The lobby is clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious and clean with complete amenities. Opening the curtains opens to a beautiful river view. The room attendants are friendly and attentive, and any questions you have are addressed promptly. The hotel is conveniently located for various attractions, and a few minutes' walk from the hotel is Lanzhou Carbon Cross, where you can enjoy northwestern cuisine! Highly recommended! If I have the chance to visit Lanzhou again, I will definitely stay at the Crowne Plaza Lanzhou.

The hotel room is nice, but as soon as you get out of the elevator you'll be hit by a sudden burst of aromatherapy, which makes you feel dizzy and uncomfortable. The front desk had an indifferent attitude. When I checked in, there were three people at the front desk but no guests. No one responded even when I walked to the counter. The laundry room is so awful. I went there originally because I wanted to wash clothes, but I ended up finding two cheap washing machines, one of which was broken. I didn't know that at the time, so I threw the clothes in and they got wet. It didn't spin for a long time, and it even started smoking. I almost ruined my clothes... The room is ok. If you're just staying here, there's no problem. But if you're there just to wash clothes like me, you'd better look at other places.
