"This hotel is located at a strategic location just right above the train station. It is sheltered all the way. After alighting from the airport shuttle bus terminal, take the escalator up turn left and it is just a small entrance same as GU. Take the lift up to level 5 for the reception. Many things to shop here. Hotel room is a bit small and if your luggage is open both ways, you might have problem placing it down. Take all the toiletries you need before going to the room. Does not provide shower cap though. There is coin operated washing machine in certain levels. View the status on your tv panel and it’s the convenience that I like. Comfortable stay."

"It's super close to JR, just around the corner! Plus, it has a public bath! It was great to relax there after a long day of sightseeing. I even got lucky and found a free massage chair, which was a real treat. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, generally tasty, haha. We booked a twin room, and the space was quite decent."

"The bedroom is very large, clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is 15 min to the station on one side  and 15mn walk to the Crow castle and its gorgeous Korakuen garden. Enjoy my stay there very much. The only thing I wish is that the pillow be softer , it’s too hard for my neck."

"The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?"

"Small hotel with a decent-sized room. The hotel does not have its own parking but there are several paid parking options nearby. Amenities are generously provided in the lobby allowing guests to pick up what they need. Bonus points for the spacious bathroom — I especially loved the shower head which made for a very comfortable shower experience. Overall a pleasant short stay."

"Family comes with 4 beds (instead of 2 as indicated in trip.com description). Room is pretty spacious, bed is a bit hard and bathroom is a bit narrow, but overall still comfortable. Location is good, walking distance to JR stations, Aeon with good varieties of food at the food court. Near to big camera, animate, donki and lots of shopping options at Aeon too. Will definitely stay here again."

"I made a reservation the day before my stay. There was only one room left and there were few pictures of the room, so I didn't expect too much to say clearly. However, the exterior of the building was beautiful, and even if I went inside and looked at the lobby, it was clean and very beautiful. The room was also displayed as one room left, but it was large enough for two people to stay, and the cleaning was well done and I was able to stay comfortably. The public bath was perfectly clean. Hotel? Inn? Is it."

"The APA room layout is as compact as ever, but this newly opened branch is very new. The public bath facilities are complete, and the breakfast has an incredible amount of meat, though the taste is just average. For less than 2000 per night on weekends including breakfast, it's still good value for money. AEON is right next door for excellent shopping, and it's about a 10-minute walk from the station."
