"Overall, a fantastic stay! Lanzhou Airport is one of the furthest from the city center, making this hotel the top choice for early morning or late-night transfers.
First, the positives: 1. Excellent service: Both the front desk staff and the shuttle drivers were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Before arrival, the hotel proactively called to provide the shuttle contact number. Even arriving after 10 PM, a quick call had a driver there to pick us up. 2. Great location: It's very close to the airport, just a 3-minute drive. 3. Wonderful room: The layout is very practical, with distinct areas for the sleeping area, vanity, shower, and toilet, which is efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. 4. Delicious breakfast: It was quite substantial and varied. **Only 60 for two people.**
Areas for improvement: 1. The curtains weren't thick enough; the room got bright around 6 AM. I suggest adding a pelmet. 2. The duvet was a bit too thick.
These minor issues don't detract from the overall experience. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time."

1. Location: Less than 10 minutes from the high-speed train station, very convenient.
2. Service: Beyond five-star service! They added me on WeChat in advance, and all the hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, from bottled water available everywhere to free laundry and drying facilities, complete with laundry detergent. In the evenings, there were complimentary sweet soups, milk, and pastries. It was so convenient when traveling with a child and ordering extra food. There were welcome gifts upon check-in and also gifts upon check-out, plus a play area for kids.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this hotel to those who drive to Dunhuang with their kids. It has a bathtub, which the kids love very much. The room facilities are very complete, the environment is very good, and it is not far from the attractions. Every service staff is very enthusiastic, especially the lobby manager. Yogurt is given when you check in, and plush toys are given when you check out. The kids like it very much and said they will stay here again next time. Highly recommended. Very cost-effective.

AAnonymous User1. The hotel offers a complimentary airport pick-up service, and from the moment I was greeted, I could feel the staff's warm hospitality.
2. I absolutely loved the hotel's 'wild luxury' aesthetic – it's simple yet grand, with a unique and pleasant aroma.
3. The hotel's travel photography service is outstanding! I got the best set of photos I've ever had. Both the makeup artist and photographer were incredibly professional. I was instantly thrilled with the retouched photos just 5 minutes after the shoot, and even more delighted to learn they'd spend another three days on meticulous post-processing. The terrace above the lobby offers a fantastic photo op, especially with the red canopy against the desert backdrop – it's truly magnificent and a unique scene.
4. Given how dry Dunhuang is, the hotel thoughtfully provided complimentary face masks and lotion.
5. They also offered a free transfer to my next hotel.

GGuest UserI absolutely loved this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the room, I was impressed by how clean and comfortable it was. The sheets and towels were spotless, and this fresh, cozy environment really made my trip more relaxing and enjoyable. I even had a beautiful view of the Yellow River from my room, which was especially stunning at night. I also want to give a special shout-out to Da Yanlong for the swift check-in process and for patiently answering all my questions with such a warm and friendly attitude – it really made me feel welcome. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great variety of fruits and pastries. Overall, I highly recommend it and would definitely come back given the chance!

GGuest UserVisiting Dunhuang in spring was an absolute delight! The city is incredibly clean and tidy, with well-organized streets, making for an excellent overall experience. The hotel I stayed at offered top-notch service, was spotlessly clean, and paid attention to every little detail, making me feel very comfortable and secure.
And the food? Oh, I have to rave about the food! The donkey meat yellow noodles were perfectly chewy and flavorful, the Huyang焖饼 (braised lamb pancake) was rich and fragrant, and to top it all off, a glass of Li Guang apricot peel water was refreshing and cut through the richness. It was all full of authentic local flavors. Beautiful scenery, a clean city, great accommodation, and delicious food—Dunhuang is definitely worth another visit!

Facilities: It's an older hotel, so the equipment is a bit dated, but generally, it's well-maintained. It's quiet.
Cleanliness: Good. Tidy. The cleaning staff does an excellent job.
Environment: The hotel is located on a main road, making it convenient for taxis and buses. There are restaurants nearby, but not many. There's a subway station close by.
Service: Quite good. During our first stay, Ms. Ma and Ms. Shui at the front desk were very thorough with their instructions (elevator location, breakfast restaurant, breakfast times, etc.). For our second stay, a gentleman at the front desk assisted us. Perhaps seeing that we were repeat guests, he just handed us the room cards without any additional words.

Service: From the front desk to the room service, they are very enthusiastic. I booked a standard room. The front desk also upgraded it to a large room called Jiangjin room. It's really great! (The front desk said that the room name is based on the wine series of their winery) It's really nice to stay in such a good room in a tourist city for just over 300👍
Environment: The environment is very good, the hotel breakfast is also very rich, the location is a bit remote and super quiet at night, but Dunhuang is very small and it takes more than ten minutes to get to the scenic spot, which is convenient!

XXinruzhishui76I've been here many times before, but only for the bathhouse. This time, I decided to stay and use the bathhouse since I was just passing by. However, I was really disappointed. The room was only 17°C when I entered. I don't know if you felt cold, but the air conditioner wouldn't get warm enough even after running for a long time. In the end, I had to turn on the electric heater. The breakfast was just average. Overall, it wasn't as good as it was a few years ago. I no longer have the desire to go back!
