The room faced a large construction site, and they were still banging away at 11 PM, only to start up again before 7 AM. Luckily, I was so tired from visiting Tianmen Mountain during the day that I fell asleep quickly despite the noise. The hotel's location is right opposite the Tianmen Mountain cable car, but unfortunately, the cable car was under construction. We could only take it to the middle station, then had to take a long winding mountain road to the top. Personally, I think route A/B is not as good as route C; you can just take a taxi to the mountain gate. So, the hotel's prime location turned out to be a bit of a mixed blessing. I haven't stayed at a Hampton Inn before, so I'm not sure if it's because it's a scenic area hotel, but it felt quite basic. There were no children's play facilities, and the breakfast was very simple with nothing particularly good to eat. Apart from that, I was quite satisfied with the hotel room itself. It was spacious, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The room looked neat and tidy, and there was nothing uncomfortable about the stay. The staff were also very enthusiastic, which I really appreciated. If it weren't for the large construction site opposite, I would recommend it. Actually, staying on the other side of the hotel probably wouldn't have been so noisy. We checked in around 8 PM that night, initially thinking they would stop construction later, but to our surprise, they were still going strong past midnight. When I first saw the two pairs of earplugs on the bedside table, I didn't understand why they were there, but it all made sense later – it was truly frustrating. This construction site won't be finished for at least a year or a year and a half, so consider carefully if you plan to stay here.

The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring I had a great night's sleep. What truly stands out is the service, from the warm and welcoming front desk to the meticulous housekeeping, every staff member was professional, thoughtful, and responsive. The breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted delicious. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money and was a perfect stay. I'll definitely be back!

This hotel in Changsha offers an amazing Hanfu and DJI experience! 🌿🌸 📍 The location is absolutely perfect. It's tucked away in an alley right by Wuyi Square, with Cha Yan (a popular tea shop) just downstairs. IFS (a major shopping mall) is only a five or six-minute walk away. After a night out, it’s super safe and convenient to just stroll back. And the best part? Once you close the door, it's incredibly quiet—nothing like staying in a bustling downtown area. That's a huge plus! ✨ 🏠 The room decor is exactly my style. It's a modern Chinese aesthetic with a blend of natural wood and minimalist white spaces. With the soft spring light coming through the window, every photo turns out beautifully! 📸 The mattress is just the right firmness. After a full day of walking around during the Qingming holiday, I practically collapsed into bed after my shower. 💤 The bathroom is well-designed with a separate wet and dry area, and the water pressure is consistent. 🤫 The service is also very pleasant. The front desk staff are so gentle and soft-spoken. The lobby has a subtle sandalwood scent and complimentary tea. The whole atmosphere just tells you to “slow down, take your time.” It perfectly captures that laid-back, spring-time vibe. 🍃 Plus, they offer Hanfu experiences and DJI drone rentals! Wearing Hanfu and walking through the streets during the Qingming holiday definitely adds to the atmosphere.

The environment is absolutely fantastic, you *must* stay here when you come to Changsha! The room is clean and tidy, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They even offer free laundry service for up to five items daily. The transportation is super convenient; the subway station is just 30 meters from the exit. The location is also excellent, very close to Wuyi Square and Orange Isle. There are plenty of night markets and restaurants nearby, whether it's for breakfast or late-night snacks, there's so much to choose from. Highly, highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of great food options nearby, and Taiping Old Street and Pozi Street are within walking distance. The room was comfortable with a simple Japanese style. I was given a non-smoking room on a high floor with a fantastic view, and it was very quiet. The room temperature control was flexible, and there was plenty of hot water. The concierge service was warm and thoughtful, and the cleaning staff and breakfast staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic. There are four elevators, but you still have to wait during peak hours. I suggest they find a way to stagger their operation or add another elevator for staff.

This hotel is right next to Martyrs' Park and very close to the subway station. I arrived early on Saturday morning for check-in, and the two front desk ladies were very helpful, smoothly upgraded my room, and I got a bigger room, which made me so happy! The hygiene is excellent, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. The whole room is smart-controlled by 'Xiao Du' (a smart assistant), which is very convenient. The pumpkin pancakes at breakfast were delicious! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

I stayed in Changsha last week and tried a different hotel this time. My previous stay was near IFS, and when I got off the train this time, I thought I wasn't close to Wuyi Square. But I was wrong! It was just a short walk to the bustling pedestrian street, and all the shops had promotions going on – it was so lively. Even though it was a Monday yesterday, it felt like a weekend! The hotel's location is highly recommended, and the service was excellent. When we checked out, the front desk attendant even gave us a small gift. There's one thing I'd like to mention: could guests please not be allowed to smoke in the lobby at night? The ventilation system seems to be shared, as we could smell it in our room too. Since our room didn't have windows and we have sensitive noses, it was quite uncomfortable.

I ordered food late at night and there was no robot to deliver it to the room, so I called the front desk if they could bring it to the room. They refused and told me to get it myself. After going to the lobby I see the receptionist talking to the assistant, both of them are clearly not busy. Sure, I can get the food myself but when I'm paying the price for an Intercontinental hotel I would expect top tier service. And I've had hotel assitants bring the food to my room in chinese hotels that costs less than half the price of this one. Besides that, the hotel looked nice, and the room was good. The location is not really great if you plan to walk anywhere, but with a taxi it's acceptable. The view is pretty good if your room is facing south. Facing north (even with river view) it's not that spectacular.

The environment is great, with plenty of dining options nearby, a convenience store downstairs, and a subway station – very convenient. Wuyi Square is just one or two stops away. The hotel is right around the corner from Peiyuan Bridge Station. Service: Every staff member provides excellent service! When checking in, a staff member brings tea, and the check-in process is very quick. Laundry is delivered directly to your room door. The butler even gives a heads-up, even if it's 4 AM! No need to run around yourself. Hygiene: The hygiene is also good; no hair or anything like that found in the toilet, sink, or on the floor. Facilities: The room has a separate wet and dry area, a bathtub, and a projector, giving it a very spacious feel. At night, it's central air conditioning, but you can ask the butler or front desk for a fan, and it's delivered very quickly by the staff. Check-in is on the third floor, and there are robots. There are three elevators available. The floors are quite high, so the wait time can be a bit long, but there are sofas to sit on while you wait.

I had a great stay , The room and common areas were very clean, and housekeeping did a solid job throughout my visit. The location is convenient for getting around, and check-in/check-out was smooth. The receptionists were very kind and helpful,they were responsive and quick to assist with any questions. Amenities were well maintained and everything worked as expected. Overall, excellent value and I’d happily stay here again.
