I added their contact via WeChat immediately after the booking. Communication (in mandarin) was smooth n responsive. Great customer service provided with clear instructions on check in/out procedures. Adhoc request via WeChat after check in was attended to quite swiftly too. Will definitely book them again.

As a whole it was very good as usual. The only issue is the shower was a bit cold. Otherwise it was a great experience.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days and we loved it. The service is great, we got a room with a beautiful view, and the beach is very near, there is also a nice swimming pool, that the guests can use. If we come back, we will definitely come to the same hotel.

The hotel is well located, we lived in a loft on the 31st floor. There are huge floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel is clean and pleasant. The staff is friendly
