The hotel is nice and the room was clean (except for the long black hair left all over floor in the bathroom). The breakfast is just a sandwich box, there is no coffee (just instant coffee). I would expect better. The staff is not accommodating and never seems to be in a good mood. I was also asked several times to pre-check online. After the third email reminder, I tried and the system didn’t let me complete it. But you can be sure that when I showed up at the reception that is the first thing they asked. Why don’t you have a QR code? Also, they charge you for lockers. I have never been in an hotel where luggage storage wasn’t complementary. The experience could be different if they improve a few things.

The staff at the front desk were welcoming and attentive, and communication was seamless. The location is excellent, surrounded by numerous commercial areas, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. The hotel boasts a quiet ambiance and comprehensive, well-maintained facilities.

Kurashiki was hands down my favorite part of the trip! You can explore the charming shops in the Bikan Historical Quarter or check out the outlet mall right by the JR station. There are so many great places to eat and shop. The hotel's location is also excellent. It's less than a 5-minute walk from the JR station via a connected pedestrian walkway. My only slight confusion was that the hotel's exterior signage didn't seem to include 'Centurion' in its name. Without my navigation, I honestly would have thought I'd gone to the wrong place! It was only once inside, seeing the actual signage (like in Photo 5), that I knew I was at the correct hotel.

The room was quite spacious and clean, and the location was convenient, close to Korakuen. The bread at the front desk was delicious! The only minor issue was that they didn't proactively provide fresh towels for changing, which was a bit different from other hotels I've stayed at.

We stayed in a family room with my elderly mother, and although there were four beds, there was a living area and the space was spacious, so we were able to enjoy ourselves in the room. My mother also broke her leg a few months ago and was walking with a cane, so we asked in advance if we could borrow a wheelchair and were able to borrow one from check-in to check-out. Thanks to this, we were able to stroll around Kurashiki's beautiful streets and eat delicious sweets, which was very appreciated. The large public bath was also flat and easy for my elderly mother to use, and it felt good to be in a large public bath for the first time in a while, so we took a bath twice, once in the evening and once in the morning. My younger sister had stayed at Ivy Square on a school trip a long time ago, so she also had a nostalgic feeling about it. The plan also included breakfast, so we had breakfast, and there were Okayama specialties such as seared Spanish mackerel and mackerel sashimi lined up, so we enjoyed local gourmet food from the morning. After the meal, we ordered some take-out coffee and sat on a bench in the courtyard, enjoying a delicious coffee moment surrounded by the ivy-covered historic building. Although our stay was short, thanks to the thoughtfulness of the hotel staff, we were able to have a safe and enjoyable trip with my elderly mother. Thank you very much.

After checking in, I found out that it was a love hotel with free parking. The room is very clean and comes with some paid ****. The bathroom is large and clean, and the room is also large But the bed is two single beds put together to form a double bed, the bed is a bit sunken The pillows are a bit low and the room smells like smoke which is a drawback of this time. But overall it will be good

Absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel! First off, I received a complimentary upgrade to a spacious 32 sqm room. What's more, the included travel pass offered a choice of three different perks, which proved to be incredibly handy. The hotel's location is also extremely convenient, with direct access to the JR station directly from the second floor.

The location is great, right in the Kurashiki shopping street, so it's super convenient for shopping and dining. The room was spacious enough for a family of three, no problem at all. Breakfast was decent. The onsen (hot spring bath) upstairs was quite nice and not crowded at all. You can also open the window a little bit in the room to air it out, which is a plus!

The location is quite remote; you won't find convenience stores or similar amenities nearby for late-night errands. It's best suited for those driving, and only really convenient if it's already on your planned route. The views are excellent, offering a wide, panoramic bridge view. It appears most, if not all, rooms face the same direction, guaranteeing this bridge view. The onsen was decent, though the outdoor bath could have been warmer. Breakfast was superb – definitely make sure to add it to your booking!

FFerfer8We are a family travelling with 3 kids so we drive a car, and factored in luggage space. 1) Vessel hotel has hands-down one of the best beds ever! We checked and realised it was a Simmons mattress so the beds really offered us deep & restful sleep!! Love this! 2) The carpark was right outside the hotel so it was super convenient not having to walk up & down diff storeys to take things from car. We returned to hotel ard 10pm on 1 night & there were no more parking lots! We’d have to park at a multi-storey building that was 12mins walk away, which wld have been v convenient. 3) The breakfast was yummy. We went in summer & enjoyed the Barazushi (Okayama special during festivals) & the rice was sweet, salty, flavourful, and delicious with prawn, eggs, eel, lotus roots (see pic). Really yummy! Try it 4) Hotel staff were very helpful! We asked for an extra luggage stand so we wldnt need to bend too low & they brought it immediately. 5) There’s a big supermarket just across the road with cheap groceries that we stocked up on for our road trip. 6) If you intend to drive, this is a highly recommend hotel in Kurashiki!! Wld stay here again! It was great!

SSiren500It's hard to describe... 1. The facilities are old. In addition to the two sockets on the table, there is one at the door of the toilet, and the main point is that you forget to take it away. They sell everything under the concept of environmental protection, water is 100, various vending machines, and toothbrushes and toothpaste are taken downstairs. 2. The bathroom bar is definitely cleaner than in China, maybe because it's old. Anyway, the table and bedspread look a bit uncomfortable. I ordered a big bed, and the bedspread made my butt itch after using it for a while 3. It's far away from Okayama, 20 minutes walk, mainly because the road is bumpy all the way there, it's really not friendly to pull a big suitcase. From the hotel to the nearby dining place is basically equivalent to walking back to the station. Even the convenience store is less than 10 minutes away, which is definitely not the distance to buy water in slippers and coats. 4. I spent a long time looking for the name when I checked in, and I met a wave of business meeting guests. Who said Japan is quiet? If it's a good place, it includes breakfast, and the variety is quite rich. Early in the morning, curry rice, French bread and coffee...

再吃一勺The transportation is very convenient! JR Uno Station is just across the road and provides access to downtown Okayama. It is only a four-minute walk from the port and a ten-minute boat ride to Naoshima. There was a lady at the counter who could speak Chinese. She provided me with a lot of help and recommended a delicious dinner. The breakfast is Western style, and the fruit and vegetable juices are particularly eye-catching. If you have food allergies, you can let us know in advance and we will prepare special dishes for you. Bottled water and snacks including corn on the cob puffs and Japanese tea are available in the common area. Things purchased from nearby supermarkets can also be placed in the refrigerator. Guests staying at the hotel can enjoy a bath in the famous Setouchi Onsen Tamanoyu hot spring in the Setouchi Inland Sea. They can also pay to experience cooking, bedrock bathing, SPA and other services. Pajamas, down jackets and umbrellas are provided for use when moving between the two places. No The women's cabin is clean and tidy. After swiping the room card to enter, the sliding door of the single room cannot be locked, but there is a small safe (the computer cannot be put in it). The bathroom provided is also very clean and tidy. It is the largest and cleanest among the youth hostels I have stayed in. The Sekkisui series is also available for use.

YYACHOOIt is near the Kurasaki Bikan Historical Quarter, so it is good for exploring the Bikan Historical Quarter, but it is a bit far from Kurasaki Station, so it takes about 15 minutes on foot. It is old, but well-maintained, and the breakfast is delicious, although it does not have many varieties. It is a decent hotel for a one-day stay.
