The hotel room was spotless and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, thanks to the friendly front desk staff who made a great first impression. A special mention goes to Mr. Yip at the concierge— his kindness and attentive assistance, truly adding a personal touch to our experience. Highly recommend!

Facilities: The hotel pool was great fun, especially since the weather was good. The kids absolutely loved it. Hygiene: Good. Ambiance: This time, I tried the buffet dinner. The selection was rich, and the desserts were quite good. However, the seafood replenishment wasn't sufficient; the crayfish, though not expensive, ran out very quickly. The lobster at the carving station tasted quite good, but it would have been even better to get a whole one. I bought a 3-day, 2-night package from Trip.com this time, which can be split up. I'll definitely come back to stay again during the summer holiday!

Version 1 (Standard): My stay here exceeded expectations. Check-in was efficient, and the front desk staff were warm and polite. The room was spotless, with soft, comfortable bedding. Version 2 (Short): The room was clean and tidy, service was attentive, and the bed was comfortable. It's conveniently located, and overall, I had a great stay. Highly recommended, I'll stay here again. Version 3 (Long with breakfast): The hotel's overall ambiance is elegant, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The room was spacious with good natural light. The front desk was responsive, and housekeeping was meticulous and thoughtful. The breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh, tasty options. With plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, and convenient transportation, it's perfect for both leisure and business travel. Five-star rating across the board, I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll prioritize booking this hotel again for my return trip.

How do I put this? We traveled on the weekend before Children's Day, so it was crowded, and the experience wasn't ideal, but you could tell the hotel staff tried their best to manage. First, the pros: for over 1500 RMB, it included the room, unlimited two-day admission to the Spaceship Park and Water World for two people. Both days, we could enter an hour early, which was great for enjoying ourselves. Plus, on the first day, we could activate the tickets ourselves and enter, which was a nice touch! The Spaceship Park had plenty of fun rides and attractions, and the queues weren't too long – the longest wait was about 30-45 minutes, which is acceptable. The Water World staff were very vigilant about safety; they had eyes like hawks, especially for kids who can swim and were with their parents – it felt a bit overly cautious, to be honest. (Overall, good feedback.) We had already spent a full day playing when we checked in, bought the buffet dinner, and even got a room upgrade. The buffet dinner was also very crowded, but the food quality was good, and the staff service was excellent. Two regrets: first, the Water World was too packed, the shower facilities were insufficient, and the drainage was too slow. The entire shower area, I mean the *entire* shower area, was flooded. Second, the upgraded room had a severe air conditioning leak! We couldn't switch rooms because it was so busy, but a maintenance technician arrived quickly and fixed it. Overall, I feel that since the hotel has been operating for many years, some facilities are showing their age and need timely maintenance and updates. All in all, the value for money is good. I'd give the hardware 70 points and the soft service 100 points.

Great weather (22-30℃) with clear skies and white clouds. Arrived at Hailing Island Poly Crowne Plaza by car at 5:10 PM. The room was spacious (East Wing) and offered excellent sea views from the balcony, as well as a nice night view of the Poly Ocean Heart Resort in Yangjiang Hailing Island. The outdoor ground-level swimming pool and children's playground had a pleasant environment. Breakfast was plentiful, and the service was excellent! Excellent! Comfortable and spacious rooms with great floor-to-ceiling windows offering lovely sea views. The infinity pool was the right temperature, a good size, and had a beautiful view. Hygiene: Very clean, and they even provided disposable bathtub and toilet covers. Environment: Pleasant, quiet, and scenic. The beach is just across the road. Facilities: Convenient and thoughtful. There are charging stations on the basement level, and hot water comes on very quickly. Service: Spot on!

Had a really satisfying experience! I originally thought it would be an old, dated five-star hotel, but to my surprise, the lobby was incredibly grand and opulent the moment I stepped in. The front desk service was also very attentive and thoughtful; they arranged a suitable room type for us and even granted us a late check-out until 2:00 PM. My entire trip to Shantou felt great, and the hotel was refreshingly cool from the moment we entered, which instantly put me in a good mood. I highly recommend everyone stay at this hotel, and I hope to have such a pleasant experience again next time I visit Shantou!

公寓離海應該5分鐘左右，出門就有電動車出租，現在才30-40元一天划算，不過老闆説七八月那肯定漲價，房間都有冰箱，洗衣機，開放廚房，想自煮的也很方便。不過我們覺得太麻煩了，到白蒲市場買海鮮後到店加工。房間用品都是一次性的（除了拖鞋），整體環境也是滿意的，客服有問必答，態度好，[強]

Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The hotel faces the ocean directly, and you can walk straight out to the beach, which was super convenient for our little one to play in the sand. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. What truly stood out was the hotel's excellent service. We accidentally left a small item behind, and when we contacted them, they were incredibly helpful in locating it and arranging to mail it back to us. We're so grateful! The hotel is exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located. Beyond the excellent facilities, what truly makes a five-star hotel is its customer service. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, always greeting guests and offering assistance. The breakfast spread was also quite extensive and worth trying. I would definitely consider staying here again.
