This hotel is quite large, with 2 or 3 buildings, and the interior environment is excellent. The room itself is also spacious, well-equipped, and clean. You can even enjoy sea views right from the sofa in your room. The service was warm and welcoming; they proactively escorted us to our room. What deserves the most praise, though, is the breakfast. Compared to other hotels I've stayed at, it's truly a case of 'there's always something better' – it was outstanding.
However, there are two main drawbacks. First, I asked a staff member if there were any charging stations. They told me there were some on the first and second basement levels. I drove around for two full rounds and couldn't find them. When I asked again, I was told they were in Building B. After driving to the first basement level of Building B, I found two rows of slow-charging stations, but most were occupied by gasoline cars. Second, to get from the room to the lobby, I had to walk quite a ways to find the elevator area. There were no clear signs or directions. And when I finally reached the elevator area (it was evening), it was completely dark with no lights on. As a five-star hotel, these two issues really shouldn't be happening.
