It was past midnight but it was a room for that night. The sister at the front desk was so nice. She pointed to a small room and told us to have breakfast. She said we could go in and rest at 10 o'clock at the latest (she was very sure). As a result, we couldn't hold on any longer until around 7 or 8 o'clock, so we spent $25 to check into the room early. The person at the front desk was replaced with a very bad attitude. He said the earliest check-in time was 2 p.m. and was very arrogant and rude. The door of the room was hard to open, the room was ok, basic facilities were all there, but no air conditioning! There was only one hot air blower, blowing directly at the bed, making people feel as dry as the desert. (I am from the north, and even 20 degrees floor heating doesn’t make me feel this hot) The management is average. I took a break and prepared to leave, but the door was opened by the staff? No tip at all. After visiting Pittsburgh (very bad, best not to go), I asked the front desk how to reserve a shuttle for the plane. He said it runs every 30 minutes, so just get off early. result! The next day I went downstairs excitedly. The receptionist was shocked and asked why I hadn't registered. She called back the car that had already left. It was a black sister who was very, very nice. My personal experience is for reference only. The environment is clean and relatively soundproof, but the service is sometimes good and sometimes bad. Search more and there is a method that is more economical and refundable. I wish you all a pleasant journey.

I recently stayed at the Nittany Lion Inn for 4 nights and 5 days, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. The rooms were great — clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The hallways were absolutely amazing, lined with bookcases and cozy seating areas, all surrounded by fascinating history that truly made the Inn feel special and unique. The mocktails at Triplets were delicious, and the coffee at the café was just as impressive — such a treat during our stay. We were in town because my daughter danced at THON, so we were coming and going at all hours. It was incredibly comforting to be somewhere that felt so safe, welcoming, and conveniently close to everything we needed. Every single staff member was absolutely incredible. I never once arrived or left without someone opening a door for me — that level of attentiveness and hospitality does not go unnoticed. Everyone was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. I do need to especially mention Claire. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, she made our stay so comforting. When my flight was canceled, Claire went above and beyond to ensure my son and I were taken care of. She helped us navigate our travel changes and made a stressful situation so much easier. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Thank you for making what was already a meaningful trip even more memorable. We will absolutely be back!

There is an Indian restaurant, but don't expect much. The glass cups are broken and overcooked, giving you black, crunchy, bitter naan. American salty Indian food cooked by an Indian. I paid for dinner with my card, but the next morning the front desk staff tried to double charge me again, saying there was an error with my card, but I showed them the payment details on my card app and persuaded them to stop the double charge. Breakfast is not buffet style, but is served by the staff, which is inconvenient. The restaurant staff is loud, arrogant, and rude, thinking they are giving out food for free and ignoring the guests. The hotel structure is difficult, the path is long, the facilities are poor, and it is noisy. The deposit is $50, which was fortunately refunded after two days. I recommend this hotel to Indians.

Inside the airport, connected to the airport by a corridor, very convenient for catching an early flight. The facilities are a little underdeveloped, but acceptable. The service is basically OK, and the steak in the bar is not bad.

Very nice little hotel. Clean, decent gym, and affordable. Lots of kitchen gadgets available if you plan on cooking your own meals. Very close to a variety of stores and the airport. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

The room was generally OK and clean. The surroundings were natural and quiet. There were also places to eat not far away by car. However, the air conditioner had a huge fan in the room, which was quite noisy.

GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay at Days Inn. The only thing they could do to improve their amenities is add a microwave to the room.

GGuest UserHotel was very nice and the room felt like home. I didn’t like that it didn’t tell me if the room had a shower or tub even after putting the child’s age. That’s a little frustrating because it’s kind of hard to wash a 3year old up in a shower. My room was non-smoking but the room smelled like old smoke so I cleaned very good to get that smell out which wasn’t too bad at all. The staff who worked the night shift I have a few problems with. I don’t think she may be mean or a mean person but she’s definitely not a peoples person. Her attitude was very rude dry and cut-off. When asking her anything she made us feel like we were annoying her and she lied to our face about the room she put us in. She tried to say the room says shower only but couldn’t provide where it say that because it said or tub and I know when you arrive for check-in they will give you a room that’s available according to your reservation. There was no option for me to request or make sure a tub was in the room. She did pick up on us taking her interaction with us as rude and tried to make it somewhat better. She doesn’t smile and have a look on her that says I don’t want to be here or deal with this. I didn’t like that the description doesn’t match a lot of the things at this location and probably wouldn’t have booked here had I know they didn’t have no kid activities besides basketball and miniature golf. I love that it’s next to a lot of shopping stores and din-in and out restaurants that are walking distance. I just advice you to either contact the hotel or whoever you are booking certain details because this happened twice picking a room that’s available according can be giving with either one regardless of the child age.

Second time staying here — the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is pretty good. This time around we had a bit of a struggle at check in which also caused a problem at breakfast the next day. The lady who checked us in (Megan) asked me four (4) times if I needed parking and didn’t seem to believe me when I kept saying no. She also told us our room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 4pm, an hour after check-in time, and told us we’d need to take a 2 queen room instead of a king room. I told her we’d rather wait for a king room because that’s what we paid for, and lo and behold, suddenly she had one. We paid for breakfast with our stay, but she forgot to give us tickets for breakfast. Made it very awkward when we went to breakfast the next day and had to insist that we’d paid for breakfast. They still gave us a bill for breakfast, but then after talking to the front desk realized it was a mistake. They were kind, but it was still very awkward having to defend the fact that we’d paid for breakfast already. They said we were the second group that day which the front desk had forgotten to give breakfasttickets to. All in all, aside from the people and the awkwardness caused, it was a good stay. We’ll hope for better service next time we come back.

AAudreyTFThe longer we stayed the lesser the points became. When we checked in, at first glance everything was 5 stars. WiFi and location are definitely 10/10 for me. My first issue was with the refrigerator not working, I lowered the temp to the lowest possible setting but nothing changed and I notified the front desk and they said they would send someone to check within an hour and that person never showed up I’m not sure if they came while we were out but when we came back the refrigerator was still warm. This issue was never fixed up to the day we checked out. It was very disappointing as I had baby food that needed to be refrigerated. The blinds in the bedroom do not block out any light at all and our room was opposite a parking lot which head very bright lights all night long it was so hard to fall asleep I hope the property can have better curtains or blinds. Secondly, I’m not sure if I missed it somewhere about them not offering house keeping, at least there’s a washer and dryer so I just washed the towels on my own. We stayed 6 nights and no one ever came to refresh the rooms or even add more toilet paper or garbage bags. The floors were visibly dirty and dusty like they haven’t been vacuumed in months. The 9th floor common area was so filthy, the toilet was so dirty and smelly, the couch was so dirty I couldn’t even sit on it. The central cooling/heating system makes a strange long noise every now and then and it kept waking up my child. I could find any way to turn it off and that was very frustrating.

For us the location was great! The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Service, for the most part, was very good, with the only exception being the gentleman who manned the front desk on arrival. Not friendly at all. It felt like we were an interruption. Breakfast was your standard fair. Scrambled, powdered eggs and sausage or bacon, and make your own waffles. Coffee, juice choices, bagels, and packaged sweets. It was good and it does make for a fast and convenient meal. The WIFI on our floor was horrible! In this day in age, this is unacceptable! I ended up using the computer by the breakfast area to set up our outgoing flight! The building is becoming dated but, there was construction going on so perhaps they are updating. The bathroom did not have a fan or any towel racks. Unfortunately, it appears that people have been using the shower curtain rod as it is tilted downward and you really need to make adjustments to avoid a wet floor. There are no handles for the physically impaired. Getting in and out of this slippery bathtub is difficult. Our toilet tank had a leak and frequently had to reload water. Finally, the HVAV is good and it is also loud. But if you have traveled a lot, this is fairly common. An extra note. We decided that we really didn't need a rental and would use Lyft/Uber. It worked well but there is rarely a car nearby. We made sure we allowed time to get picked. Because of its location and that it was typical of a hotel of this ranking, I would stay there again.
