse. With over 5,000 rooms, the hotel had a high occupancy rate during the holiday, making the lobby feel like a chaotic market, packed with people and incredibly noisy. There were significant delays for check-in, and breakfast was practically a free-for-all, with extremely poor food quality. Room cleanliness was terrible; there were scratches all over the walls, and the bed runner was damaged and still had dried food crumbs from the previous guest on it – makes you wonder how long it hadn't been washed. The room itself was tiny, and when I asked for an extra pillow, I was told they didn't have any. We were a family of one adult and two children, both around six years old, but were told we had to purchase an additional child's breakfast, as two small children couldn't count as one adult. For nearly 600 RMB a night, with nothing included, it really wasn't worth it.

This is by far the most cost-effective hotel I've stayed at in Hainan. The price is great, and it includes breakfast, afternoon tea, and a late-night snack. I only managed to have breakfast, but it was pretty good. The rooftop pool is a bit shallow, so I didn't go in, but it's very pretty. The location is also excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. Housekeeping was prompt with cleaning, and the front desk staff were very friendly. I stayed for two nights and it was incredibly comfortable. Both the pillows and mattress were exceptionally soft, and I especially liked that the toiletries were in bottles. Parking is free too. I highly recommend booking this hotel!

Facilities: Very comprehensive. They have an outdoor infinity pool, indoor hot and cold pools, a sauna, and even a spin dryer. Cleanliness: Pretty good. Environment: There's a MixC shopping mall nearby, with plenty of great food options. Deliveries are also available. Service: Attentive and thoughtful. They asked if I needed turndown service. Since I forgot to turn off the 'do not disturb' when I went out, the staff waited until I returned to my room to ask if I needed cleaning. At breakfast, they guided me to a seat and helped make coffee.

Room: I absolutely loved this room, especially the balcony! It was beautiful and offered a perfect full ocean view. The room itself was very spacious, and all the amenities were complete, including an iron and a minibar. I booked a double room, and it even had two sinks, which was great for two people getting ready at the same time. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. The bed was huge, like a super king-size, perfect for couples. Cleanliness: The room was spotlessly clean. Service: Excellent! I was very satisfied with the butler service; it was the most attentive and professional I've encountered so far. Butler July truly surprised me constantly. As soon as we connected, he sent a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities. Before my stay, he asked about my room preferences—a high floor with a good, full ocean view—and he fulfilled them all, even exceeding my expectations. The view was absolutely stunning. Also, check-in is usually after 3 PM, but my schedule meant I'd arrive around 1 PM. I just asked where I could wait comfortably with air conditioning, thinking I'd just wait there. However, Butler July didn't just answer; he offered an even better solution. He immediately arranged for a room that had just checked out around noon to be cleaned, and it was ready for me before I arrived. The air conditioning was already on when I entered, making it nice and cool. I was really impressed by his efficiency. Later that evening, to my surprise, a fruit platter and red wine were delivered—it felt so romantic! Enjoying the view with my partner and some wine was truly special. However, after check-in, no one escorted us to the room. Our luggage was delivered a little while after we settled in. This part was a bit disappointing, and I hope the hotel can improve. If a staff member could accompany us to the room with our luggage and show us the way, the experience would be even better.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay here. Every staff member I encountered was warm, friendly, and professional. A special mention goes to the team at the Langham Club on Level 42 and the bar on Level 43. In particular, Amber was exceptionally hospitable throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to accommodate my special requests and ensure I felt well taken care of. I am also incredibly grateful to Kevin, the intern at Level 1, who was an absolute lifesaver. He assisted me with my Taobao parcels, helped with my luggage, and even helped me make restaurant reservations when I was unable to do so without a local phone number. His willingness to help and positive attitude made a significant difference to my stay. So grateful to meet these friends during my stay in Langham Haikou. The genuine hospitality and attentiveness shown by the team truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Thank you all for making my stay such a memorable one.

I've visited Sanya many times, and if you're not planning on swimming in the ocean, Atlantis Sanya in Haitang Bay is the perfect choice. The waves in Haitang Bay are strong and there are rip currents, so swimming in the sea isn't allowed. However, the hotel offers a waterpark, aquarium, C Show, dolphin encounters, and sea turtle encounters, ensuring your schedule is packed every day. The C Show is complimentary for two during your stay, and all other activities offer unlimited access. Plus, our room came with a butler, Xiaoma, who was always available to help with any issues 👍. During our stay, I lost my ID at the waterpark, and a staff member named Ken found it and contacted me immediately to return it 👍. The hotel has two breakfast restaurants, and the breakfast here is much better than all the hotels in Yalong Bay 👍. All rooms have sea views with an open panorama facing Wuzhizhou Island. The biggest advantage is the high floors, which make swimsuits dry quickly 👍. I love swimming and playing in the water, so I always bring at least two swimsuits. Here, my swimsuit dried in just 30 minutes 👍! Next time, I'll try staying in a Royal Club room...

The best hotels in Wenchang are Hilton and Wyndham, and I've had a good stay at Wyndham before. This time I chose Hilton because it's close to the beach. Concierge: Good, there was someone to meet us. Lobby: Grand, but it would be better if the air conditioning were colder; Hainan Island has been too hot this year. Room: We had a themed room. I suggest using rooms with better views for themed rooms in the future, as the view from our themed room was just average compared to a standard room. Pool: Clean and hygienic. You need to register to use it, and the lifeguards are very dedicated, not slacking off at all. They were constantly moving around, watching the children in the water. Breakfast: Tasted good. Environment: Lots of aerospace models and popular science articles, which creates a great atmosphere. It's very close to the beach, and you can see the launchpad when you look out.

From the moment we stepped out of the car, we felt the genuine hospitality. The doorman at the entrance enthusiastically helped open the car door and assisted with our luggage; the service was excellent. They were exceptionally professional and thoughtful. Last year, I stayed in a room above the 35th floor, which was also great. This time, I traveled with family and chose a 108-square-meter apartment, which came fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The guest relations staff, especially the ladies, were attentive, responsible, and meticulous. They promptly responded to all our requests, were friendly and polite, and demonstrated excellent professionalism. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant.
