The hotel facilities are fully equipped, and the location is excellent. It's right above the Huangxing Square subway station in the city center, making transportation incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. The front desk staff are very welcoming, and they even offer a complimentary 'Good Night Porridge' delivered to your room in the evenings. Breakfast has a rich variety and tastes great. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation when visiting Changsha. There's also a rooftop terrace, which is perfect for enjoying a breeze and very relaxing. Highly recommend for a stay in Changsha!

Hotel location was fantastic as we were there to explore Tianmen mountain and the cableway was just across the street. Hotel was very nice, rooms were a good size and had all amenities. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful . Food at breakfast was more for Asian taste, but there was some basic Western food. The only negative, which was not the hotel’s fault, was heavy construction occurring across the road during our stay which was noisy. The hotel windows did not seal very well and the noise was disturbing. The hotel did supply ear plugs to try and alleviate the situation. I would recommend the hotel to anyone going to visit Tianmen mountain.

Seriously, you guys won't believe how amazing this B&B is! It's truly the biggest surprise of my recent trip ✨ The location is fantastic, with tons of great food spots nearby and super convenient transportation 🚇 The room itself is so cozy and uniquely decorated, and everything is spotlessly clean and new. The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, not only helping us plan our itinerary but also sharing so many hidden local gems for us to discover 🥰 The value for money is outstanding, I'm definitely staying here again next time!

Our hotel room was in the Japanese tatami style, simple, bright, and refreshing, with an unbeatable panoramic view of the Xiang River. All disposable amenities were provided, and the front desk butler and other room service staff were very responsive and excellent. The cleaning auntie also had a great attitude. The location is very convenient, situated in a popular commercial district, close to all the famous Changsha check-in spots, and surrounded by numerous food options. Taiping Street is right behind the hotel, and it's very convenient to be near IFS. We stayed for several nights, and on our last day, they even upgraded our room for free, which made for a fantastic experience!

Our family trip to Changsha was made extra special by our stay at the Yiyu Hotel. The location couldn't be better – right next to Wuyi Square and IFS Guojin Center, putting us in the heart of the shopping district for easy access to food, shopping, and entertainment. Our room offered stunning frontal river views, and the night scenery was absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious enough for our family of four, never feeling cramped. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Downstairs, there's a food street and a large, popular snack store, making it super convenient to grab local specialties or late-night snacks. The hotel was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and overall, it offers great value for money. If you're visiting Changsha, this hotel is a definite winner – highly recommended!

Facilities: The hotel has been open for some years, so the facilities aren't super new, but the room was quite spacious and had pretty much everything you'd need. There's no minibar in the room. The swimming pool is open from 3 PM to just past 9 PM. The hotel is surrounded by schools, so there are plenty of small eateries and restaurants nearby. The soundproofing in the rooms could use some improvement... Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: The hotel is quite close to the highway exit, which is convenient. Service: The bellboy in the lobby was very polite. When we were leaving, he proactively and warmly greeted us, helped with our luggage, and even brought it to the car. I forgot his name, I don't think I saw a name tag on his uniform. The hotel breakfast was all very clean, and the variety was quite rich.

We were traveling as a couple, and it rained on our second day, but we hadn't brought an umbrella. The hotel kindly provided umbrellas for us for free, which was a thoughtful little touch. They also have a laundry room where you can wash and dry clothes, which made our trip much more convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel environment was great too; we didn't find any issues with cleanliness. We left later on our second day and requested room cleaning in advance, and we noticed that the cleaning staff did a very thorough job.

For my trip to Changsha, I chose to stay at the Shiye Hotel. The thoughtful service from our housekeeper, Ah Xiu, added so many wonderful memories to our visit. The hotel offers 24-hour butler service, which was great for things like laundry and picking up food deliveries. They've also added a fantastic new Storm Spa area – it was an amazing experience! If you want to try it, just tell Ah Xiu and she'll immediately arrange a suitable time slot for you. We brought our child along, and they even thoughtfully provided a children's bathrobe. We really enjoyed our stay!

Stayed for a few days, and it was great! The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to get around. The lobby has a nice atmosphere with lots of greenery. The room facilities and amenities are complete, and I appreciate the wet/dry separation in the bathroom. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance. The staff provided good service too! 👍

Throughout my stay, they never over-interfered, making for a wonderfully peaceful experience. Before I left, they even proactively asked if I needed drinking water or if I was driving, showing such warm attention to small details – it really made a fantastic impression. What surprised me most was the soundproofing! My room was very close to the elevator, and I was initially worried about noise from people coming and going, but my concerns were completely unfounded. Once the door was closed, it was incredibly quiet; I barely heard any noise from the hallway or elevator. I slept so soundly, it's perfect for anyone who needs a peaceful rest. The room environment was also superb. As soon as I entered, there was no strange odor at all – just clean, fresh, and incredibly relaxing to stay in. All the daily necessities and facilities were fully equipped. I'm not sure of the hotel's star rating, but my overall stay felt completely like a 4-star comfort experience, with quality very much present. I also have to praise their booking model! I'm not a morning person, so I never need breakfast. The fact that this place allows you to book a room without breakfast is incredibly thoughtful! I didn't have to be forced into a breakfast package or spend extra unnecessarily. This really adds to the value and perfectly suits my travel needs. Overall, my experience was a perfect 10; everything was to my liking, and the value for money was exceptional. The experience was far better than I anticipated. I've already saved it, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!
