I chose this hotel for my business trip and was extremely satisfied. The hotel environment is quiet, perfect for both rest and work. The in-room office facilities are complete, and the internet signal is stable with fast speeds, making it very convenient for handling work. The gym facilities are also new, allowing me to relax after work. The staff member, Mikex, was professional and efficient, perfectly meeting my business needs.

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was convenient. However, because the hotel is quite old, the facilities were a bit outdated. For example, the hot water supply for the shower was unstable, sometimes hot and sometimes cold, and the same was true for the sink, sometimes hot and sometimes not. I don't know if the hot water is only available during certain hours. However, the service was very thoughtful. You can also soak your feet for free in the evening. There are dedicated staff members who come to the room to prepare a foot bath bucket and hot water for guests. It's very thoughtful and worth recommending!

Right from booking, the butler contacted me and sent the hotel's location, an introduction, and even a carefully prepared travel guide and food recommendations, which was excellent. The hotel room is nice, but as soon as you get out of the elevator you'll be hit by a sudden burst of aromatherapy, which makes you feel dizzy and uncomfortable. The front desk had an indifferent attitude. When I checked in, there were three people at the front desk but no guests. No one responded even when I walked to the counter. I had to call out twice before someone looked up and checked me in. It was very uncomfortable. No one always answers the phone.

Visiting Dunhuang in spring was an absolute delight! The city is incredibly clean and tidy, with well-organized streets, making for an excellent overall experience. The hotel I stayed at offered top-notch service, was spotlessly clean, and paid attention to every little detail, making me feel very comfortable and secure. And the food? Oh, I have to rave about the food! The donkey meat yellow noodles were perfectly chewy and flavorful, the Huyang焖饼 (braised lamb pancake) was rich and fragrant, and to top it all off, a glass of Li Guang apricot peel water was refreshing and cut through the richness. It was all full of authentic local flavors. Beautiful scenery, a clean city, great accommodation, and delicious food—Dunhuang is definitely worth another visit!
