"Even an old Ferrari is still a Ferrari. The hotel has indeed been open for quite some time, but its legacy speaks for itself. The one-bedroom villa is highly recommended.
1. The air conditioning in the room is excellent, excellent, excellent – no need to worry!

3. The concierge here can assist with delivering takeout to your room; just wait patiently.
4. It's quite close to the lounge, which is convenient for a quick bite or drink.
5. The villa's private yard offers direct access to the club's swimming pool – very convenient.
6. The villa comes with a dedicated butler who responds promptly to all kinds of questions online. My butler this time was Annie, and she was incredibly thoughtful. On our last day, we didn't want to go to the main restaurant for breakfast but still craved their waffles. Annie coordinated with the club restaurant in advance, and the club chef specially prepared freshly baked waffles for us that day.
7. The hotel's public areas exude a full vacation vibe. Although they're all open-air, it can get a bit hot in the afternoon, but it's a vacation, after all – just relax and avoid the hottest part of the day. The beach bar and Taolange are both worth checking out. Additionally, the hotel's SPA has excellent techniques, and the prices are reasonable, definitely worth trying.
8. Room service doesn't seem to charge a service fee; you can just order through the mini-program.

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Qishui Bay, making it the top choice for sea views, rocket launches, and catching the sunrise. I stayed for a week in Wenchang during a typhoon and a rocket launch. Five stars to Lucky at the front desk, Wang Lizhen (might be her name) from housekeeping, and the laundry auntie. I want to emphasize that while many people can provide good service, the ability to quickly coordinate and actively solve problems is rare. During my stay, I encountered several issues, such as a damp room and a problem with the access control. Lucky was exceptional in not only contacting staff on my behalf but also quickly and proactively offering solutions and compensation. For instance, when the access control was malfunctioning, she offered breakfast and fruit platter compensation while I waited. When I forgot to close the window before leaving, she immediately contacted the auntie to bring a dehumidifier and change my sheets. Upon check-in, she sent a self-made local guide and map navigation. Even though the hotel doesn't have a business center, she helped me with printing when I needed it. Staff members with such initiative and foresight would shine in any profession. Finally, all my deducted points go to the BBQ buffet – not only was the variety scarce, but it was also incredibly unappetizing."

GGuest UserThe scenery is absolutely beautiful! However, I couldn't stay longer because it's truly integrated with nature. A bug even fell on my head at night! I'd suggest installing mosquito nets or canopies. Outside, the tree frogs chirped all night, and the birds started singing very early. Breakfast was generous and the views were great too. The only downside is that the scenic area is huge, so you need to call an electric cart to get anywhere, which is quite inconvenient. Food options on the mountain are also limited, so I used the hotel's room service. But honestly, the scenery is just too, too beautiful. Everything else can be overlooked.

The hotel's tropical gardens are serene and elegant, offering direct oceanfront views in a peaceful and relaxing environment. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, and very convenient for getting to the duty-free shop. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes made with fresh ingredients. Ella was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and attentive, quickly resolving all my needs. Overall, the value for money is exceptional, and the vacation experience was outstanding. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Sanya!

Sscarlett0527Stayed for two nights. First, I want to commend Kaylee, our butler. Her service was excellent, very proactive, and responsive.
The concierge service was great. They were there to open the door and help with luggage as soon as we parked. We were offered welcome leis, but they weren't available when we got out of the car. The lobby didn't have air conditioning and was a bit warm, but it was well-ventilated. Check-in was quite fast, and they provided detailed information. The elevator had AC and was very cool, and our luggage was delivered to the room quickly.
The hallway to the room was too long and outdoors, making it quite hot. However, it looked beautiful once the sun set.
The family room had one king-size bed and one single bed. The mattresses were good, no backaches. The AC worked well and kept the room cool. The shower had great water pressure and consistent temperature. Bottled water was replenished promptly and generously. Room 833 offered a partial sea view and a partial view of the duty-free shop and a new hotel that's still under construction. It wasn't noisy, and the duty-free shop lights looked lovely at night. The only **bug** was the bathtub on the balcony, which made it impossible to take a bath. The room had no musty smell and didn't feel old. There was a huge table, convenient for dining.
We received welcome fruits upon check-in, and the passionfruit was absolutely delicious. A complimentary minibar was provided, with drinks and snacks.
The family pool was a bit basic, without a water playground, but it had free floats and basketballs. There were plenty of lifeguards who helped inflate the floats.
There was a shuttle bus to the beach, and the driver was very friendly and chatty. The beach had lounge chairs, and the sand crab catching activity was excellent and engaging. There wasn't much hawking on the beach, which contributed to a great vacation vibe. Free sand-digging tools were available at the beach.
The kids' club was next to the B1 breakfast restaurant, with activities suitable for younger children. Tree climbing was a lot of fun and came with small prizes. The bubble activities were a hit with all the kids.
You could reach the duty-free shop by crossing the road through a small gate, which closed at 10 PM.
We weren't bitten by mosquitoes at all during our stay, which indicates good pest control – a definite plus.
Breakfast was a bit simple; the variety could be improved. We didn't have to wait for a table even when arriving after 10 AM, and the food was replenished promptly. The Xinglong coffee was good. Eating outdoors was slightly warm but offered views of fish and snorkeling.
The hotel's Chinese restaurant was delicious, delicious, delicious! The hotpot at the Western restaurant was decent, and the ambiance was good. There were plenty of takeout options nearby, but you had to pick them up from the takeout cabinet yourself. The 'Qingbuliang' (Hainanese dessert soup) from room service was good.
It's a shame we didn't go snorkeling. We'll have to come back next time.

QQiudaoyujingThe environment is actually pretty good. As an older five-star hotel, the service isn't bad at all. I was traveling alone and just looking to relax, so I didn't have any special demands and booked a basic garden view room. The facilities are indeed quite old-fashioned, and its reputation for having a guesthouse-like vibe is well-deserved. However, staying here was actually alright. The sea in Yalong Bay is truly beautiful, and the Mangrove Tree Resort has a prime beachfront location. If you're looking for beautiful scenery and great photo opportunities, this place is worth it. But if you're looking to relax and prioritize bedding and comfort, you might want to reconsider. From my experience staying at various places on this trip, the Mangrove Tree Resort just doesn't cut it when it comes to comfort.

Throughout our stay, the service was top-notch; they even helped with food deliveries. The scenery of Haitang Bay behind the hotel is stunning, and every staff member was incredibly friendly. The breakfast was delicious too! Butler Xigua was very thoughtful and provided excellent service.

The breakfast also had an à la carte menu, which was exquisite and delicious. I accidentally left a piece of clothing when I checked out, and the hotel proactively contacted me and even helped mail it to my home. I'm very grateful for that!

GGuest UserThe hotel is surrounded by tons of restaurants, so you'll have endless dining options. All the in-room appliances work perfectly. Plus, there's an incredibly delicious coconut chicken restaurant right behind the hotel, less than 100 meters away – a must-try if you stay here!
The room facilities and housekeeping are top-notch. The cleaning is meticulous, and everything is tidied up neatly. The staff are very polite. The buffet breakfast on the 33rd floor is abundant, delicious, and offers a wide variety of choices.
The Guest Relations assistant even added me on WeChat during my stay, which was super convenient as they were always responsive to my requests.
Overall, the hotel environment is quiet and upscale. This is definitely my go-to hotel when traveling.

The hotel is huge with excellent facilities, including 6 swimming pools, with a dedicated children's pool that kept the kids entertained. We stayed in a direct ocean-view room, which was spacious with an expansive, unobstructed sea view – the viewing experience was superb.
The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options. Plus, there's a food court right next to the hotel, making dining incredibly convenient.
There were plenty of highlights for kids: the hotel has its own mini petting zoo where you can feed animals like rabbits, alpacas, parrots, and deer. The recreation center offers a wide range of activities, including archery, shooting, billiards, and table tennis, ensuring fun for both adults and children.
Special thanks to our butler, Yulia, for her warm, attentive, and prompt service! We just needed some bottled water, and she brought us an entire case. She even braved the rain to bring us an umbrella during our travel photoshoot. Her service far exceeded our expectations, and her attention to detail was incredibly thoughtful.
It's a one-stop shop for dining, entertainment, and relaxation, providing a truly fulfilling vacation experience. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Sanya!

VVincci_NgThis was my first time staying at Atlantis Sanya, and the main reason for our visit was to celebrate my husband's birthday. I was drawn to the Atlantis' activities and facilities while searching for hotels in Sanya on Trip.com. Since I was busy with work, I didn't have much time to plan the itinerary. Luckily, after booking the hotel, I contacted them via email, and they kindly agreed to arrange a birthday cake to surprise my husband on his special day.
Atlantis also offers a very thoughtful service. I had pre-purchased tickets for the beluga underwater activity and the dolphin interaction program separately through their WeChat mini-program. Soon after, I received a call from an Atlantis staff member informing me that there was a package deal that included both activities at a significantly lower price. In the end, they helped me cancel my previous orders and process a refund so I could repurchase the package. I wholeheartedly recommend the beluga underwater activity. Andy and Tina, the star belugas, are gentle and a little playful. They interacted with us for a full 30 minutes. Opportunities to touch belugas are rare in a lifetime, and being able to kiss them too made the ticket price absolutely worth it!
The Ossiano underwater restaurant is also worth a try! As it was my husband's birthday dinner, we opted for a specific set menu. We enjoyed our meal right next to the large fish tank, watching the fish swim by. The price of their set menu is comparable to 'Omakase' in Hong Kong. If you have any dietary restrictions, they are happy to accommodate changes to the ingredients. Ossiano's ambiance, service, food quality, and portion sizes were all excellent. Both of us found every dish delicious, and at the end, the waiter thoughtfully brought us hot tea to help us digest.
Finally, I'd like to extend a special thank you to Ariel, our dedicated Atlantis hotel staff member. Throughout our 4-day, 3-night stay, she thoughtfully messaged us to see if we had any special needs. When she learned it was for my husband's birthday, she specifically arranged balloons and decorations, and even sent fruit and a birthday cake. These past few days, she was like a little assistant, quietly taking care of everything behind the scenes for me. She also helped me communicate with the restaurant and answered all my questions. I really appreciate all her help these past few days. 💕
If you're planning a trip to Sanya, Atlantis is truly an excellent choice. The price might not be cheap, but the room rate includes daily unlimited access to the aquarium and one daily entry to Aquaventure Waterpark per person. The cost of these tickets alone makes it a great value, whether you're a couple or a family with children!
