We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 5 nights. We loved the choice of restaurants, pools, shops, the stunning beach (definitely opt for a sea view room!)
The resort is huge. But then it’s balanced out by lots of choice. A few niggles eg. Charging extra for beds next to the pool - these were often left empty (as were all the cabanas) so felt like a waste. They high daily resort fee should cover these costs. Or just have all beds the same good quality?!
The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Just missed things like… a sanitary bin by the toilet, amenities beyond shampoo and soap, no cosmetic removal pads, no spare toilet roll. No notepad and pen even - just basic amenities you’d expect in a standard resort, let alone a high end one.
All in all, it’s a fab place for couples, families with all ages of kids, it’s great for hosting work conventions - they racially have it all, all in beautiful surroundings!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Warwick. The food was bomb, the drinks were strong, and everyone who worked there was so kind and hospitable. They made our honeymoon feel extra special and even sent up a bottle of champagne with chocolate-covered strawberries to our room. The events were super fun and there was always something to do, but also plenty of spots to just chill and relax. Everything was perfect.

Hotel absolutely unbelievable, very clean. Staff friendly not far from airport £40 do not pay anymore 👍👍 in the hotel it’s expensive but you’re always going to get that problem. But overall it’s great sea view absolutely fantastic

The hotel has a great location, new facilities, and is medium-sized. The stay experience is very good. The swimming pool is great, and it is very convenient to go to the beach by the pool. It is an unforgettable and wonderful stay experience!

Unfortunately, I did not experience the swimming pool behind the hotel. It looks very good. The room type is not the same price, even if I told me that I must be doubled because of another room? How do WTF guests know that he lives a few floors? I didn't expect that when I played Check in, he gave me the 7th floor. I felt that I was being played. The front desk often had a person at night. The brain was not very good. The efficiency was particularly low. The system was very old. It really gave more than 1 point. I lost 20,000 knives in the casino. No one told me that I could change points for the hotel. 原以為這是一家在度假海島的四季酒店，對服務、衞生等都有期待和預估。沒想到在同一層次中比較，這家相當令人失望了。第一，除了海水的藍令人着迷，酒店設計空間太普通，特別是房間既沒有層高又比較小，設施偏舊。第二，還時常打掃衞生不是太乾淨。有兩個晚上換的被單不乾淨，被搞得過敏了，甚至有輕微異味，第三，最印象深刻的是這裏的服務員，除了個別人合格＇大多數不僅缺乏服務意識，還足足的透着一股隨時指導客户的味道。當我們選擇一次90分鐘的SPA時，房間大亮着，沒有對水療空間的特別設計和關注，混亂、着急的按摩，實在讓人非常吃驚，體驗了這麼多世界頂級的度假酒度，差到這個水平的，實在沒見過。特別是相比於兩個月前，我們剛去過的墨西哥瑰麗酒店，真是有點天上地下的差異了。第四，餐飲普通。唉！放照片時才發現，竟然沒拍房間照片，估計是太差了。沒興趣拍。
