The lobby is clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious and clean with complete amenities. Opening the curtains opens to a beautiful river view. The room attendants are friendly and attentive, and any questions you have are addressed promptly. The hotel is conveniently located for various attractions, and a few minutes' walk from the hotel is Lanzhou Carbon Cross, where you can enjoy northwestern cuisine! Highly recommended! If I have the chance to visit Lanzhou again, I will definitely stay at the Crowne Plaza Lanzhou.

To make things stranger, the female manager called me a few hours after we checked out. She asked how the event affected our stay. I was busy and rushing around, and the call worried me—I thought I had left something behind. Asking for our opinion after we left was too late. They should have asked us during our stay, or better yet, informed us before we even arrived. So, while the place is beautiful, the poor communication and service ruined the experience. We wouldn't stay here again for the price.
