GGuest UserBooked 2 nights, fantastic friendly front of house staff. Manager was welcoming and knowledgeable on local dry cleaning and local parking.
Room was spacious and clean with a balcony upgrade overlooking the gardens and sea view.
Briefly saw the in-house entertainment and was being enjoyed by the people there. We snuck off to the lounge for a couple of drinks and a few bar games and was comfortable and peaceful.
Entertainment guide print out was a lovely touch.
Only criticism would be no plugs by the bed for chargers but charging across the room was no problem and maybe a menu for dining in the room but nit picking tbh.
Will be visiting again later in the year and will 100% look to book here again. I'd recommend
GGuest UserFabulous location for shopping, beach and Bournemouth International Centre.
Lovely staff, well appointed clean and comfortable rooms. Will definitely use this hotel again! .
GGuest UserStunning hotel, great location. Everything was fantastic. Small thing is room 109 has a small frosted window with no view. When opening it opens to a dirty mucky roof. We did not leave it open as vermin might enter the room. We also mentioned it was a 40th bday but no extras not even a note.
GGuest UserLocation was excellent, hotel room, lobby and pool were very clean and comfortable, room was spacious, bright, with comfortable beds, Bathroom was good .
POOL was very good and nice to have this in hotel.
Breakfast was excellent with vast variety of different options, we enjoyed this .
GGuest UserHad a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very approachable, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also a plus, being close to the beach and convenient for getting around.
We enjoyed the amenities provided, which added to the overall experience. While the hotel isn’t perfect and there are a few areas that could be improved, it definitely offers good value for money. Overall, we had a nice stay and felt that it was worth what we paid for.
NNazmulWe specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor.
On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool.
Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay.
Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.
GGuest UserWe enjoyed a packaged deal for a 1 night stay..it was excellent.
Everywhere throughout the hotel was very clean, room comfortable, a good night's sleep.
Breakfast very nice buffet, my only comment here is a poor selection of fruit options for that particular breakfast choice.
We had tea and cake provided which was very nice.
Our 3 course dinner in the restaurant was good.
I used the outside pool, unheated but do-able in May...a lovely addition.
Most staff efficient but not overly friendly.
Could do with knowing that 3 hotels (all one group apparently), all next door to each other, have use of the pool but saying that, at our time of year stay there were plenty of sunbeds and pool space.
Smallish, bit of a restrictive car park, has free spaces on a 'first come, first served' basis.
Nothing regards eats/drinks around immediate location but short steepish walk down to get to gorgeous sandy beach area.
Would stay again for sure.
GGuest UserWas a nice room with amazing location, but there was a loud humming noise coming from the bathroom constantly. The service was good from most staff, but one male at reception which felt very rude and blunt. All round, was good for one night, thank you!
GGuest UserWas ok, but to be honest the room and actually hotel were very dated. And the pool facilities in terms of changing were totally inadequate. Breakfast was ok, and thd location was decent. But having to pay extra for parking when I was a paying guest was poor.
