Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The main shopping district is within walking distance, and there's ample parking, so driving was stress-free. Our room had an amazing view; we could enjoy a beautiful sea view right from our window. The environment was clean and elegant, and all the facilities were complete and brand new, including a fridge in the room which was handy for storing drinks. The hotel also boasts a swimming pool and a gym, both of high quality, perfect for leisure and exercise. The service was particularly attentive and thoughtful, always warm, meticulous, and quick to respond. When we first checked into a standard room, we were affected by construction noise from a municipal project. After providing feedback, the hotel immediately arranged to move us to a king-size room. Their handling was efficient and their attitude sincere. The new room was quiet and comfortable, making our experience truly excellent. Overall, it offers great value for money, suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

This hotel is located on Ocean Flower Island, which makes exploring the island quite convenient. The surrounding environment is lovely, and the hotel itself is massive, with many guests. This can make it feel a bit chaotic, and the front desk management could definitely be improved. Breakfast was decent but not very varied. The biggest issue with this hotel, however, is the room size. It's so small that two people can barely move around, and there's only one tiny stool with no other seating. You basically have to get on the bed as soon as you enter the room. There's no space to put clothes or luggage, which really impacted our stay. We originally planned to stay for two nights but ended up checking out after just one.

Just catching a glimpse of its iconic ”Poseidon Tower” from afar instantly ignited my vacation excitement. This time, I finally took my family during the holidays, and not only did we immerse ourselves in the wondrous underwater world, but we were also incredibly touched by the super attentive service, making our entire stay truly blissful. Upon entering the hotel, the first thing that caught my eye was the gigantic seahorse sculpture. Its dynamic form, coupled with dazzling lights, immediately created an immersive ocean-themed atmosphere. I couldn't resist pausing to snap several photos. Stepping further in, the lobby was even more stunning – a colossal aquarium teeming with colorful tropical fish, a dome adorned with blue lights resembling deep-sea reflections, and even the floor tiles subtly designed with wave patterns. Every snapshot felt like it belonged in a magazine. Right after checking in, we headed straight to the theater for the C Show. The aquatic stunts, aerial silks, and ocean-themed storyline on stage perfectly blended together, with dazzling lights and spectacular performances that captivated both adults and children, leaving everyone thoroughly thrilled. Our ocean-view twin room was a real gem, offering double the surprise as soon as we opened the door: one side showcased the lively scene of roller coasters zipping through the Aquaventure Waterpark, while the other presented the calming vista where the azure sea merged with the skyline. Waking up to the sound of waves in the morning and watching the park lights illuminate the night sky in the evening was incredibly relaxing. The thoughtful details in the room were also heartwarming: children's toothbrushes and slippers were already laid out, the soft bedding was comfortable against the skin, a footstool was provided at the vanity for little ones, and complimentary sodas were supplied in the mini-fridge, restocked daily. The entire hotel felt like a shopping mall, offering everything from dining and entertainment to shopping (Hainan specialties, Pop Mart, BaWangChaJi, ice cream, popcorn, and other shops). Guests staying at the hotel enjoyed unlimited access to the aquarium and waterpark. In ”The Lost Chambers” Aquarium, we wandered through underwater tunnels, watching sharks swim overhead, as if transported to a mysterious underwater kingdom. Although we didn't try the thrilling rides at the waterpark, feeding the stingrays and letting the children float down the lazy river multiple times were all incredibly enjoyable. The hotel also gifted us 5 free travel photoshoots. After booking a time with the staff in advance, the photographer guided us through various poses, and the final results were outstanding. The staff member who helped us choose the photos was very helpful, offering suggestions when I was indecisive, and ultimately helped me select a cost-effective package. Our butler, Ivy, was an absolute treasure. The day before our arrival, she proactively added me on WeChat, reminded me of the hotel's activity routes and the C Show schedule, and even presented us with a pair of adorable whale plushies as a welcome gift. My children adored them and kept asking for another pair. I hesitantly messaged Ivy, and to my surprise, she quickly delivered another pair. Throughout our stay, whether it was for information or room service, Ivy always responded instantly, truly acting as our dedicated and attentive personal butler. The service from our room attendant, Li Chunmiao, was even more meticulous and touching. Every day when we returned from our outings, the room was spotless, the bed made perfectly, and even the children's scattered toys were neatly organized. She also thoughtfully gave us an extra pair of whale plushies. She specifically noticed that we were using chairs to block the bed, worried about the children falling off during sleep, so she proactively brought and installed a child bed rail, making sure it was stable before leaving. While luxurious hardware is the foundation, it's the supremely thoughtful service that truly defines the soul of Atlantis. Many thanks to butler Ivy and room attendant Li Chunmiao for their dedicated efforts. Next time we visit Sanya, we will definitely choose to stay here again!

This hotel is fantastic, absolutely perfect for families with kids! There's an indoor kids' play area on the first floor and even water slides. It really lets you relax and lets the kids entertain themselves. Erin's service was also top-notch. Plus, the hotel provides bed rails for younger children and the restaurant has kids' cutlery, which is great. Definitely my first choice when traveling with kids.

I absolutely have to give the Sheraton Shenzhou Peninsula five stars! From the moment we drove onto the property until we checked out, the entire experience was genuinely delightful and made for a perfect vacation. The location is simply incredible, directly facing the stunning Shenzhou Peninsula ocean. Opening the balcony door revealed panoramic views of the blue sea, white sands, and swaying coconut groves. We watched the sunrise over the sea every morning and enjoyed the refreshing sea breeze and calming sound of waves in the evenings. Our room was clean and spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding. The breakfast selection was extensive and varied, offering not only standard dishes but also delicious local Hainan noodles. We definitely picked the right place for this getaway, and we will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Shenzhou Peninsula!

Traveling with friends, we chose the Baoting Qixianling Hot Spring Resort Hotel. First, we were immediately impressed by its tranquil environment, lush greenery, and fresh air. The hot spring water felt wonderfully smooth on our skin. Second, the hotel staff's service attitude was exceptional; they were always ready to help, making us feel completely at home. The hotel restaurant's dinner was surprisingly good value for money, exceeding our expectations. We would definitely come back here for another vacation if we have the chance.

She contacted me a day in advance, and when we arrived, we were upgraded to a sea-view room directly, which was such a pleasant surprise! Any issues we had were quickly resolved by her. 🌟 **Activities:** This place is a paradise for families! With a large outdoor pool and an indoor heated pool, we had unlimited fun splashing around. There's also a huge kids' play area. We even extended our stay by an extra night just to enjoy the parent-child activities at the hotel; the kids loved it so much they didn't want to leave. 🌟 **Location:** You can walk to the beach 🏖️, making it super convenient to enjoy the sea. Every photo taken there turns out picture-perfect.

Pullman, an Accor hotel, always brings a touch of French romance. I've been to Sanya over 20 times, staying in Haitang Bay, Yalong Bay, and Sanya Bay. I've experienced everything from the high-end Edition to the budget-friendly Jinghai Holiday. Looking at Sanya Bay, I can confidently say Pullman is the best hotel there, bar none. Let's start with the positives: 1. The primary function of a hotel is comfort, cleanliness, and quiet, and Pullman excels. I thoroughly inspected the room and didn't find a single hair, which speaks volumes about the meticulous cleaning. They even provide buckwheat pillows, perfect for guests who prefer a lower pillow. 2. The service was impeccable. Our butler, VIVI, provided exceptional service throughout our stay, even upgrading our room. A big thumbs up! We originally booked a twin room, and VIVI upgraded us to a king-size executive suite – a huge thank you. She even gifted us a lovely teddy bear on our departure. 3. The facilities are comprehensive. The BBQ buffet dinner had a fantastic ambiance, and the Chinese restaurant offered both Cantonese and Hainanese cuisine. The spa prices were very reasonable, with no hidden costs. The game room also had a great selection of arcade machines. 4. Access to the beach is convenient via a road with an elevator, which is a significant improvement over the Howard Johnson, which only has stairs. 5. The executive lounge offers great views and a refined selection of food and drinks. Now, for areas that could be improved: 1. The color scheme of the living room sofa could be changed to a lighter shade. It felt a bit cold and didn't match the cozy feel of the bedroom. 2. The breakfast selection could benefit from more Chinese dishes. It felt a bit heavily skewed towards Western options. However, I understand this might be due to the large number of Russian guests – sometimes I felt like I was abroad just taking pictures!

On our way back from Wenchang after watching the rocket launch with our child, we spotted Mission Hills Hotel, a place we'd stayed at before. Seeing such a great price, we booked it right away! I recall when Mission Hills first opened; it was quite a sensation, and we felt so proud to stay there. This time, with our child in tow, we arrived to find the doorman as friendly and enthusiastic as ever – truly maintaining their high standards. Even though it was almost midnight, the front desk attendant politely and gently handled our check-in, making us feel the hotel's service genuinely exceeds five-star expectations. Our room, while small, was immaculately clean. The thick carpet immediately conveyed its luxury status, and the room smelled wonderfully fresh, completely free of any odors. They thoughtfully provided a children's toiletries and slipper set for our little one. This attention to detail made us feel incredibly warm and cared for. Throughout our one-day stay, every staff member greeted us with a smile, making us feel completely at home. Mission Hills Hotel truly is a super five-star experience!

The room isn't small, and you get a free ride on the mini-train. The hotel offers complimentary kids' and adult activities; I particularly enjoyed the beach texture painting. The travel photography service was also decent. Breakfast was okay too, and my kids loved the clown making balloon animals during breakfast. Honestly, the Westin had more family-friendly offerings than I expected, with both an outdoor and an indoor heated kids' pool. The hotel's Sichuan restaurant was genuinely delicious. I went with low expectations as it was empty, but I was pleasantly surprised. A set meal for two adults and one child, priced at just over 400, could easily feed four people and wasn't expensive compared to outside restaurants. The ingredients were fresh, and the seasoning was just right. The open kitchen, where you could watch the chefs cook, was also a nice touch, and the service was excellent. Our butler, Mile, provided incredibly thoughtful service, sending detailed activity and dining information, and even arranged welcome fruits and small cakes. All our requests were promptly addressed, and our overall stay was very pleasant. I'll definitely come back again!
