"Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was tidy and comfortable, and the overall environment was nice. Staff were polite and responsive whenever assistance was needed. The location was also convenient and easy to get around. Overall, a decent and enjoyable experience."

"My stay here was very good. The room was spacious enough and very clean, and the bathroom was spotless too. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. The breakfast selection was also quite varied. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing, which wasn't great, but overall, I'd still highly recommend it."

"Check in was smooth, deposit required. Room had quite a modern decor. I liked that there was a dining table & pots of plants in the room. AC was super cold, fridge worked well & bed was very comfortable. There were power points beside each side of the bed. Water pressure & temperature were fantastic. Some minor downsides. Because of the compact design, there was no dedicated tea/coffee section, just a tray that was with the clothes rack. We had to use one of the bedside table for the kettle as it was near the plug. Could not use the power point at the vanity as they had a sign there not to use for kettle. Also only 1 pair of slippers was provided. Breakfast (or any meals really) is not available in the hotel but not an issue as location is very central. City square & komtar were like 10-15 mins walk away. If you have small kids this may not be the hotel for you. Besides the kettle issue, the windows can be opened quite easily & has a low ledge. Other than that i liked the hotel and would consider a return stay if I'm in jb."
