The room lacked basic amenities — no duvet or blanket, broken toilet, no hot water, and a phone that didn’t work. The WiFi and TV barely functioned, the ceiling was under construction, and the room had no view with a window that opened only a sliver. The door also locked itself and the key card stopped working. The hotel was overcrowded — there was no space to enjoy the pool, and breakfast was a letdown with no vegan options at all. Add to that loud construction noise for long periods and this stay felt more stressful than relaxing. Definitely not worth the price or the stars.

AS TOALHAS NA CHEGADA ( SÓ TINHA UMA , TIVE DE PEGAR OUTRA E NÃO TINHA DE ROSTO, DERAAM DE BANHO NO LUGAR ) REGULARES, PRINCIPALMETE NA TROCA , COLOCARAM UMAS TOALHAS BEM RUINS, NÃO TINHA TAPETINHO DE BANHEIRO , TINHAMOS QUE PISAR NO CHÃO COM OS PÉS MOLHADOS. UM ABRAÇO!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nacional in Rio. The location is unbeatable — right on São Conrado beach with incredible views and great beach service. While it doesn’t have an endless list of amenities, the ones it offers are more than enough to relax and enjoy a great vacation: a beautiful pool, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff. As a constructive note, Wi-Fi coverage could be improved in some areas of the hotel. That said, we had a wonderful experience overall and would definitely come back!

Service is max 3 stars not 4. No information about time table of pool, sauna, and place where to get towels for the beach. Problems with hot water- so a lot of time wait for hot water in shower. Water is free only for the first day of accomodation, next days shoudl pay. Rwxeptionist asked 3600 R as a deposit. Its more tham I paid for accomodation and now information was about when I ordered. Supermarkets and beach, exchange currency are close to hotel .Free 1 exra hour for check out

Não é a primeira vez que fico nesse hotel, dessa vez fiz minha reserva pela trip minha diária estava com a data errada. Por parte do hotel, gerência, recepção, chefe de cozinha… equipe geral. Toda a situação ficou amena e acolhida por eles, mais uma vez me senti perfeitamente acolhida com a hospitalidade deles. Vir em Búzios e não passar pelo Greco não faz muito sentido pra mim! Very dirty (moldy) room. Very dirty carpet. Very dirty blanket - black inside. Very tiny room. Cannot accomodate two 22inch suitcases. Not well trained service - someone directly open the door with keys and claimed checking minibar. good location - 3min to the sea, and we enjoyed very good sunset and sunrise. Very good front desk Ms. Mellisana (forgot her name - but the one with bright smile and lip ring). Good breakfast. Wouldnt recommend friend or came back again for this hotel - cannot believe it's 4 stars.

Very young and recent hotel but of low quality. Not worth the price paid. The best thing about the hotel is the rooftop. It's all very dark and the rooms are small for the type of hotel classification. Average breakfast for the stars you have. Of the 3 hotels I tried on this vacation in Brazil, this was the weakest and I paid the same as the others.

A very well-maintained hotel. Wonderfully clean room. Fantastic breakfast (with a wide selection of meals), and a shuttle service from the hotel to the beach, shopping center, and metro station. I have absolutely nothing to complain about! Due to my late return flight, I was allowed a late checkout until 3 PM at no extra cost! Scandinavian standards at a very reasonable price! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
