This hotel is incredibly close to Zhuhai Station and Gongbei Port, which is just fantastic! Seriously, who gets it?! You can walk to Zhuhai Station in just ten minutes and cross the border at Gongbei Port in about fifteen. No need to wake up early and rush for your cross-border travels. The convenience of the location is absolutely top-notch! If you're coming to Zhuhai, this is definitely the place to stay!

We specifically chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel for our family trip and were extremely satisfied! 👍👍👍 The hotel is conveniently located near Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Spaceship, with complimentary shuttle buses available. You also have the option to take the hotel's boat for an extra fee, both experiences are great. 👍 We booked a twin room, which was very spacious and came with a balcony. The room was well-equipped, bright, and airy, with thoughtful touches like kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and a small stool. The balcony offered an open view of the park, and we could even hear the distant sound of waves at night, which the kids absolutely loved. The water park is a paradise for children, with a lazy river, water slides, and a wave pool all well-maintained. There were lifeguards constantly patrolling, making us feel very secure. Breakfast at the Dolphin Restaurant offered a wide variety of food, and the cutlery was well-stocked with cute little spoons and bowls for kids, which made us feel more at ease about their meals. The service was also excellent. The hotel grounds also feature a dolphin pool and a flamingo area. It was our first time getting so close to dolphins for photos, and they turned out amazing. The hotel's overall cleanliness was high, and the staff were very responsive. Both check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. 👍👍👍

The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with a genuine smile. Their local recommendations and helpful attitude made me feel right at home. The hotel facilities are equally impressive. Everything was modern, well-maintained, and designed with guest comfort in mind. I especially enjoyed the tub which was spotlessly clean and offered a fantastic atmosphere to relax. Overall, it was a wonderful stay thanks to the perfect combination of excellent service and high-quality amenities. I look forward to returning soon!

The room was really comfortable, clean, and tidy. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient, and I loved the beautiful fresh flowers at the front desk. A special shout-out to Emma at the front desk – she gave us such detailed information about the local attractions. There's also a kids' play area on the 4th floor, and they even have ice pops at the front desk, which was a nice surprise!

The Zhuhai InterContinental definitely lives up to its reputation. The hotel boasts modern and elegant decor, and the service quality is excellent (at least among IHG hotels in Zhuhai), with prompt responses. The first room I was given had a strong smoke smell. After I reported it to the front desk, they upgraded me to an executive room, which was a very appropriate solution. However, I still hope this kind of situation can be avoided as much as possible in the future. Both the breakfast and in-room dining are of high quality. The breakfast also features an exclusive area for Platinum and Diamond members, which is very quiet – a big plus. Ms. Bella from Guest Relations was incredibly friendly and handled unexpected situations perfectly. Many thanks to her.

I really like staying at these established five-star hotels; they offer great value for money and a good location! The front desk upgraded us to a suite upon check-in, and someone called daily to check if we needed anything, which was excellent service. The outdoor pool is also beautiful. The only downside was that the breakfast selection wasn't very diverse, and many items weren't refilled promptly once they ran out. I hope they can improve this in the future!

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The location is fantastic, right across from the beach. On a sunny day, you can relax in your room, check the weather, and head to the sand whenever you like. Evening bike rides along the coast are really enjoyable, and there are many great restaurants nearby. There's also a swimming pool, perfect for an indoor dip when the sun's strong, and the kids absolutely loved it! The staff were very friendly too. Before checking in, I was a bit worried the hotel might be old and the rooms dated, but those fears were completely unfounded. While the building itself has some age, it's very well-maintained and still feels grand. The rooms, on the other hand, are clearly renovated. The bedding and bathrooms are excellent, and the air feels fresh. They even have a laundry room, which is super convenient!

The sea was lovely, but the weather was really unpredictable. We drove to the hotel in a huge downpour late at night and didn't check in until after midnight. The front desk still gave us a room with a fantastic sea view and even let us check out at 2 PM. Waking up to the ocean right outside, I could watch the sea from bed through the wide floor-to-ceiling windows. Listening to the ebb and flow of the waves really calmed me. The parking lot has both surface and underground spots, and the underground parking connects directly to the rooms, which is super convenient for getting around. The value for money is exceptional. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

On a family vacation, this hotel was an amazing experience! We got a complimentary Yiqi travel photoshoot upon check-in, and the photos turned out so beautiful that we ended up paying to select more. We also got a free room upgrade since we checked in on a Sunday. **Facilities:** As a new hotel, the facilities are top-notch. **Cleanliness:** Spotless and hygienic. **Environment:** The surroundings are lovely, absolutely no complaints. **Service:** The service was truly excellent. They even took the time to personally walk us through the breakfast options, which was incredibly thoughtful!
