Well I'd give 10 stars for the owner. Hats off for all her effort, she took care of us in every possible way. Had us picked from the railway station, helped with the entry tickets, even helped with our bulky luggage. She offered us different rooms to choose from. The room has a balcony with a beautiful view of the river. It is a little worn out but still a great choice with a wonderful location. The amenities include hairdryer, kettle, toiletries and an amazing ac/heater. You can arrange a return transfer with them for just RMB 20. The generous lady and her hospitality exceeded our expectations. She even prepared us a breakfast to go. Would certainly recommend this wonderful little inn.

Great location! About 2-3 mins walk from Wuyi Square Metro exit 7. There are plenty of restaurants, malls, and in close walking proximity to the famous locations including the store that sells those oversized snacks. The hotel offers breakfast which is 6.5/10. The reception is on the 7th floor and I got a room on the 14th floor, fairly large and comfortable. There were a few things that could use repair and deep cleaning but was okay for the price and considering the location. Overall, recommend and would stay there if I ever visit Changsha again.

Room was spacious, beautiful decorated and clean. It is located at a perfect location (behind the Tianmenshan cable car station, restaurants, shops around) . The staff was super friendly , warmth and welcoming . Especially Ms Xiong 熊管家. We came back to stay for another night and arrived very early so she kept a look out for any empty room available so we could check in early .

Stayed 3 nights in double room. Expectation/Reality: the room was just as good as what was expected in the pictures. It’s on the 11/10 floor of the apartment building. Security: good security, felt belonging were safe. Hygiene: very clean and cleaned frequently and consistently. Hospitality: the attendants are very competent and know about local attractions and were helpful for all requests. Social Atmosphere: it’s a hotel so it’s not a big social scene, but there is a lounge area where you can sit and read. The location is very close to the cableway and close to the bridge into the downtown area. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay at Eryatou Inn! The location is very convenient — a quick walk to the west entrance of Zhangjiajie park and right next to a night market where lots of stalls are selling food (our favorite was a steak stall that served steak, pasta, egg, and a drink for 19.9rmb right in front towards the left facing away from the inn). The hosts were so kind and helpful, helping us plan our days at the park depending on weather, and inviting us to eat sweet potatoes and drink tea in the afternoon/evenings with other guests. They also helped us book our park ticket package and the theatre performance at a discount. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and shower was hot and had good pressure. Excellent value for the stay, we would stay again if we are ever in the area again!

Conveniently located 200m to Wulingyuan car/van station. There is a bus stop infront of the inn which can bring you to the east gate or 东门at ZhangJiaJie National Park for CNY2. Inn provided daily tangerine, washing machine for laundry and also daily breakfast with noodle served upon order by 2 friendly cook which comes with 1 egg, mantou, soya bean drink at the 5th floor rooftop via elevator with wonderful mountain view. It was great energy boost before starting the hike at the Park. 小袁 is patient to demonstrate how to operate the tv, advised the route to take at the Park and gave discount for purchase of grand canyon ticket which also saved time to queue at the ticket booth. 小宋 is helpful to book didi using her account to the Park as my alipay cannot be loaded and gave suggestion how to plan my program. 小卢immediately jumped to the rescue when he saw that I was running late by giving me a ride with my luggage on his own bike to the car/van station. Thank you for the great service and making my stay so enjoyable!

It’s conveniently located next to Huangxing Street, only 5-10min walk away. The location is also central to almost all of the famous streets. Very good 5star hotel , rooms are big.

This is one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at. The rooms are amazing and very comfortable. Service was excellent with pick up and drop off from your destination. Upon arriving at the hotel I was greeted with a cup of tea. I stayed for two nights. Thank you for the wonderful service

Highly recommended this hotel !! Very good location & the view from balcony is so amazing. Besides of that, their pretty staff 小滕 is very friendly & lovely. Guided me how to play with the route when I arrived the hotel. Really, I have been surprised by this hotel. I love it so much! It is located at a very convenient address, within walking distance to some of Changsha's attractions and subway stations, and downstairs is a very famous food street. Although it is located in a busy area, it is not noisy at all. The room is also very big and comfortable, well-equipped, and able to rest well. The counter staff had a good service attitude and even helped me upgrade my room for free😍 They also provided some travel tips and suggestions, 24-hour counter are manned, and laundry service is also provided. Moreover, check-in also gave some small snacks, all so delicious😋.Overall, very recommended to stay, really like it too! 真的有被这个酒店惊喜到，太喜欢了!!! 它坐落的地址非常方便，步行就可以到长沙一些景点和地铁站，而且楼下就是很出名的美食街。虽然坐落在繁华地段，但是完全不会吵。房间也很大，很舒服，设备齐全，能够很好地休息。柜台人员服务态度很好，还免费帮我升级房间😍 而且他们也提供了一些旅游攻略和建议，24小时柜台都有人，还有提供洗衣服务。入住还送了小零食，都好好吃哦。总的来说，非常推荐大家入住，真的太喜欢了！！

This homestay was the best experience of our trip to China! The place had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It was spotless and well-maintained, with an amazing view that made every moment special. The energy of the space was incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxing and recharging. The family running the homestay was truly exceptional. The sister patiently explained the routes for us, ensuring we could explore the area with ease. The brother was incredibly helpful, assisting us in booking tickets and always being available whenever we needed him. The mother cooked the most delicious food, including an excellent breakfast that we looked forward to every morning. We loved our stay so much that we extended for two more days, and we still wish we had more time to extend even further. Their kindness and care made our stay unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting!

The hotel is next to the start of the cableway for the Tianmen mountain. Staff is great, the rooms are good (only negative note is the carpet, that is a bit dirty due to many years and also there is some paper on the walls that is not super clean but ok, nothing major). Air conditioning works great, breakfast is good and the service also (room is made every day!). We strongly suggest this place and we will for sure come back

Boss was very helpful planning my itinerary for wulingyuan and tianmen. He speaks English very well, so very foreigner friendly. He gave me free breakfast, simple but enough to fuel me for my hikes. He helped me book everything and I got lost the first night and called him and helped me get back 😅. It is about a 15 minute walk to dongmen of wulingyuan, which is no problem for serious hikers. The room is simple and comfortable, only needed a place to lay my head, as most of the day I was hiking. Very close to snack street, where you can get food after your hikes. For anyone doing wulingyuan, if you are serious about it, don’t take any of the transportations apart from the free bus, you will find hidden areas where there are no people. All the places where the cable cars lead to will be filled with masses of people.

The room is large, comfortable and clean. The lady of the hotel is very kind and helpful. She helped us to buy the tickets for the different parks online. Otherwise, we have to stand in the lines to by the tickets. She also gave very good tips how to choose the best viewing routes. Next time, I'll certainly book again in this hotel. The hotel is nearby the cable car entrance of the Tianman park. There are a lots of restuarants in the neighbourhood,

Fantastic location that is walking distance to the East Gate and is also right next to the bus station for taking rides to the other park gates, the high speed rail station, or to the Tianmenshan Cableway station. There is also a pharmacy, several convenience stores, and several restaurants on the same street, with numerous restaurants and food stalls lining the path to the East Gate. The accommodations are decent, although the furnishings are a bit dated. We originally booked a larger room, but because it had a bit of a smoky smell, the hotel staff during check-in offered us a different room for non-smokers only. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Complimentary buffet style breakfast is also a huge plus for early starts so you can spend more time in the park.

Room is small but perfect for a short stay, very clean and with a beautiful balcony overlooking the river. It is a bit noisy at night because of the karaoke bar on the other side of the river, but the music stops precisely at 23.30 The manager is very helpful and nice

The owner of the team here provides warm welcome, advice and assistance with information. The atmosphere is wonderful because it is an ancient village with a river in the middle of it. It is very beautiful and peaceful. The lights at night are like being in heaven. The river is clean and the water is clear. Believe us, if you come here, you will not be disappointed. We also recommend staying here.

The hotel is close to the Fog bridge in the Fenghuang ancient city. My room has the river view and two balconies, which is excellent for night view of the city. The room is spacious enough for four adults, but needs to share for one bathroom. The breakfast buffet only offered a simple Chinese breakfast with limited varieties. The hotel room was quiet at night time. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The restaurant was excellent and offered authentic Hunan style food. Overall, this hotel experience was excellent.

Oda was very accommodating and made sure that my stay was as good as could be. I originally had trouble finding the hotel, but Oda went out to find me after I made a call to the hotel. The location is right in the scenic area and has one of the best views of the Furong waterfall. It was an added bonus that I was given a free room upgrade since it was available for the day that I was staying there. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at Tianquan Inn for my short trip to Furong Town.

I am very impressed with this hotel. Firstly, the room was very comfortable and clean. There was a dryer in the room, and they also provided complimentary washing and drying, which was very helpful to us. They even provided complimentary supper! The front desk staff were all very helpful and polite. Hotel's location is excellent as it is very near to the ancient city, and there are many shops and eateries around. I would highly recommend this Hotel if you are staying in FengHuang.

We contacted the hotel a few weeks prior to arrange for a pick up at the fenghuanggucheng train station. They picked us up from the train station for free. As soon as we arrive, the boss greeted us and the staff helped bring our luggage to our room. We were also shown different rooms when we arrived, and they upgraded us to their suite room free of charge. The staff are always nice , smiling and helpful. Great location, hotel located away from the major noise but right in the action. We have been travelling around the Philippines, South Korea and China and decided to stay in Fenghuang old town for two nights, and we are grateful that we got some much needed rest. There's a few cheap breakfast options around the hotel. Highly recommended hotel, we would stay here again the next time we come back to Fenghuang old town!

Warm welcoming and location is the best Look for the number 158 on the blue plaque and you’ll find the hotel. Love the way the staff here treat their guests. Very professional and helpful. The staff are always willing to help such as taking your heavy luggage up to the third floor and down to the lobby. We asked one of their staff to give us suggestions on the places to eat. Since he knew we can’t speak Chinese, he sent us to the one with English menu and pictures. How thoughtful! They also take you to the high-speed train station after checking out. The room is lovely and the balcony is totally charming. You can just sit and chill there with the bridge and river in the background, enjoying people watching. However, the door of the bathroom needs improvement. Overall, this hotel is the place we’ll stay again if we revisit Fenghuang.

We had the best service of our trip at this hotel- they truly go beyond and above. It was only a 15min Didi from the train station, also the bus shuttle from HSR to the city is right in front of the hotel. The location is perfectly situated at one side of the main bridge, but a nice 5min stroll away such that you are away from the noise on the main ***** (in front of the river). Also, no mosquitoes. We initially booked a riverfront hotel but I am SO glad that we changed to this hotel after actually walking the whole tourist ***** on foot. Legit the cobblestones near the river are terrible, and cars can’t get in so it’d have been a nightmare. Next, Xiao Dai （小代） who helped us and the manager were all so sweet. 小代answered all our WeChat questions extremely promptly (literally 1-2mins), and when we asked about the free laundry self use machine onsite, she offered to have us leave it in our room and do it for us so we could go out and explore. I thought this was truly above and beyond- she picked the clothes up from our room, washed them (separately as well for colours and whites), hung them and sent us a photo, dried them and returned them to us folded and freshly laundered. We were simply floored by this level of service. They are so so so kind and I can’t recommend this hotel enough for their kindness and eagerness to ensure your comfort during your stay. We stayed on the 7th floor in a suite and it was very comfortable- the bed itself and pillows were just right. Sheets felt high quality, pillows not too stiff and high, duvet was fluffy and nice. I liked that the toilet is separated from the shower and vanity- the soft but bright filtered lighting for the bathroom vanity was amazing for getting ready (for the girls who are sick of hotels with dark lighting and can’t do their make up). The room was spacious and although some aspects were a bit outdated, it was clean large and comfortable - we were so happy with our room. They also gave our group of 3 girls 4 room cards which allows for each card to breakfast. The breakfast ayis were so nice and made eggs freshly your way when asked. The cucumber and radish pickles were yummy and we really liked the corn soup and congee as well as all the vegetable dishes. The selection was good for us, as we like clean and simple, easy to digest and nutritious foods in the morning. Oh yeah they also sent us to the HSR on check out without charge, in the hotel’s car. They were so prompt in getting us to the HSR and the driver was really considerate, safe and careful. Literally the most calm drive we’ve experienced in China. Side note- the gym is massive and looks largely unused but the equipment is good, there are weights and cables and everything. There’s also a pool table and table tennis. A yoga room complete with a good amount of gear and mats.

I am very satisfied with the hotel I chose this time. The girls and boys at the front desk are enthusiastic and warm. They not only serve with a smile, but also carefully introduce the hotel's facilities and services to me. The room surprised me even more. Cleanliness is the basic, the layout is warm and elegant, and every detail shows the hotel's care. The bedding is soft and comfortable, which made me sleep well all night. The hotel's introduction to the surrounding area is also very good, and it is not a bad idea. It is all the locals' favorite food, which is super practical!

Stayed 2 nights. Strategic location in a quiet & less busy neighbourhood. 3 mins walk from the Nanhu Metro Station. Take exit 1 via the elevator & the hotel is just across the road on your right. Take exit 2 via stairs & escalator and the hotel is on your left upon exiting the metro station. Room is clean, the staff replenish plenty of drinking water and there is free laundry service too. Reception was helpful and we felt comfortable during our stay and highly recommend this hotel in Changsha.

A luxury hotel in a great location, you can have a river view. The service is top. Breakfast is good they also have local foods. You have many choices. The only negative point that I can say is the amenities in the toilet are too simple for a luxury hotel.

It was nice of them to change my day the day before I stayed in due to the delay. They also changed my room when I didn't expect my friend to join for a few days, they also managed to help me change the room for a few days and I appreciated it. This I can really say is a five-star stay. Will I stay again, is a no-brainer. Is a yes for me.

I highly recommend this hotel! This hotel is ideally located near the South Gate subway station, which can be reached in a minute or two. It is convenient to go anywhere with the subway. The rooms in the hotel are clean and tidy, neatly arranged, with a good network, complete disposable supplies, and particularly complete facilities, very nice! The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, and the work efficiency and quality are particularly high. There is no bad behaviour at all. If there is any problem, just communicate with them in time. Free self-service washing machines and driers are also available on the first floor of the hotel. You can use them by yourself. If you don't understand, just ask the staff. Overall, it's very good. I sincerely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in a great location, located at the entrance of Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street. The entrance is the popular 3D screen, and it is within walking distance of Pozi Street and Taiping Old Street. Metro Exit 8 is just downstairs, making it convenient to go anywhere. There is also a Cha Yan Yue Se restaurant downstairs, so you don't have to queue. The hotel rooms are also clean, and the drinks in the mini bar are free. In short, it's pretty good.

Although the room furniture is slightly dated, it is conveniently located next to i-City mall and serves as a centralised location to explore Changsha. Opt for the daily breakfast and you will not be disappointed. Most of the local food can be found at the buffet and the view on the 43rd floor is magnificent. The only downside was the strong smell of cigarettes that permeated the air in the room. Remember to bring your own swimming cap if u intend to utilise the indoor swimming pool, otherwise u will not be allowed to enter the pool. Swimming caps retail at 40CNY a piece, so BYOC (Bring Your Own Cap)!
